Chinese Journal of School Health 2019;40(7):1009-1012
Objective:
To understand the behavioral characteristics of Chinese college students who have sex with men, and to provide a basis for more targeted health education.
Methods:
A systematic search of studies related to the high-risk behaviors of MSM of Chinese college students published from January 1, 2015 to November 1, 2018 in the Chinese Journal Full-text database (CNKI), China Biology Medicine database(CBM), PubMed, VIP and Wanfang database was conducted, and relevant data was extracted for Meta-analysis.
Results:
A total of 12 studies were included, there were 3 839 MSM of college students enrolled in theses study, the results showed that the overall or pooled prevalence of HIV in MSM of college students was 79.1%(95%CI=73.1%-85.0%) in recent years; the combined rate of the number of sexual partners≥2 was 58.9%(95%CI=46.5%-71.3%); the combined rate of condom use for gay sex in the last 6 months was45.3%(95%CI=37.9%-52.7%); the combined rate of condom use for per heterosexual sex was 43.6%(95%CI=29.6%-57.5%); the combined detection rate of HIV was 4.7%(95%CI=2.7%-6.8%).
Conclusion
The high-risk behavior of MSM among Chinese college students is prominent, and online dating is highly dependent. Therefore, colleges should strengthen the health education of prevention of AIDS.
4.HIV/AIDS knowledge, attitude and awareness of HIV/AIDS policy and regulations among medical students of higher vocational colleges in Sichuan
Chinese Journal of School Health 2019;40(12):1799-1802
Objective:
To understand HIV/AIDS knowledge, attitude, and awareness of HIV/AIDS policies and regulations among vocational medical students in Sichuan, and to provide scientific basis for AIDS prevention and treatment in higher vocational medical colleges.
Methods:
A total of 1 458 medical students in a vocational college in Sichuan Province were selected through stratified cluster random sampling and investigated with questionnaire on HIV/AIDS related knowledge, policies and regulations.
Results:
The average score of AIDS knowledge was(6.63±1.31), and the awareness rate was 82.9%; The average score of attitude towards AIDS was(2.17±0.45), with the highest score being fear and avoidance(2.56±0.61), and the lowest score responsibility perception(1.66±0.58); The total score of HIV/AIDS related policies and regulations was(19.17±2.91). AIDS knowledge was positively correlated with attitude and understanding of policies and regulations(r=-0.24, 0.28, P<0.01) , the higher the knowledge score, the better the attitude and the higher the understanding of policies and regulations.
Conclusion
HIV/AIDS knowledge of higher vocational medical students has been improved, the fear and avoidance of AIDS is widespread. There are insufficient awareness in AIDS related policies and regulations. Higher vocational medical colleges should be more targeted AIDS health education.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2024;23(1):114-118
Objective:To explore the mediating effect of professional self-efficacy between professional values and willingness to work on gerontological care of nursing students in higher vocational colleges. Methods:A total of 391 nursing students from Chengdu area full-time university were investigated by general information questionnaire, gerontological nursing career motivation questionnaire, professional values scale, and professional self-efficacy scale. Pearson correlation analysis and descriptive statistical analysis were performed by SPSS 21.0. Amos 26.0 was used to establish mediating effect model and verify the mediating effect. Results:The total score of 391 nursing students' willingness to work on gerontological care was (47.05±6.93), the willingness to work on gerontological care was positively correlated with professional self-efficacy and professional values ( r = 0.826, 0.775, respectively, all P<0.01), and professional self-efficacy played a partial mediating role between professional values and willingness to work on gerontological care, accounting for 64.82% of the total effect. Conclusions:The willingness to work on gerontological care of nursing students in higher vocational colleges is at a middle level. Professional values not only directly affect the willingness to work on gerontological care, but also indirectly take function through the professional self-efficacy. Professional self-efficacy plays a mediating role in professional values and willingness to work on gerontological care of nursing students in higher vocational colleges.

Journal of International Oncology 2020;47(5):297-300
High mobility group protein B1 (HMGB1) is a kind of nuclear protein widely existing in cells, which is released or secreted from cells by stress in the body and plays a key role in the survival or death pathways of cells. HMGB1 has a huge biological function and is the main regulator of major diseases such as inflammatory diseases and tumors. HMGB1 is closely related to the proliferation, differentiation, migration, apoptosis and drug resistance of tumor cells. With the continuous deepening of research on HMGB1, it is found that HMGB1 plays an important role in the occurrence, development, metastasis and drug resistance of breast cancer. Combined with the research status of HMGB1, the expression of HMGB1 in breast cancer is discussed to provide a new therapeutic scheme for clinical treatment.

Sichuan Mental Health 2024;37(1):77-82
BackgroundCompared with absenteeism, health-related productivity loss has a long-lasting negative effect, and poses a greater harm and loss. The health-related productivity loss is mediated by self-efficacy, and perceived social support has been shown to have an impact on health-related productivity loss, whereas the interaction mechanism among the three remains unclear. ObjectiveTo investigate the status of perceived social support, occupational coping self-efficacy and health-related productivity loss among ICU nurses, and to test the mediation role of perceived social support in the relationship between occupational coping self-efficacy and health-related productivity loss. MethodsFrom September to November, 2021, purposive sampling technique was adopted to select 468 ICU nurses in 8 tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province. Subjects were assessed using self-made general information questionnaire, Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS), Occupational Coping Self Efficacy Scale for Nurses (OCSE-N) and Stanford Presenteeism Scale-6 (SPS-6). Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the correlation among variables. Amos 24.0 was utilized to test the mediation role of perceived social support in the relationship between occupational coping self-efficacy and health-related productivity loss. ResultsA total of 415 ICU nurses completed the valid questionnaire survey. ICU nurses scored (63.13±11.62) on PSSS, (22.24±6.15) on OCSE-N, and (16.83±4.24) on SPS-6. Health-related productivity loss was detected in 279 ICU nurses (67.23%). Correlation analysis denoted that PSSS total score was positively correlated with OCSE-N total score (r=0.348, P<0.05), and negatively correlated with SPS-6 total score (r=-0.274, P<0.05). OCSE-N total score was negatively correlated with SPS-6 total score (r=-0.421, P<0.05). The direct effect value of occupational coping self-efficacy on health-related productivity loss was -0.401, and perceived social support showed a mediation role in the relationship between occupational coping self-efficacy and health-related productivity loss (the indirect effect value was -0.052, accounting for 11.48% of the total effect). ConclusionThe occupational coping self-efficacy of ICU nurses may affect the health-related productivity loss through the action path of perceived social support.[Funded by Scientific Research Project of Sichuan Provincial Health Commission (number, 19PJ042)]
