According to the infection characteristics of batches of patients with extensive burns in dust explosion, the article focused on the concept and mode of whole-range fine management.Based on the characteristics and rules of infection prevention in bat-ches of patients with extensive burns, the measurement and examination of infection management were refined, the infection monitoring indexes were designed scientifically, the infection prevention scheme and monitoring table were formulated.By early and whole-range intervention of infection prevention, quantitative evaluation, fine management and precise control at different times, all levels of infec-tion management teams could fully serve their purposes in order to realize effective infection prevention.

OBJECTIVETo study the effects of Lactobacillus acidophilus (L. acidophilus) on the proliferation and cell cycle distribution of human tongue cancer cells (Tca8113 cells).

METHODSIn vitro cultivated human Tca8113 cells were treated by L. acidophilus supernatant, inactivated bacilli, cell free extracts and normal culture medium respectively, which were 1, 4, 16-fold(s) dilutelly, to investigate the proliferous effects of Tca8113 cells using of inverted microscope, cell counting, sulforhodamine B (SRB) and flow cytometry. The free radicals and Ca2+ in Tca8113 cells were also studied by confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM).

RESULTSAt the 48th hour after adding different L. acidophilus components, the Tca8113 cells changed in shape from the diamond-like, polygonal and slabs into the elongated form. In the condition of different times and different culture concentrations, the proliferation of Tca8113 cells was significantly inhibited by L. acidophilus components, which enhanced as the time prolonged and the concentrations of each L. acidophilus components increased according to the cell counting and the SRB experimental analysis. The cell proliferation index (CPI) was significantly reduced (P<0.01). The free radicals and Ca2+ in Tca8113 cells under the effect of each L. acidophilus components for 48 h indicated an obviously rising (P<0.01).

CONCLUSIONL. acidophilus restrains the proliferation of Tca8113 cells, which might be due to the increase in quantity of free radicals and Ca2+ in Tca8113 cells, and might be resulted from the release of metabolic products of L. acidophilus.

In terms of man ，constantly enhanced training and daily health monitoring have been insisted ；in terms of machine ，drug information entry and drug information management have been improved and maintained ；in terms of drugs ，on the basis of drug management ，the management of drugs banned by the World Anti -Doping Agency，class Ⅱ psychotropic drugs and narcotic drugs have been strengthened ；in terms of regulations and environment ，strict pharmacy workflow and management system have been established ，and epidemic prevention closed -loop management requirements have been strictly implemented . From the pre -opening of Yanqing Winter （Paralympic）Olympic Village on January 23，2022 to the official closing of the Village on March 16，2022，the clinic pharmacy dispensed a total of 156 prescriptions（105 prescriptions during the Winter Olympic Games ，51 prescriptions during the Winter Paralympic Games ），including 18 prescriptions from the National （Regional） Olympic Committee and the National （Regional） Paralympic Games team doctors ，2 prescriptions containing stimulants that do not need to be exempted from treatment，1 prescription for narcotics ，and 37 prescriptions for athletes（23.7%）. Ibuprofen tablets ，Diclofenac diethylamine emulsion，Loratadine tablets and other drugs are widely used . The application of 4M1E management method enables the clinic pharmacy to provide perfect and high -quality pharmaceutical services for large -scale events while doing well in epidemic prevention and control .
