Objective To investigate zhisouhuatan capsule combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.MethodsRetrospective analysis was used to analysis the clinical data of patients with acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis treated in our hospital from February 2015 to December 2016,according to the treatment methods, which were divided into levofloxacin treatment group and zhisouhuatan capsule combined with levofloxacin in the treatment group.After 4 weeks treatment, the symptom scores, lung function, inflammatory cytokine levels and side effects of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.ResultsThe symptom score of the two groups of patients before treatment had no difference, after treatment, the cough, expectoration and lung auscultation score of combined treatment group were lower than levofloxacin group (t=9.039, 3.574, 7.962, P<0.001);There was no difference between the two groups before treatment.After treatment, the levels of FEV1, FEV1/FVC, MMEF, PEF and FVC in the combined treatment group were higher than that in the levofloxacin group;There was no difference in serum inflammatory cytokine levels between the two groups before treatment.After treatment, the levels of IL-8, hs-CRP and TNF-in the combined treatment group were lower than that in the levofloxacin group (t=25.301, 3.615, 5.733, P<0.001);After 4 weeks of treatment, the blood and urine test results showed that the two groups of patients were not out of liver and kidney dysfunction, with good safety.ConclusionZhisouhuatan capsule combined with levofloxacin on acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis has good curative effect, can significantly improve symptoms and pulmonary function of patients, with clinical application value.

Objective To research and develop the mobile platform-oriented echocardiogram data visualization technology for the evaluation of left ventricular diastolic function,and investigate its application value.Methods First,diagnostic algorithms for the evaluation of left ventricular diastolic function (based on recommendations from ASE & EAE guidelines) were programmed into a mobile application software package,using Adobe Flex builder 4.0 as a basic tool for data visualization.Second,the program was installed in the Apple iPad4 tablet computer,then debugged and improved according to feedback information from practical applications.Results The echocardiogram data visualization for the estimation of left ventricular filling pressures in patients with depressed ejection fraction(EF) or normal EF and grading diastolic function can be implemented in mobile platform device,and simultaneously with emergency bedside echocardiography.The evaluation process can be visually presented by using the graphics to show the algorithm framework,the animation to express the analysis step,the axis to indicate the direction of information,and the color to differentiate the degree of the diastolic dysfunction.Conclusions The mobile platform-oriented echocardiogram data visualization technology makes the evaluation of left ventricular diastolic function more convenient,efficient and fast,and shows its potential to become an important adjunct to evaluation of cardiac function in the context of mobile health.

Objective To study the effect of tripterygium glycosides combined with prednisone in the treat-ment of adult patients with purpura nephritis.Methods 20 adult patients with purpura nephritis were selected and randomly divided to two groups according to the random number table method.10 cases of the control group were administered with prednisone,10 cases of the observation group were administered with tripterygium glycosides and prednisone.After treatment,the treatment effect and postoperative recovery of the two groups were compared.Results The markedly effective,effective,ineffective,the total effective rates of the observation group were 5 cases(50%), 40 cases(40%),1 case (10%),9 cases (90%),respectively,which of the control group were 3 cases (30%), 4 cases(40%),3 cases(30%),7 cases(70%),there was statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(χ2 =4.32,P <0.05);The disappeared time of negative urinary protein,hematuria,edema disappeared,negative hypertension in the observation group were (31.5 ±5.6)d,(35.6 ±6.6)d,(29.6 ±6.4)d, (30.3 ±6.5)d,respectively,which of the control group were (37.5 ±6.5)d,(42.6 ±8.2)d,(35.6 ±7.5)d, (37.7 ±7.3)d,the differences were statistically significant between the two groups(t =2.57,2.62,2.60,2.81,all P <0.05 ).The gastrointestinal discomfort,decreased white blood cells,abnormal liver function,total incidence of adverse reaction rates of the observation group were 1 case(10%),1 case(10%),1 case(10%),3 cases(30%), which of the control group were 1 case(10%),1 case(10%),0 case(0%),2 cases(20%),there was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reaction rate between the two groups(χ2 =1.13,P <0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of adult patients with purpura nephritis,tripterygium glycosides combined with predni-sone has good effect,and can improve the symptoms of patients required a shorter time.

Objective To explore the main reason of secondary barrenness resulted from drug miscarriage before childbearing. Methods Gynecologic examination was performed in 156 patients with secondary barrenness after drug miscarriage. Uterus neck and vaginal smear examination, mycoplasma and chlamydozoon detection, and hysterosalpingograghy were performed in the same time. Results 101 patients (101/156,64.74%) had genital duct inflammation,61 patients (61/156,39.1%) had various degrees of tubal obstruction. Conclusion The main reason of secondary barrenness after drug miscarriage was the tubal obstruction resulted from inflammation, especially chlamydozoon and mycoplasma infection. Drug miscarriage was not so safe before childbearing.

Objective To improve diagnosis of straight back syndrome.Methods 21 patients with straight back syndrome include 12 male and 9 female,and aged 15～36 years old(mean 21 years old).The standard P-A and left lateral chest film were taken and the A-P diameter and transverse diameter of the chest were measured,and the ratio between the both was calculated.Results The A-P diameter of the chest were 5.3 cm～8.5 cm(mean 6.6 cm)in male and 4.2 cm～8.1 cm(mean 6.2 cm)in female.the ratio between the A-P diameter and transverse diameter of the chest were 0.22～0.37(mean 0.34)in male,and 0.19～0.366(mean 0.31)in female.Conclusion The ratio between the A-P diameter and transverse diameter of the chest ≤0.37 is the diagnostic basis of the straight back syndrome.

