The Journal of Clinical Anesthesiology 2009;25(5):433-434
Objective To investigate the effect of propofol preconditioning on activities of ATPase on myocardial cell membrane in rats with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods Forty Sprague-Dawiey rats were subject to 30 min ischemia and 60 min reperfusion and randomly assigned to five groups, six rats per group: control(C) group; ischernia-reperfusion (IR) group; propofol preconditioning group(P, according to the dosage of propofol, P was assigned to three KM+-ATPase and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase of left ventricle myocardial tissue were measured by chemical colorirnetric method. The rnyocardium pathomorphism was observed with light microscopes. Results The activities of Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase in ischemia-reperfusion group were lower than control group and propofol preconditioning group(P<0. 05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Propofol preconditioning can produced cardioprotective effect against ischemia-reperfusion injury by recovering the ATPase activities of myocardial tissue.
2.Tumor microenvironment: A novel target for antitumor activity of polysaccharides
Journal of China Pharmaceutical University 2010;41(1):1-10
Tumor microenvironment plays a crucial role in neoplastic evolution process as it may provide functional interactions between neoplastic and non-neoplastic cells involved in tumor invasion, metastasis and angiogenesis, which implies that it can be regarded as a novel target for the antitumor therapy of polysaccharides. This review focuses on the protumor variations existing in tumor microenvironment, such as growth factors, immunosuppressive factors, proteases, glycoproteins, etc.,which may offer possible mechanisms of polysaccharides on the regulation of their corresponding functions.

Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2017;36(3):226-229
In order to solve some limitations and difficulties in guiding the practical work of determination and classification of the areas of high water iodine and the endemic areas of iodine excess goiter (GB/T 19380-2003),we carried out the revision on the original standard from 5 aspects such as the name, normative reference file, the definition and the technical indicators of classification of high iodine areas and the endemic areas of iodine excess goiter, such as sampling method in appendix and so on,and worked out the standard of definition and demarcation of water-borne iodine-excess areas and iodine-excess endemic areas.Enforcement of the new standard will bring important social benefits.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2010;33(31):14-16
Objective To study the state, feature and risk factors of bacterial infection in patients with liver cirrhosis, find out the influence of infection on prognosis, and provide scientific basis for its prevention and treatment. Methods Three hundred and twenty-three patients with liver cirrhosis were analyzed. The number of the patients with infection, the location of infection, clinical feature as well as the kind of pathogenic bacteria were analyzed. Unconditional Logistic regression analysis was used to assess the risk factors of bacterial infection. Results The overall infection rate was 39.94% (129/323),of which community acquired infection rate and nosocomial infection rate were 22.60% (73/323) and 17.34%(56/323) respectively. The most common location of infection in turn were respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, urinary tract, biliary tract and abdominal cavity. The main pathogenic bacteria was Gram-negative bacillus, most of which had drug resistance for cefquinome and quinolones. The risk factors related with bacterial infection included liver cancer, Child-Pugh class B and C grade of liver function, gastrointestinal tract bleeding, diabetes mellitus, invasive operations and the length of staying in hospital. Conclusions The incidence rate of infection in patients with liver cirrhosis is higher. Multiple factors are likely to affect the incidence rate of infection in patients with liver cirrhosis.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of immediate implant restoration in lower posterior teeth . Methods 31 XIVE implants were placed in lower posterior teeth of 31 patients. The temporary fixed resin crowns were fabricated immediately and final restorations were finished in 3~4 months. The control group used nonsub-merged implants and were restored with final crowns in 3~4 months. The tracking survey was taken from 12 to 24 months after final restoration .The patient satisfaction , papilla index score ( PIS ) and implant survival rate were eval-uated between the two groups .Results PIS of patients with immediate restoration reached (2.35 ±0.70) in aver-age compared(1.84 ±0.74) in control group. The patient satisfaction reached (91.5 ±7.5) with immediate resto-ration, compared with VAS score in average of(85.8 ±8.1) in control group. All implants in both groups achieved osseointegration and received 100% survival rate .Conclusion With proper technique in surgical and restoration procedure , immediate restoration after implant insertion in posterior madible has similar clinical success compared with delayed restoration .

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(12):-
The paper presents a definition of a hospitals overall competitiveness and expounds its action mechanism, viz. the government plays a guiding role in competition, which constitutes the means via which the subjects of competition seek survival and development, the key basis for a hospital in working out its strategies, and the driving force for a hospitals development. Then it analyzes the features of and the factors affecting a hospitals overall competitiveness and sets forth the evaluation procedure, viz. establishing an evaluation index system, determining and normalizing the standard value for evaluating each index, giving each index a corresponding weight according to its importance and conducting comprehensive evaluation. Next the paper discusses ways of predicting a hospitals overall competitiveness. The steps include: making clear that the purpose of the prediction is to enhance the competitiveness of the hospital in the future, screening the data, selecting the method of prediction, setting up a mathematical prediction model, conducting prediction with the model and evaluating and modifying the evaluation results.
