Objective:To explore the SPECT detection method of quality control in detection of main performance index. Methods: according to the 2007 edition of SPECT performance measurementof the NEMA (the United States Electrical Manufacturers Association) standard, and the corresponding model of intrinsic spatial resolution, intrinsic spatial non-linearity, intrinsic non-uniformity, characteristic count rate, system planar sensitivity, system spatial resolution, fault spatial resolution and other indicators. Results: after quality control testing, have deviation more index hospitals SPECT results. Conclusion: the hospital should detect quality control as far as possible in nuclear medicine and nuclear medicine imaging equipment, ensure the normal operation of equipment, and improve the quality of image.

Objective To evaluate the monitoring value of serum albumin and plasma von willebrand factor in patients with stroke.Methods Serum albumin and plasma von willebrand factor were measured from 145 patients with stroke(95 patients with nonpoor outcome and 50 patients with poor outcome) in two weeks and after six months from stroke onset to study the relationships with prognosis.Results Serum albumin level was significantly higher in patients with nonpoor outcome(mRS≤2) after six months stroke onset than those with poor outcome(mRS≥3) and was lower after six months stroke onset than in two weeks from stroke onset.On the other hand,plasma vWF level in patients with stroke was significantly higher than that in healthy controls and was higher in two weeks than after six months from stroke onset.Patients with poor outcome had higher plasma vWF level than patients with nonpoor outcome in two weeks and after six months from stroke onset,but had no significant difference.Conclusion The level of serum albumin and plasma von willebrand factor is related with nutritional status,active extent and prognosis in patients with stroke.

Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO) is a kind of extra life support technique that can support cardiac and pulmonary function in a relatively long time.With the application of nitric oxide,pulmonary surfactant and high frequency ventilation,the use of ECMO in neonatal respiratory failure decreased.Although received these treatment,there are some newborn with respiratory failure still required ECMO at last.On this paper,the application of ECMO in neonatal respiratory failure from foreign medical institute was introduced,and compared with the domestic situation,in order to improve the application of ECMO in neonatal respiratory failure.

Objective: To study the new device and technology in prepartion of superfined Chinese herbal medicine powders. Methods: Improving the Trost jet mill was to divide continually the feed and the coarse grains classified from a circular disc into two two phase flow by means of a especial four way pipe in mixing. and to impact with high speed oppositely each other, the superfined powders are prepared. Results: The superfined powders of ginseng, boat fruited sterculia seed and balsam pear are successfully prepared to guarantee 10～15?m in diameter. Conclusions: It is very effective to pulverize Chinese herbal medicine with this device in mass production.

Objective: The present study aimed to isolate and characterize a cancer stem cell-like sphere-forming cell subpopula-tion. Methods: By using a spheroid culture stem cell-conditioned medium, we isolated a subgroup of cancer stem-like cells from naso-pharyngeal cancer cell lines. Chemotherapy resistance was analyzed by using methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium, and clone-forming capabili-ty was determined by using softer agar clone formation assay. Finally, we verified the expression of the stemness-specific gene andβ-catenin by using immunocytochemistry staining and RT-PCR. Results: The lower-differentiated nasopharyngeal cancer lines con-tained more sphere-forming cells, whereas sphere-forming cells were not observed in the high differentiated nasopharyngeal cancer line CNE-1. Compared with CNE-2, CNE-2S (sphere-forming cells derived from CNE-2) exhibited higher chemotherapy resistance and clone-forming ability. Interestingly, the stemness genes BMI-1, ABCG2, and ALDH1 exhibited higher expression in CNE-2S than in CNE-2. β-catenin, a vital transcription factor of the WNT pathway related to stem cells, exhibited higher expression in CNE-2s cellular nucleus and plasma than in CNE-2. Conclusion: We isolated a subgroup of stem-like nasopharyngeal cancer sphere-forming cells. This discovery paves the way for the development of therapeutic strategies aimed at eradicating tumorigenic subpopulations in nasopharyn-geal cancer.

Objective To investigate the situation of oxygen supplement and the incidence and clinical characteristics of long-term oxygen inhalation newborns in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods The records of oxygen supplement and the related clinical data of 12 155 neonates admitted in our NICU from Oct 2009 to May 2011 were collected and retrospectively analyzed.The results were compared with the data from a survey on 19 hospitals in China which reported by other authors.Results In 12 155 newborns,4 951 were full term,7 204 were preterm.One hundred and two patients (0.84％,102/12 155 ) accepted oxygen for more than 28 days.Among them,88 were preterm,14 were full term,with the average gestational age (31.16 ±3.70) weeks,the average birth weight (1.60 ±0.68) kg and the mean oxygen supplement period (40.60 ± 12.25) d.Finally,98 were cured or improved,4 died.The incidence of bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) in 7 204 preterm infants was 1.22％ ( 88/7 204) according to the standard of continuous oxygen supply more than 28 days after birth.The incidence of BPD in preterm infants less than 32 weeks was 4.92％ (68/1 381 ) according to the standard of continuous oxygen supply more than 28 days after birth,while the rate was only 2.10％ (29/1 381 ) according to the standard of continuous oxygen supply more than 36 weeks postmenstrual age.The rates of BPD according to the two different standards were significantly different ( x2 =16.251,P ＜0.001 ).There were significant differences in the rate of supply oxygen( x2 =119.99) and supply oxygen time( F =109.27 ) among different gestational age groups in overall the 5 499 neonates ( P ＜0.001 ),but no significant differences in the average time of oxygen supply and mechanical ventilation among different gestational age groups in infants with long-term oxygen dependence ( P ＞ 0.05 ).There were significant differences in rates of pulmonary surfactant therapy,heart failure,retinopathy of prematurity,congenital heart disease,other congenital malformation and mortality among different gestational age groups in long-term oxygen dependence infants (x2 =8.789,13.538,23.176,7.778,8.842,8.246,P ＜ 0.05 ).As compared with the data from 19 hospitals,the corrected rate of long-term oxygen supplement in preterm infants in our hospital was obviously lower[0.99％ (71/7204) vsl.54％ (190/12 351),P ＜0.001].Conclusion Theincidence of BPD in our NICU is low.Lower gestational age,immature lung and secondary lung injury may be the mainly cause of neonatal long-term oxygen dependence,but some factors such as congenital heart disease,congenital malformations should be considered in more mature infants.The most appropriate standard for BPD still remains to be discussed.

