China Pharmacy 2016;27(23):3231-3233
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the effect and safety of dezocine on hemodynamics and inflammatory cytokines in esoph-ageal cancer patients with one-lung ventilation(OLV). METHODS:80 esophageal cancer patients were randomly divided into ob-servation group and control group,40 cases in each group. All patients received 0.5 mg penehyclidine hydrochloride+0.1 mg/kg midazolam+4 μg/kg fentanyl+2 mg/kg propofol+0.15 mg/kg cisatracurium for anesthesia induction, propofol 4-10 mg/(kg·h)+remifentanil 0.1 μg/(kg·min)were pumped after double-lumen endobronchial catheter. Observation group received 1 mg dezocine by Intravenous injection in surgical skin incision, control group received the same amount of normal saline. Hemodynamic parame-ters [heart rate (HR),mean arterial pressure (MAP)] and inflammatory cytokine levels in 2 groups before anesthesia induction (T1),when skin incision(T2),5 min after dezocine/normal saline(T3),OLV 30 min(T4),recovery two-lung ventilation 10 min (T5)and end of the operation(T6)were compared, and the incidence of adverse reactions was observed. RESULTS:There was no significant difference in HR and MAP in 2 groups at T1,T5 and T6(P>0.05);HR and MAP in observation group at T2,T3 and T4 were significantly lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There were no significant differ-ences in TNF-α and IL-8 at T1,T2 and T3 and IL-6 at T1,T2,T3 and T4 between 2 groups(P>0.05);TNF-α and IL-8 at T4,T5 and T6 and IL-6 at T5 and T6 in observation group were significantly lower than control group, the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05). And there was no obvious adverse reactions during treatment. CONCLUSIONS:Dezocine shows more stable hemo-dynamics and lower expression level of inflammatory cytokines in esophageal cancer patients with OLV,with good safety.

Objective To investigate the effects of a-melanocyte stimulating hormone (?MSH) on serum cytokine levels in rats with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) induced by acute hemorrhagic shock and intratracheal lipopolysaccharide (LPS) administration (two-hit model) .Methods Thirty male SD rats weighing (337? 25) g were randomly assigned to six groups of five animals in each group: group A normal control; group B ARDS control; group C-F treatment groups in which ?MSH 1.7 mg/kg was given at different time points - Ih before LPS(C), at the time as LPS was administratered (D), 1h after LPS (E) or together with and 3 h and 6 h after LPS (F) . The animals were anesthetized with intravenous thiopental 30 mg?kg-1 and tracheotomized and mechanically ventilated (FiO2 : 0.5, RR 100 bpm, VT12ml, I: E = 1:1.5) . Right common carotid artery was cannulated for BP monitoring, removal of blood and blood sampling. Acute hemorrhagic shock was induced by removal of blood and MAP was maintained at 45 mm Hg for 1 h, then the animals were resuscitated with reinfusion of removed blood and lactated Ringer's solution, then endotoxin (LPS 200 ?g/kg in 500 ?l normal saline). The criterion for ARDS was PaO2/FiO2

Objective To examin and analyze the structure, ultrastructure and the circulation of the spleen ellipsoid in the soft-shelled turtle, Pelodiseus sinensis. Methods Twelve turtles were used and observed by light- and electron-microscopy and injection of ink suspension in this study. Results The spleen white pulp was consisted of the periarteriolar lymphatic sheath (PALS) and periellipsoidial lymphatic sheath (PELS). There was no lymphoid nodule in the spleen. Red pulp included splenic cords and splenic sinusoids. The marginal zone was not found in the turtle spleen. When the central arteriole left out of the PALS, it divided into several ellipsoid capillaries which were surround by the PELS. The end of the ellipsoid capillary opened directly to the splenic cord and the blood cells then entered into the splenic sinusoid through the gap between the endothelial cells. The ellipsoid capillary was consisted of simple cuboidal epithelium with an uncompleted basement membrane. The ellipsoid wall was consisted of supporting cells,ellipsoid-associated cells and reticular fibres. Lymphocytes and red cells were always found on the ellipsoid wall. After 40min of the injection of ink suspesion, much carbon particles of ink were restricted on the wall. Conclusion The ellipsoid capillary in the soft-shelled turtle, just like the high endothelial venule, was the important passage of the lymphocytes and blood cells going out and into the lymph tissue. The splenic circulation in the turtle belongs to the opening model.

