A porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) was obtained from clinic samples. Genes 5 and 6 encoding for the viral glycoprotein 5 and a membrane protein of the PRRSV designated as HH08 were amplified by reverse transcription-PCR. These sequences were compared with reference sequences derived from different geographical locations. The results indicated that the virus belongs to the North American type rather than European. Comparative analyses of the genetic diversity between the PRRSV isolate HH08 and other Chinese as well as foreign reference strains of PRRSV were discussed based on the sequence comparison and the topology of phylogenetic trees constructed in this study.

Objective:To study the effects of comprehensive warming intervention strategy on the body temperature of preterm infants (gestational age <32 weeks and birth weight <1 500 g) during inter-hospital transportation.Method:From October 2016 to July 2019, eligible preterm infants transported to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. From October 2016 to March 2018, preterm infants transported with routine transportation strategy were assigned into the control group. From April 2018 to July 2019, preterm infants transported with the comprehensive warming intervention strategy were assigned into the experiment group. The body temperature, complications and prognosis before and after the transportation to our NICU were compared.Result:A total of 1 194 premature infants with gestational age <32 weeks were included with 630 cases in the control group and 564 cases in the experiment group. No significant differences existed in demographic data of the mothers, infants and the transportation time between the two groups ( P>0.05). The body temperatures before and after transportation in the experimental group were (36.8±0.5)℃ and (36.7±0.5)℃, significantly higher than the control group [(36.0±0.4)℃ and (36.3±0.6)℃] ( P<0.01). The incidences of hypoglycemia and mortality in the experimental group were 3.7% (21/564) and 4.8% (27/564), significantly lower than the control group [8.4% (53/630) and 7.9% (50/630)] ( P<0.05). Conclusion:Comprehensive warming intervention strategy in inter-hospital transport can effectively improve the body temperature of preterm infants before and after transportation, reducing the incidences of hypoglycemia and mortality.

Objective To explore the application effect of continuing nursing care in discharged premature babies. Methods A total of 1 200 discharged premature babies were selected in 201 4 and were divided into intervention group (580 cases, continuing nursing care in discharged patients)and control group (620 cases, routine nursing education in discharged patients)according to the random number table method. Satisfaction degree of parents of premature babies, doctors and nurses was compared between two groups. And then, the effect of continuing nursing care was evaluated in patients after leaving hospital. Results The satisfaction degree of parents of premature babies, nurses and doctors were (98.23 ±2.26)%,(97.98 ± 1 .98)%,(97.59 ±2.63 )% in intervention group which were higher than those in control group with significant differences (P <0.05).Conclusions Continuing nursing care of discharged premature babies plays an important role in improving the satisfaction degree of doctors and nurses. In conclusion, continuing nursing care is worth clinical application and promotion.

Objective To explore the effect of short message platform on in nursing management in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).Methods Short message platform was used in NICU to communicate with nurses.Time of information delivering , rate of message receiving , nurse’ awareness of message , meeting attendance rate and nurse ’ s satisfaction were compared before and after the application of short message platform to evaluate its effect .Results After the application of short message platform , the time of information delivering , rate of message receiving , nurse’ awareness of message and meeting attendance rate was respectively (0.04 ±0.15)min/message, (99.00 ±1.23)%, (98.00 ±1.23)% and (98.34 ±1.23)%, better than (3.12 ±1.20)min/message,(87.00 ±2.34)%,(88.00 ±2.23)%and(88.12 ±2.23)%before application, and the differences were statistically significant (t =13.95,-24.86,-21.74,-29.18, respectively; P<0.01).After application, nurse’ s satisfaction score of hospital management and the relationship between managers and nurses was respectively (2.79 ±0.99) and (4.50 ±0.64), higher than (2.03 ±0.74) and (4.12 ±0.56)before, and the differences were statistically significant (t=4.762 9,3.461 2, respectively;P<0.01).Conclusions Short message platform can shorten the time of message delivering , and improve the rate of message receiving, nurse’ awareness of message, meeting attendance rate as well as nurse ’s satisfaction, so as to improve nursing quality .The short message could be widely applied to nursing management due to its convenience , accuracy and quickness .

Objective:To summarize the patient profiles and therapeutic efficacies of ABO-incompatible living-related kidney transplantations at 19 domestic transplant centers and provide rationales for clinical application of ABOi-KT.Methods:Clinical cases of ABO-incompatible/compatible kidney transplantation (ABOi-KT/ABOc-KT) from December 2006 to December 2009 were collected. Then, statistical analyses were conducted from the aspects of tissue matching, perioperative managements, complications and survival rates of renal allograft or recipients. Results:Clinical data of 342 ABOi-KT and 779 ABOc-KT indicated that (1) no inter-group differences existed in age, body mass index (BMI), donor-recipient relationship or waiting time of pre-operative dialysis; (2) ABO blood type: blood type O recipients had the longest waiting list and transplantations from blood type A to blood type O accounted for the largest proportion; (3) HLA matching: no statistical significance existed in mismatch rate or positive rate of PRA I/II between two types of surgery; (4) CD20 should be properly used on the basis of different phrases; (5) hemorrhage was a common complication during an early postoperative period and microthrombosis appeared later; (6) no difference existed in postoperative incidence of complications or survival rate of renal allograft and recipients at 1/3/5/10 years between ABOi-KT and ABOc-KT. The acute rejection rate and serum creatinine levels of ABOi-KT recipients were comparable to those of ABOc-KT recipients within 1 year.Conclusions:ABOi-KT is both safe and effective so that it may be applied at all transplant centers as needed.