OBJECTIVETo systemically investigate receptor activator of nuclear factor-kappaB ligand (RANKL) and macrophage colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF) induced differentiation of osteoclasts.

METHODSMouse protein-protein interaction(PPI) database NIA and published microarray dataset GES16749 were used to construct and analyze PPI network of RANKL and M-CSF induced mouse monocyte RAW264.7.

RESULTSIn the PPI network, transforming growth factor beta receptor 1 (TGFBR1), Rous sarcoma oncogene (SRC), myelocytomatosis oncogene(MYC) and integrin beta 3 (ITGB3) were able to interact with more proteins and they were the key nodes in the signaling transduction.

CONCLUSIONTGFBR1, SRC, MYC and ITGB3 might be the key points of RANKL and M-CSF induced differentiation of osteoclasts.

Objective: To investigate the current status of the ten-year implementation of the World Health Organization (WHO) surgical safety checklist (SSC) in China. Methods: A questionnaire was designed based on the three phases described by the checklist — the period before induction of anaesthesia, the period before skin incision, and the period before patient leaves operating room, taking into account some hotspots and disputes.The questionnaire was sent to the members of the Chinese-based online New Youth Anesthesia Forum through the WeChat platform.Answers were completed by mobile phones or desktop computers.Each WeChat ID number allowed only one answer for each individual participant. Results: A total of 3 943 members red the questionnaire invitation, of which 2 121 members completed the questionnaire with an overall completion rate of 53.79%.For checks completed before induction of anesthesia, the percentage of members who routinely practiced checks before induction of anesthesia was 93.35%, the percentage of members who completed each and every element of the checklist was 60.16%, and the percentage of members who selected the element of the checklist the surgeon was not involved in the check was 14.05%.For checks practiced before skin incision, the percentage of members who routinely completed checks before skin incision was 78.22%, the percentage of members who completed each and every element of the checklist was 51.91%, and the percentage of members who selected the element of the checklist surgeons and anesthesiologists routinely stated their own professional key information was 18.24% and 18.81%, respectively.For checks practiced before the patient leaved the operating room, the percentage of members who routinely completed checks before removing the patient from the operating room was 64.26%, and the percentage of members who completed each and every element of the checklist was 44.18%.The percentage of members who was really serious about practicing the checklist was 56.20%.The percentage of members who believed that surgeons should participated in checks practiced before induction of anesthesia was 81.47%.If the member himself or a member of his family needed a surgery, the percentage of members who hoped to implement the checklist was 98.35%.The percentage of members who believed that practicing WHO SSC could reduce the complications of surgery and improve the anesthetic safety of patients was 94.34%. Conclusion The implementing rate of checks practiced before induction of anesthesia is high, while the implementing rates of checks completed before skin incision and before patient leaves operating room are sequentially reduced in China.Although there are some problems with the implementation of WHO SSC, most respondents believe that implementing SSC can improve the anesthetic safety of patients undergoing surgery.

【Objective】 To analyze the expression of lncRNA SNHG25 in prostate cancer and its significance, so as to explore the biomarkers and potential therapeutic targets for the diagnosis and prognosis of this disease. 【Methods】 Based on the TCGA database, differential, survival, and clinical correlation analyses of SNHG25 were performed.SNHG25 expression in prostate cancer was analyzed in the UALCAN database to determine its relationship with the clinical and pathological characteristics.The lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA correlation analysis was performed.The relevant ceRNA regulatory network was constructed.Prostate cancer samples were divided into high and low SNHG25 expression groups, and differential SNHG25 related genes were filtered and then enriched. 【Results】 SNHG25 expression was significantly upregulated in prostate cancer specimens compared to normal prostate specimens (P<0.001), and the progression-free survival of the low SNHG25 expression group was significantly longer than that of the high SNHG25 expression group (P<0.001).There were no significant differences in age, T-stage and N-stage between the two groups, and there was no significant correlation between the expression of SNHG25 and Gleason score (P>0.05).Regulatory networks of SNHG25/miR-330-3p/DLX1 and RPL22L1 were constructed. 【Conclusion】 SNHG25 is highly expressed in prostate cancer tissues and correlated with poor prognosis.SNHG25 expression does not significantly correlate with age, T-stage, N-stage, and Gleason score.SNHG25/miR-330-3p/DLX1 and RPL22L1 regulatory networks may play an important role in the development of prostate cancer.SNHG25 may become a biomarker and potential therapeutic target for prostate cancer.
