1.Pingyangmycin Local Injection Under Suspension Microlaryngoscopy for Hemangioma at Laryngopharyngeal and Laryngeal in 22 Cases

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of pingyangmycin local injection under suspension microlaryngoscopy for treatment of laryngopharyngeal and laryngeal hemangioma. Methods The total of 44 cases of patients with laryngopharyngeal or laryngeal hemangioma were randomly divided into the experimental group ( n=22 ) and the control group (n=22). They were treated with bleomycin 5 mg or pingyangmycin 4-8 mg injection under suspension microlaryngoscopy in the hemangioma, respectively. If the treatments were not curative, repeated one more times in intermittent 15 d, but not more than 3 times. Therapeutic effect and adverse effect were recorded and analyzed. Results The total effective rate (95. 4%)in the experimental group was significantly better than that (59. 1%) in the control group (P<0. 05),and side reaction in two groups showed no significant variation. Conclusion Pingyangmycin local injection for treating laryngopharyngeal and laryngeal hemangioma is effective, less adverse reaction.

Survivin is Absolutely undetectable in normal tissues, but over-expressed in all the most common human cancers. Survivin is considered as an important target in cancer treatment, and the research on its molecular antagonists has gained encouraging achievements.
4.Primary myoepithelial carcinoma of the preauricular area in a young female: a rare case report.

A female patient with a dark red mass in the of preauricular area for over 3 months was hospitalized. Enhanced CT scan and ultrasonography showed that the mass had clear boundaries and was rich in blood supply. The patient was misdiagnosed as preauricular hemangioma, then the mass was removed as a benign tumor and found irrelevant to parot, SMA(+), Vim(+), S-100(+), indicating myoepithelial carcinoma. So a radical excision was performed to get negative incised margin. The patient didn't undergo postoperative chemotherapy but demonstrated no evidence of recurrence over a 12-month follow-up.

5.Adeno-associated virus vector-medicated green fluorescent protein transfected human amniotic epithelial cells in vitro

BACKGROUND:Human amniotic epithelial cells(AECs)are easy to obtain and can function as ideal seed cells for cell transplantation and tissue repair.Currently,marking and tracing of human AECs remains rarely reported.OBJECTIVE:To explore the efficiency of adeno-associated virus(AAV)vector-medicated green fluorescent protein(GFP)on in vitro cultured human AECs transfection.METHODS:Human amnion samples were harvested and trypsinized to isolate human AECs.The AECs were transfected with AAV-GFP,and the transfection efficiency was detected.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Human AECs were successfully primary cultured and passaged in vitro.AAV-GFP-transfected AECs stably and highly expressed GFP,with a transfection efficiency of 58%.
6.Transversal inducing differentiation of human amniotic epithelial cells into hepatocyte-like cells

Objective To evaluate the in vitro differentiation of human amniotic epithelial cells (hAECs ) into hepatocyte-like cells. Methods Combined approach of dexamethasone, HGF, IGF and other cytokines were used to induce the differentiation of hAECs into hepatocyte-like cells. The induction lasted 2 weeks. During the induction, the expression of albumin ALB, CYP1A1, CYP1A2, IGFR, c-met and key functional genes related to liver cells as well as transcription factors HNF3, HNF4 and C/EBPa were monitored by RT-PCR. Time dependent changes of the surface marker colony ALB, AFP and CK18 were analyzed by cell flow cytometry. Results After the 2 week induction, the expressions of liver hepatocyte-like cell functional genes such as albumin, CYP1A1, CYP1A2, c-met, and transcription factors such as HNF3, HNF4, C/EBPa and HNF1 were observed. Six days after the induction, hAECs mainly were stained AFP+, and the positive rate was (15.1±2.1)%. While 10 days after the induction, part of the hAECs showed AFP+/ALB+ (6.5±1.4)%; and on 14th day, hAECs only showed ALB+, and the rate was (13.9±2.3)%. ALB+ cell increase indicated a gradual functional maturation from the hAECs to hepatocyte-like cells. Similaritly, the number of CK18+ cells in the whole population was also increased: On 10th day, the rate was (16.1±1.2)%; on 14th day, that was (21.3±4.6)%, which proved the above hypothesis of the trandifferentiation. By extending the induction time, the expression of functional genes increased gradually, and a maturing process of hAECs was detected by cell surface markers. Conclusion The differentiation of hAECs induced in vitro has the characteristics of hepatocyte-like cells.
7.Quantitative analysis of transplanted effect of human amniotic epithelial cells in mice with acute liver injury

