Objective: To examine the effect of attributional style on individual’s state anxiety after failure. Methods: Rosenberg self-esteem scale was applied to select 122 subjects from 216 college students. The question was solved by combining the method of questionnaire inquiry with an experiment, and the data was analyzed by t-test and ANOVA. Results: ①From t-test, the mean score of low self-esteem subjects’ attributional style was 14.69, and that of high selfesteem is 12.93; ②From ANOVA, the anxiety difference, the main effect of self-esteem, attributional style and their interactive effects were significant, respectively F(1,118)=7.56,P

With specific physical characters,proton for postoperative breast cancer can improve dose homogeneity,lower dose to crucial organs such as the heart,lung and the opposite breast,and reduce the complications of normal tissues and incidence of the second primary tumor proton accelerated radiation for partial breast cancer can reduce therapy time,but its long time effect needs great patients and long time follow-up to beproved.

T-wave alternans (TWA) refers to a phenomenon appearing in the surface electrocardiograph (ECG) as a consistent fluctuation in morphology and amplitude of the T wave on an "every-other-beat" basis. Correlation method (CM) has a certain ability to detect the non-stationary TWA, but it is very sensitive to noise. In this paper we propose a modified correlation method to ensure a stable and accurate detection of non-stationary TWA. Compared to the CM, the method modifies the judge condition and uses the linear fitting to limit the noise to gain the ability of detecting of non-stationary TWA. Our simulation and clinical data assessment study demonstrates the improved performance of the proposed algorithm.

Objective To investigate the effects of pantoprazole treatment in the prevention of gastric tumor bleeding in patients with unresectable gastric cancer. Methods This study was a prospective double-blind,randomized,placebo-controlled trial. From January 2014 to July 2015,patients with gastric tumor bleeding in Xuzhou Cancer Hospital were included in this study. 131 cases of unresectable gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups. In the experimental group,66 cases were taken pantoprazole 40 mg,1 time / d,and 65 cases in the control group were given placebo 40 mg and 1 time/ d. The course of treatment was 8 weeks. The differences in tumor bleeding,blood transfusion requirements and overall survival time between the two groups were observed during the follow-up period. Results The median follow-up time was 6. 5 ( 3. 3, 13. 2 ) months. Seven cases ( 10. 61%) in pantoprazole group had tumor bleeding, and 13 ( 20%) in the placebo group. There was no significant difference in cumulative risk of tumor bleeding between the two groups (Gray's test: P = 0. 426) . However,in the first 5 months of follow-up,the cumulative incidence of tumor bleeding in pantoprazole group was 0,lower than that in placebo group (9. 23%) (6/ 65) (Gray's test: P = 0. 039). There was no significant difference in blood transfusion requirement and overall survival between the two groups. No drug-related adverse reactions and bleeding related deaths occurred during the follow-up period. Conclusion Pantoprazole can not significantly reduce tumor bleeding in patients with unresectable gastric cancer.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between OPRM1 118A/G gene polymorphism and oxycodone analgesic dose in patients with cancer pain. METHODS: DNA sequencing was used to detect the genotypies of OPRM1 118 A/G site in 203 patients with moderate and severe cancer pain, and to compare the relationship between the pain degree and the dose of oxycodone at 3 and 30 days after treatment in patients with different genotypes. RESULTS: The fequencies of AA, AG and GG genotypes at the OPRM1 118 A/G site were 34.78%, 52.70%, and 12.52%, respectively. The dosage of oxycodone in GG genotype was significantly higher than that in AA genotype and AG genotype (15.44±10.19 vs. 10.25±4.53, 10.49±5.26; 89.15±27.69 vs. 43.59±12.19, 48.27±18.79) on the 3 and 30 day after treatment, difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). CONCLUSION For cancer pain patients with GG genotype of OPRM1 118A/G site, if they need to achieve the same analgesic effect as patients with AA and AG genotype, the dose of oxycodone should be increased.

Objective:To explore the value of clinical application of the infrared ray thermal imaging (IRTI) combined with the method of "two longitudinal and five transverse lines" in locating the perforators in the transfer of free anterolateral thigh perforator flap (ALTPF) in children.Methods:From November 2018 to November 2022, 13 children (8 boys and 5 girls) aged 2 to 12 years old (6.3 years old in average) who received free ALTPF transfers were included in this study. Causes of injury were 6 by car accidents, 2 by falls, 3 by crushing injuries and 2 by burning scars. Injury sites were 2 in head, 1 in trunk, 5 in hand and 5 in ankle. The size of soft tissue defect was 2.0 cm×4.2 cm-9.0 cm×16.0 cm, and the size of ALTPF was 2.3 cm×4.5 cm-6.0 cm×20.0 cm. The remaining wound was covered with medium thick skin grafts. IRTI combined with the method of "two longitudinal and five transverse lines" was applied to preoperatively locate the pedicle and design the ALTPF. Intraoperatively, the pedicles were explored within the region of anterolateral thigh. The rate of perforrator location and sensitivity of the infrared thermography were calculated. All donor sites were directly sutured. Standard postoperative management included anti-infection, anti-coagulation, anti-convulsion and blood volume expansion with adequate warming. Regular outpatient follow-ups were conducted through various means such as home visits, telephone calls, WeChat and text messages to observe flap survival and donor site healing.Results:All 13 patients completed the 3 to 35 (11.0±1.5) months of postoperative follow-up. All 13 flaps survived well, with good colour and texture, and without obvious bloating. Only one bloated flap had a local repair at the inner ankle with a flap thinning surgery in the stage Ⅱ surgery. Then all flaps achieved satisfaction appearance in all patients. All the donor sites healed at stage I. Two patients showed significant early scar hypertrophy in the donor site, which then gradually stabilised 12 months later. All patients had good functional recovery. Before surgery, a total of 38 perforators were discovered and 40 perforators were found intraoperatively. Of the 40 perforators, 3 were not explored before operation, which were located in the proximal part of Zone Ⅰ, Zone Ⅲ and Zone Ⅳ, respectively. The sensitivity of infrared thermography was found at 92.5% in preoperative detection and location of perforators, with a positive prediction at 97.3%.Conclusion:IRTI combined with the method of "two longitudinal and five transverse lines" in locating perforators is safe and reliable in the design of ALTPFs in children. It provides an additional and reliable option for location of perforator in the design and harvesting of ALTPFs in children.
