Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of idiopathic hypereosinophilic syndrome (IHES) with gastrointestinal manifestations, and to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of IHES. Methods:The clinical materials, process of diagnosis and treatment and prognosis of 9 patients diagnosed as IHES with gastrointestinal manifestations were retrospectively analyzed. Results:The average age of 9 patients was (22.66± 12.86)years old,and the ratio of male and female was about 1.25∶ 1. The main clinical manifestations included abdominal pain, diarrhea and abdominal distension. The eosinophil percentages in peripheral blood and bone marrow of the patients were (42.66 ± 19.88 )% and (39.33 + 15.99 )%, respectively. The ascites exudate cytology examination showed eosinophil infiltrated. The results of gastroscope or colonoscope showed mucosal hyperemia and edema, scattered bleeding spots, and dark red granular hyperplasia; the colon was affected frecuently. The histological biopsy confirmed that the mucosal was infiltrated by eosinophils. The abdominal CT of 6 patients showed that the walls of stomach or bowel were thickened. The abdominal symptoms disappeared, and the ascites was absorpted in 9 patients after the treatment of glucocorticoid. After 2 years of follow up,2 patients had relapse, others had no recurrence. Conclusion:Performing the routine diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases, the clinicians should consider the possibility of IHES in order to avoid the misdiagnosis and delayed treatment. When IHES is diagnosed, steroid treatment should be performed in preference.

Objective:To search, evaluate and summarize the best evidences related to induction of labor by oxytocin infusion in pregnant women with full-term pregnancy, and to provide reference for clinical practice in order to reduce the complications during labor, such as the proportion of instrument delivery, prolonged labor duration, uterine rupture, postpartum hemorrhage, etc. Standardize the management process of induction of labor with oxytocin, improve the satisfaction of pregnant women to participate in the decision of induction of labor, and improve the outcome of the newborn. Methods:Take the evidence-based nursing method, in view of the full-term pregnancy pregnant women oxytocin drip induced labor evidence-based labor management problems, nearly 10 years related literature retrieval from January 1st 2011 to April 9th, 2021, the Australian JBI evidence-based health care center of literature quality evaluation criteria and evidence classification system, all kinds of research evaluation and classification of retrieval. Results:Early detection to 340 articles, and eventually into 9 articles, including 1 clinical decision, 6 guides, 2 pieces of system evaluation. Totally 45 pieces evidences related to induction of labor by oxytocin infusion in pregnant women with full-term pregnancy were sumarized, including induced labor time, oxytocin side effects, induced labor before evaluation, induced labor of guardianship, infusion solution, such as health education, and other seven aspects. Conclusions:The present study summarized 45 pieces of best evidence on the management of labor induced by oxytocin infusion during term pregnancy, which provided some evidence-based basis for midwives, obstetric nurses and managers. Through the application of the best evidence, it is beneficial to improve the outcome of pregnant women in the neonatal perinatal period, standardize the process of inducing labor with oxytocin, and improve the quality of obstetric care.

Objective:
To study the positive effect and mechanism of histone deacetylase Sirtuin 1 (Sirt1) on the osteogenic capacity of inflammatory PDLSCs.
Methods:
PDLSCs were isolated and cultured from the healthy individuals and periodontitis patients , the expression of Sirt1 in two types of PDLSCs was observed;osteogenic induction of inflammatory PDLSCs was performed , concurrently Sirt1 agonist resveratrol was used to up⁃regulate the expression of Sirt1 , then the osteogenic differentiation was observed , the expressions of Runx2 , acetylated NF⁃κB , acetylated FoxO1 and FoxO1 were assessed by Western blot.
Results :
The protein expression of Sirt1 was suppressed in in flamed PDLSCs( P < 0. 01) ;resveratrol could up⁃regulate the expression of Sirt1 in inflamed PDLSCs;compared with the osteogenic induction group , the osteogenesis + resveratrol group increased the expression of BSP ( t =14. 045 ,P < 0. 01) , Runx2( t = 3. 349 ,P < 0. 01) , OCN( t = 7. 218 ,P < 0. 01) and Osx ( t = 4. 544 ,P < 0. 01) mRNA in inflamed PDLSCs , and enhanced ALP staining(P < 0. 01) ;expression of FoxO1( t = 8. 737 , P < 0. 01) and Runx2( t = 6. 152 , P < 0. 01) increased after osteogenesis of inflamed PDLSCs ; in the osteogenesis + resveratrol
group , the expression of Sirt1 was up⁃regulated , and the expression of FoxO1( t = 5. 912 ,P < 0. 01) and Runx2( t =6. 277 ,P < 0. 01) further increased compared with the osteogenic induction group ,while the expression of acetylated NF⁃κB(F = 184. 033 ,P < 0. 01) and acetylated FoxO1(F = 301. 454 , P < 0. 01) was significantly lower than that of control group and osteogenic induction group.
Conclusion
The deacetylase Sirt1 could promote the osteogenic differentiation of inflammatory PDLSCs through deacetylating NF⁃κB and FoxO1 .

ObjectiveTo investigate the association between ZJU index and the onset of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in the Uygur population and the value of ZJU index in predicting the risk of NAFLD. MethodsThe Uighur community of The 51st Regiment of The Third Division of Xinjiang Kashgar Corps was selected as the investigation site, and the Uygur residents who lived in this area and had an age of >18 years were selected as subjects. Follow-up studies were conducted in 2019, 2020, and 2021, and the investigation of outcomes was completed in June to August of 2021. Finally 10 597 subjects were enrolled for analysis. The Kruskal-Wallis H test was used for comparison of continuous variables between groups, and the chi-square test was used for comparison of categorical variables between groups. The subjects were divided into Q1-Q4 groups according to the level of ZJU index. The Kaplan-Meier curve was used to predict the incidence rate of NAFLD, and the Cox regression model was used to analyze the association between ZJU index and the risk of NAFLD; the area under the ROC curve (AUC) was used to evaluate the value of ZJU index in predicting the risk of NAFLD. ResultsDuring the median follow-up time of 4.92 years, the incidence rate of NAFLD was 9.4% (992/10 597) among the study population. After adjustment for multiple factors, there was a significant increase in the risk of NAFLD with the increase in ZJU index, with a hazard ratio of 2.55 (95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.60 — 4.06), 7.32 (95%CI: 4.78 — 11.20), and 21.74 (95%CI: 14.32 — 33.00), respectively (all Ptrend<0.001). The ROC curve showed that ZJU index had a higher value in predicting NAFLD (AUC=0.816), and the male subgroup had a significantly higher predictive accuracy of ZJU index than the female subgroup (AUC: 0.829 vs 0.809). ConclusionZJU index is a predictive factor for the onset of NAFLD in the Uygur population in rural areas of Xinjiang and has a good value in predicting the risk of NAFLD.