BACKGROUND:There are many preliminary studies on the survival, metaptosis, and correlation characteristics of human amniotic epithelial cel s after transplanted into the animals, but there are no reports on the quantitative analysis of the transplantation effect. OBJECTIVE:To make quantitative analysis on serum biochemical function of liver and the expression of human albumin in mice received passaged human amniotic epithelial cel s transplantation in spleen. METHODS:Forty nude mice were randomly divided into four groups (n=10 in each group):hepatectomy+cel transplantation 2 weeks group, hepatectomy+cel transplantation 4 weeks group, hepatectomy+normal saline group (treated with partial hepatectomy) and hepatectomy+cel transplantation group (transplanted with 0.2 mL passaged human amniotic epithelial cel s with 5×106 under spleen, and the blood were col ected at 2 and 4 weeks after transplantation). The mice in the hepatectomy+normal saline group were treated with splenic injection of 0.2 mL normal saline;the cel transplantation group did not receive hepatectomy, and transplanted with 0.2 mL passaged human amniotic epithelial cel s with 5×106 under spleen. The histological and morphological changes of the liver and spleen in each group as wel as the expressions of serum alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase and human serum albumin in each group were detected, and the quantitative analysis of human serum albumin expression was performed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: There was no obvious morphological change after human amniotic epithelial cel s transplanted into the acute liver injury mice for 4 weeks, but specific cel s could be detected by histological method. The serum levels of alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase and human serum albumin were improved obviously, and the human albumin could be detected in serum, the level of human albumin at 4 weeks after transplantation was significantly increased than 2 weeks after transplantation. Human amniotic epithelial cel s can survive for more than 4 weeks after transplanted into the liver injury mice, and can stil express partial characteristics and functions of hepatocyte-like cel s, improve the liver function, thus treating acute liver injury.
8.Analysis of risk factors of in-stent restenosis after coronary implantation of drug-elufing stent

Objective To investigate the risk factors of in-stent restenosis (ISR) after coronary implantation of drug-eluting stent Methods One hundred and fifty-seven patients including 118 males and 39 females,who underwent successful implantation of drug-eluting stent, were recruited in the study. The patients were divided into the restenosis group (33 patients) and non-restenosis group ( 124 patients) according to the angiographic results. The associations of ISR with clinical and coronary angiographic characteristics were analyzed using univiriate analysis and logistic regression. Results In the restenosis group,there were 18 cases of diabetes mellitus ( 54. 5% ), 26 cases of frequency angina ( 78. 8% ), which were significantly higher than those of 31 cases of diabetes (25.0%) and 72 case of frequent angina (58. 1% ) in the non-restenosis group (χ2 = 10. 60, P < 0. 01, χ2 = 4. 77, P = 0. 03 for diabetes mellitus and frequent angina, respectively). Compared to non-restenosis group, the occurrence rates of chronic total occasion, bifurcatus lesions, diffuse lesions were significandy higher in the restenosis group ( 19. 3% vs 7. 6% χ2 =5.92,21.1% vs 10. 2% χ2 =4. 34,26. 3%vs 12. 1% χ2 =6. 32,Ps <0. 05). Fifty-seven stents were implanted into the restenosis group,and one hundred and fifty-seven into the non-restenosis group. Logistic regression analysis showed that diabetes, frequent angina,chronic total occlusion lesions, bifurcatus lesions, diffuse lesions, stent length and diameter were significantly associated with restenosis ( OR value were 3.52,2. 59,3.05,3. 14,3.08,0. 93,95% CI were 1.56 - 7.90,1.02 - 6. 59,1.11 - 8. 36,1.30 - 7.59,1.34 - 7.05,0. 88 - 0. 98 respectively, Ps < 0. 05 ). Conclusion After implantation of drug-eluting stent, diabetes mellitus, chronic total occasion lesions, frequent angina, diffuse lesions, bifurcatus lesions and stent length and diameter are associated with follow-up restenosis.

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a chronic degenerative disease of central nervous system.The disease onset slow,early typical performance for the decline in judgment,lack of initiative,moodiness,etc,clinical manifestations of memory loss, cognitive dysfunction based.Cerebrolysin is a akind ofneurotrophicpeptidegic mixture obtained by normalized enzymolysisof lipid-free porcine brain proteins,it is rich in various amino acids,small molecule polypeptide and various essential elements such as magnesium, phosphorus and selenium.Several studies have shown that cerebrolysin can significantly improve the memory,anxiety,fatigue,dizziness and other symptoms of AD patients.In this paper,the research progress of cerebrolysin in treatment of Alzheimer’s disease were reviewed to provide reference for the comprehensive development and clinical application of cerebrolysin .
