ObjectiveTo investigate the personnel structure, academic composition, psychological status, nursing behavior and management of the assistant nurses. MethodsThe age, educational structure, mental state and management of 110 assistant nurses were surveyed in our hospital from August 2008 to July 2011,and the results were analyzed. ResultsAmong 110 assistant nurses,24~26 year- old accounted for 60%,tertiary education accounted for 20.9%,working age mostly between 2~3 years.Depression,fear,worry,anxiety,regret,etc.were the most prominent state of mind of nurses. ConclusionsThe old and new with mentoring, early implementation of psychological interventions, maintenance of their self- esteem and strengthening the humanistic quality training can effectively stabilize psychological state of assistant nurses. The implementation of people- centered care management model not only can improve the overall professional quality of the nurses, but also can reach the ultimate goal of nurses, patients, hospitals tripartite benefit.

Objective Cancer-related fatigue (CRF) is a key in the management of cancer patients' clinic syptoms. This article investigated the status quo of nurses' knowledge and attitude towards CFR.Methods THe method of cross-sectional survey and questionnaire was used to investigate the knowledge and attitude towards CRF among nurses from related departments of three Grade III hospitals in Nanjing. Results 142 nurses answered the questionnaire. The average correct rate was 76.25%, among which nurses from the oncology department had better congition rate than nurses from other medical and surgical departments (84.3%, 75.98%, 79.57%) , representing significant difference (P<0.05).64.79% of the nurses found the relatives of cancer patients and nurses often fail to understand cancer patients;complaint of fatigue, 76.76% of nurses assumed there is lack of communication in fatigue between patients and medical staff.94.36% of nurses agreed medical institutions should strengthen the management of CRF.Conclusion At present, the clinical nurses have inadequate knowledge about CRF, which should be enhanced in future work.

Objective To investigate the current situation of social support for patients with coronary heart disease intervention in different hospitals in Dalian, to analyze the influence of different demographic characteristics on patients' social support, to provide reference for the rehabilitation and management of patients undergoing coronary intervention surgery. Methods From November 15th to 16th, 2017, a cross-sectional unified investigation was carried out in 20 hospitals of different levels in Dalian, patients' general information questionnaire, Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), Self-management Behavior Scale (SSRS) and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) were adopted. Results The total score of social support was 29.57 ± 12.01 in patients with coronary artery disease and interventional therapy in different hospitals in Dalian area. The scores of social support in patients with different residence area and residence condition were statistically significant (F=1.769, 6.150, P<0.01). The influencing factors of patients'social support were living condition, depression and self-management (r=-0.243,-0.129, 0.255, P<0.05). Conclusion Social support for patients with coronary artery disease intervention in different hospitals in Dalian is at a moderate level. And affected by living conditions, depression, self- management and other factors. Medical staff should formulate corresponding intervention measures to improve their social support level and improve the quality of life of patients.

Premature constriction or closure of fetal ductus arteriosus usually occurs during late pregnancy, causing cardiac ventricular size disproportion (right and left heart asymmetry), which are usually clues for the diagnosis. We reported a case of a fetus with an enlarged right heart, reduced wall motion of the right ventricle, and severe tricuspid regurgitation identified by echocardiography at 37 +2 gestational weeks. Furthermore, the fetal ductus arteriosus was unclear on two-dimensional fetal echocardiography, and high-velocity flow was detected at the site by pulsed-wave Doppler, suggesting a significant premature constriction of fetal ductus arteriosus. The elective cesarean section was performed after the examination day. Three months postpartum examination showed no obvious abnormalities in the heart of the newborn.

Objective To explore the value of axis shift between the baseline normal sinus rhythm (NSR) and WCT in diagnosis of wide QRS-complex tachycardia (WCT). Methods 390 surface ECGs of 186 patients with WCT were obtained from April 2012 to April 2018 at Ningbo Medical Center Lihuili Hospital at which the arrhythmia diagnosis was proven by intracardiac electrophysiological study. The axis shift between the baseline NSR and WCT was calculated by table lookup method. Then we analyzed the role of axis shift in diagnosis of WCT. Results Among the 186 patients with WCT, 147 (79.03%) were ventricular tachycardia (VT) , and 39 (20.97%) were supraventricual tachycardia (SVT) with conduction abnormalities. In the 95% confidence interval, the axis shift showed an outstanding discrimination performance. The area under the ROC curve is 0.708 (0.579-0.817, P =0.007). Compared with left axis deviation, right axis deviation, the right axis deviation of LBBB morphology, the axis shift> 68 degree is more sensitive (53.06%) , and the specificity (91.43%) is also more desirable. Moreover, if the axis shift set> 130 degree, the specificity can reach 100%, and the sensitivity (12.24%) is equivalent to northwestern axis. Conclusion A significant axis shift between the baseline NRS and WCT can distinguish WCT accurately. Given the ease of grasping, it can probably be feasible to popularize as a routine diagnosis method for WCT in primary hospitals.