Objective To explore the effect of hemodialysis filtration and blood perfusion in the treatment of patients with uremic encephalopathy.Methods 30 patients with uremic encephalopathy were selected,they were treated with hemodialysis filtration and blood perfusion.After the treatment,the treatment effect and postoperative recovery of patients were compared.Results In the treatment,1 case coma for 5 days,after 2 times treatment with death;1 case coma for 7 days.After 3 times the combined treatment did not restore sanity;12 patients of combined treatment after 1 time of the symptoms disappeared completely;After 3 times of treatment on the patients with residual symptoms have less.Consciousness of patients was 25 cases (83.3%).Before treatment,BUN was (28.4 ± 3.1)mmol/L,Scr was (749 ±99.6)mol/L,PTH was (245.7 ±35.2)pg/g,K + was (4.7 ±1.4)mmol/L,Na + was (137.7 ±18.4)mmol/L,Cl -was (90.8 ±16.7)mmol/L,β2 -MG was (25.4 ±3.4)mg/L.After treatment,BUN was (9.1 ±2.4)mmol/L,Scr was (199.7 ±99.2)μmol/L,PTH was (105.6 ±33.6)pg/g,K + was (4.3 ± 1.3)mmol/L,Na + was (135.7 ±14.8)mmol/L,Cl - was (85.0 ±5.2)mmol/L,β2 -MG was (13.4 ±3.1)mg/L. The differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with uremic encephalopathy,hemodialysis filtration and blood perfusion have good effect,should be used in clinical promotion.

Objective To investigate the therapy effects of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) on renal recovery after ischemia-reperfusion injured. Methods Seventy-two Spargue-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups as normal control, sham operated control, I/R group(n=30) and the MSCs group. Rats were subjected to 45 min bilateral renal ischemial-reperfusion injury with microvascular clips, after 60 min of reperfusion they were injected in BrdU positive MSCs(1?106/mL)intravenously. The animals were sacrificed at 12 h, 3 d, 7 d, 14 d, and 42 d after reperfusion, and the bilateral kidney and blood samples were harvested. The blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and serum creatinine(Scr) were measured on automatic biochemistry analyzer. Renal morphologic changes were scored with Paller’s criterion on hematoxylin and eosin(H&E) stained sections. The apoptosis of tubular cells were examined by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP-biotin nick end labeling (TUNEL). PCNA positive tubular cells were detected immunohistochemically as proliferation index. And confocal microscopy were used to identified the distribution of BrdU positive MSCs. Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of phenylethanoid glycosides on cyclophosphamide (CTX)-induced dyszoospermia in mice and to preliminary elucidate the mechanisms involved in the process. Methods Phenylethanoid glycoside was extracted by ethanol extraction.Forty male BALB/C mice were randomly divided into control group,model group,low dose of phenylethanoid glycosides group (50 mg· kg-1 )and high dose of phenylethanoid glycosides group (100 mg·kg-1 ).Except control group,the dyszoospermia mouse model was established by peritoneal injection of CTX at the daily dose of 80 mg· kg-1 ,once daily for successive 5 d. After modeling, phenylethanoid glycosides were intragastrically administered at corresponding doses to each phenylethanoid glycosides group.Equal volume of normal saline was given to the mice in control group and model group by gastrogavage.All the medication was performed once daily for successive 30 d.The testis tissue was obtained 24 h after the last intragastric administration.The level of testosterone in the testis tissue homogenate was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The sperm counts, the motility rates, and the teratospermia rates in various groups were compared.The morphological changes of the testis tissue were observed using HE staining.Results Compared with control group, the sperm count and the motility rate were decreased, the teratospermia rate was increased,and the testosterone level in the testis tissue homogenate was decreased in model group(P<0.01).Compared with model group,the sperm counts and the motility rates were increased,the teratospermia rates were decreased, and the testosterore levels in the testis tissue homogenate were increased in phenylethanoid glycosides groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01).The histological results showed atrophy and degeneration of seminiferous tuble,thicker seminiferous epithelium and azoospermic lumina in model group;the number of seminiferous epithelial layers was increased and the seminiferous cells orderly arranged, and many sperms were found in the tubules in phenylethanoid glycosides groups.Conclusion Phenylethanoid glycosides has obviously therapeutical effect on CTX-induced dyszoospermia in mice,and its mechanisms might be correlated with recovering the testosterone level.

ObjectiveTo assess the impact of intense pulsed light (IPL) on the dermatopathological manifestation in a Bama miniature pig model of steroid-induced dermatitis.MethodsFive female Bama miniature pigs aged two months were selected.The white skin areas with white hair at both sides of the neck served as the target area.Halometasone(0.05％) cream was applied to the right target area twice daily for 60 days to establish a model of steroid-induced dermatitis.Then,3 pigs were randomly selected and irradiated with IPL of 25 J/cm2 at the model area with an interval of 3 weeks for 9 weeks,the remaining 2 pigs receiving no treatment served as the natural recovery group.Finally,skin tissues were obtained from the left and right target areas and subjected to haematoxylin and eosin staining for the observation of histopathological changes.ResultsA significant increase was observed in the layer number of keratinocytes and thickness of dermal collagen fiber in the IPL-treated pigs compared with the pigs in natural recovery group (6.27 ± 1.26 vs.2.98 ±0.92,t =3.27,P＜ 0.01; 1.88 ± 0.19 mm vs.0.84 ± 0.15 mm,t =4.25,P＜ 0.01).Moreover,IPL irradiation resulted in the regression of telangiectasis in the dermis.ConclusionIPL may increase skin thickness,relieve flushing and improve skin elasticity efficiently.