Objective To evaluate the expression of Fas/FasL antigen on peripheral blood T lymphocytes and its possible role in Behcet disease. Methods The expression of Fas and FasL antigen on peripheral blood T lymphocytes was determined by flow cytometry and three-colour double marked immunofluorescence methods in 26 patients with Behcet disease and 43 healthy individuals. Results The difference was significant between Behcet disease (25.70%±7.32%) and controls (14.02%±6.30%) concerning the Fas expression on CD4+ T lymphocytes(P<0.01) . But no difference was found concerning the expression of FasL antigen between Behcet disease and controls (P>0.05).The expression of Fas antigen on CD8+ T lymphocytes from Behcet disease (9.47%±6.97%)was significantly higher than that in control group(3.47%±2.75%), but no difference was found concerning FasL antigen expression on CD8+ T lymphocytes between Behcet disease and controls(P>0.05).Conclusion These results indicate the imbalance of the expression of Fas and FasL on T lymphocytes in Behcet disease is responsible for the perpetuation and recurrence of Behcet disease for the activated lymphocytes would not be eliminated through apoptosis mediated by Fas/FasL system.

Magnesium stents have gained increasing interest as an ideal stent of future intervention. In order to study the deformation behavior of magnesium alloy stents in the interventional treatment, the finite element method was used to analysis the effects of different crimp and expansion dimensions on the mechanical properties (maximum stress, radial recoil rate, longitudinal shortening rate and radial strength). The results showed that crimping and expanding have a minimal influence on the stent radial strength. When the expansion size is same, the maximum equivalent stress and recoil rate decrease with the crimp size. When the crimp size is same, in contrast with the radial recoil rate, the maximum equivalent stress and longitudinal shortening rate increase with the expansion size. In addition the paper verified the radial strength-radial displacement curve obtained by FEM. Results are basically consistent, indicating the finite element method can efficiently provide researchers with reliable, high-quality design.

The finite element method was used for simulating the mechanical performance and fatigue safety of three different structures of Nitinol stent. According to the actual situation, after proposing reasonable assumptions and simplification, the geometry model and finite element model establishment, material mode selection and boundary condition setting are completed. The strain and fatigue life of different stent edges wide (omega) or strut angle (theta) are computed. The result can provide a valuable reference for the optimal design of stent.

Objective:To analyze the awareness rate of obesity risk factors among children and adoles-cents, and to provide the basis for preventing their obesity. Methods: The students selected by using stratified cluster sampling method, were measured for the body height, weight, and waist circumference, and were surveyed for the awareness rate of obesity risk factors by using the questionnaire. The distribu-tion characteristics of awareness on obesity risk factors were analyzed. Results: The awareness rate of obesity risk factors was 74 . 1%, and there was no significant difference on the awareness rate of obesity risk factors between the males [71. 2% (247/347)] and females [77. 2% (257/333)], the abdominal obesity students [73. 5% (202/275)] and non-abdominal obesity students [74. 6% (302/405)], the overall obesity students [74. 3% (185/249)] and non-overall obesity students [74. 0% (319/431)], re-spectively. However, the awareness rate of obesity risk factors among the primary school students was 81. 9% (272/332) that was higher than that of the middle school students [66. 7% (232/348)] (P<0. 05). Compared with the primary school students, the non-awareness risk of obesity risk factors would in-crease among the middle school students (OR=2. 23, P<0. 05). Conclusion:The overall awareness rate of obesity risk factors is not high among children and adolescents, especially among middle school students.
