Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2014;20(35):4476-4478
Objective To explore the effect of short term non-lactose milk powder feeding for neonatal diarrhea. Methods Totals of 140 cases of neonatal diarrhea who were selected from March 2013 to February 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group .The observation group adopted short term non-lactose milk powder feeding , while the control group accepted long term non-lactose milk powder feeding . The effect of treatment , gastrointestinal symptom , average weight growth and milk powder tolerance were compared. Results In the observation group, the recovery, effective and ineffective neonatus were fifty one cases, seventeen cases and two cases respectively , while there were forty seven cases recovered , twenty nine effective cases and three ineffective cases in the control group .There were no statistical significance ( Z =0.758,P=0.366).The observation group had better results than the control group on average weight growth [(34.30 ±7.35) g/(kg? d) vs (24.29 ±8.06) g/(kg? d)] and milk powder intake [(105.37 ± 24.02)ml/(kg? d) vs (97.21 ±21.66)ml/(kg? d)], and the differences were statistically significant (t=2.809,3.161, respectively;P <0.05).In the observation group, the frequency of defecation, vomiting, ventosity and gastric retention were less than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions The short term feeding of lactose free milk powder is not only suitable for infant ’ s growth and immune system improvement , but also economical and valuable for clinical application widely .

Objective To retrospectively analyze the different clinical stages of patients with prostate cancer, and to investigate it's correlation with body mass index (BMI).Methods 363 patients with prostate cancer were enrolled from January 2008 to December 2016.There were 141 cases of stage Ⅱ,Ⅲ in 20 cases,202 cases of stage Ⅳ.According to the stratification of BMI (emaciation group, normal group, overweight group, obesity group),clinical data of different groups of prostate cancer patients were compared to analyze there correlation with BMI.Results Patient's age,pre-PSA concentration,Gleason scores and PSA density were significantly correlated with clinical stage (P < 0.05).Prostate volume and weight had no significant correlation with staging. There was a significant correlation between different strata of BMI and clinical stage (P < 0.05).Conclusion The different strata of BMI are closely related to the clinical stage. The higher BMI,the higher risk of the prostate cancer.
