1.Oncogenic mechanism and biological effect of Evi-1 gene
Journal of International Oncology 2013;(3):170-173
Ecotropic viral integration site-1 (Evi-1) gene is first identified as a binding site for retrovirus in murine myeloid leukemia. The human homologue with the murine in leukemia oncogene Evi-1 is about 91% of nuclear sequence and 94% of amino acid.Evi-1 gene is high expressed in myeloid malignancies and other tumors. The main tumorigenic mechanisms of Evi-1 gene include inhibiting TGF-β signal path by depressing Smad3,adjusting cell cycle, promoting angiogenesis, inhibiting JNK.activating AP-1,and so on.

Objective To explore the deficit features of verbal working memory of dyslexia children by comparing with normal children. Methods Seventeen normal children and fifteen dyslexia children finished the classic verbal n-back task which involved three memory updating difficulty levels. Results Dyslexia children ((81.7±7.0)%,(70.8±12.0)%,(60.0±7.0)%)performed worse than NC ((88. 6 ±6. 0)% , (83. 5 ± 7.0)% ,(75.6 ±9.0)%)in all memory updating levels(n = 0,1 ,2) (P<0.01). In the performances related to memory updating operating, when the difficulty of the updating rised dyslexia children(25. 9 ± 12. 0)% revealed greater decline than normal children(14.2 ± 12.0)% (P<0.01). Conclusion Dyslexia children demonstrate the deficit in the basic level of working memory, which was showed as the bad performance of n-back task in updating level zero, and also they had problems in memory updating, which was showed as the greater updating effect. Memory updating was regarded as the advanced procession of verbal working memory.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
Objectives To evaluate the effectiveness of transcarotid artery chemotherapy for gliomas after surgery, and selection of drug, avenue of administration, and optional time for the therapy. Methods Beginning from 4 to 30 days after operation, Nimustine (ACNU, Japan) 2.5mg/kg was injected per carotid artery, once every week for three times as one course. A second course of treatment was given after an interval of 4 to 6 weeks. Results With the above regime, the effect was marked in 39 cases (18.8%), fairly effective in 44 cases (20.8%), only slightly effective in 59 cases (27.8%), no effect in 61 cases (28.8%), and failure in 5 cases (2.4%), the mean survival time was nearly 100 weeks. Conclusion Transcarotid artery chemotherapy for gliomas is helpful in prolonging survival period, with little side effects, easy to carry out, less expensive, and better accepted by the patients.

Objective To prepare nifedipine( NF)sustained-release pellet tablets, and study of its release behavior in vitro. Methods Soluplus was selected as a carrier to prepare solid dispersion of NF by hot melt extrusion technique( HME), and the ratio of the drug to carrier was 1:1. The samples were validated as the solid dispersion by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). Extrusion-spheronization technique was introduced to prepare NF pellets and EudragitRS 30D was used as the coating material. The NF sustained-release tablets were prepared by direct compression of the coated pellets and suitable excipients. Results The release data in vitro proved that the drug release from the tablets was steady and complete over 24 hours. Conclusion The release of NF from sustained-release tablets is slow and steady. The method is easy to operate. The in vitro drug release pattern follows first-order kinetics.

AIM: To study the protective effect of cardiomyopeptidin (CMP) attributed to polypeptide on cultured myocardial cells injured by anoxia-reoxygenation.METHODS: The anoxia-reoxygenation injury model were developed, anoxia for 60 min and reoxygenation for 30 min. The effect of CMP on myocardial ultrastructure was observed. [Ca2+]i was estimated with adherent cell analysis and sorting 570(ACAS 570) laser cytometer and measured with fluorescent dye Fura-2-AM, the lipid fluidity of cellular membrane was determined by fluorescence polarization technique. RESULTS: CMP could obviously improve the ultrastructure of myocardial cells and dose-dependently decrease [Ca2+]i and increase the lipid fluidity of cellular membrane, CMP also could markedly reduce the chromaticity value of pseudo-colour graphic model of Ca2+. CONCLUSION: Cardiomyopeptidin has an obvious protective effect on cultured myocardial cells injured by anoxia-reoxygenation, this may be related to its effect of decreasing [Ca2+]i and increasing lipid fluidity of cellular membrane.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(6):76-79,80
Objective To compare the quality of Flos Farfarae from different habitats, and provide basis for the utilization and development of Tussilago farfara. Methods The contents of rutin and tussilagone were determinated by HPLC, the 100-bud dry weight and bud color were weighed and observed. And the data of different samples were compared and statistical analysed. Results The content of rutin, tussilagone and 100-bud dry weight in Flos Farfarae from different place has a significant difference, and there was a significant positive correlation between rutin and tussilagone. Principal component and factor analysis showed that the quality of Flos Farfarae from Yushe, Ningwu, Guangling was better than other areas. Conclusion The quality of Flos Farfarae from different areas is difference, and wild T. farfara in Yushe, Ningwu, Guangling could be used as high quality germplasm.

The hospital spirit is not only the spiritual support and vital source for staff, but also the concentrat-ed expression of ideology and faith, value orientation, moral trait, psychology tendencies, culture stereotypes, the unified will and code of conduct for all kinds of personnel. The party organizations are the best helmsmen to culti-vate and carry forward the hospital spirit, which reveals distinctive and profound medical ethical principles and norms. In this paper, taking X hospital as an example, we describe the core function of the party committee′s lead-ership and results in the process of breeding, inheritance and innovation of hospital spirit and reflect ethically so as to provide good references for the current hospital spirit cultivation and promotion.

Objective To define the factors that influence the safety of hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) associated with cirrhosis. Methods Based on the patients treated before and after February 1997,229 cases of HCC associated with cirrhosis were divided into two groups, Group A and Group B, respectively. The patients′ general condition, operative procedure, morbidity and mortality rates were compared between the two groups. The factors that influenced surgical morbidity were analysed. Results In group B, patients′ average age was higher (P
