Objective To approach the relationship of the expression of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF)/c-met and clinical characteristics of patients with ovarian tumor. Methods Immunohistochemistry (SABC)was used to detect the expressions of HGF and c-met in different pathology group with ovarian cancer. Results HGF positive cells are chromatosised to yellow and take strong expression in the ovarian cancer tissue. [Objective]To summarize clinical experience of Pemberton's ilium osteotomy in developing hip dislocation and emphasize the combined and individual principles in the clinical practice. [Methods]From February 1996 to April 2007,26 patients(aged 3 to 10 years) with 28 hips were operated on together with soft tissue solution,a pericapsular osteotomy of the ilium (Pemberton) and an optional femoral rotational,shortening or varus osteotomy of the proximal femur. Pre-and post-operative indexes including those of AI angle,CE angle and deep of acetabulum were compared. According to Severin's classification and McKay clinical curative effect evaluation critera,these indexes were evaluated.[Results]According to the Severin's classification,the results were rated as 64.3% excellent,28.6% good and 7.1% fair.On the McKay's critera ,the functional results were graded as 50.0% excellent,35.8% good,7.1% fair and 7.1% poor. On the whole,the radiographic evaluation was superior to that of the functional results.[Conclusion]The Pemberton's osteotomy is safe and effective.The combined surgical treatment can improve the success rate and decrease complications.

Objective To evaluate hepatic perfusion assessed by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) for predicting cirrhosis accurately and non-invasively.Methods Forty patients with cirrhosis and twenty-five healthy controls were given CEUS examination,and time-intensity curves were drawn as the regions of interest located in liver parenchyma by using QLAB analyzing soft.The parameters of the two groups as follows:intensity of arterial perfusion (Iap),intensity of total perfusion of liver parenchyma (Ipeak),intensity of portal venous perfusion (Ipp),the ratio of portal venous perfusion and total perfusion (Ipp/Ipeak) were compared by independent-samples t test,and the diagnostic value of parameters were analyzed by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve.Resnlts Iap was bigger,while Ipp,Ipp/Ipeak were smaller in patients than that in controls( P ＜0.001 ).But there was no significant difference on Ipeak between the two groups.When Iap,Ipp,Ipp/Ipeak were used for the diagnosis of cirrhosis,the sensitivity were 67.3 ％,92.7％,96.4％ and the specificity were 80.0％,96.0％,92.3％,respectively.Conclusions CEUS can reflect the changes of the blood perfusion of cirrhotic liver.CEUS parameters Iap,Ipp,Ipp/Ipeak are significant different between the two groups and can be the non-invasive diagosis parameters of cirrhosis.

Objective To evaluate the potential effects of RS504393, CC chemokine receptor (CCR) 2b and CCR1 antagonist, on LPS-induced acute lung injury (ALI) and to investigate the underlying mechanisms. Method A549 cell line was stimulated with LPS (10 μg/mL) and then treated with RS504393 (10 μg/mL) for 6 hours. ALI model was established with intranasal administration of LPS (5 mg/kg) in C57BL/6J mice. RS504393 (5 mg/kg) was administered 30 min before LPS dripped nasally. IL-8, IL-1β, plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI)-l,monocyte chemoattractant protein (MCP)-2,and the expressions of CCR1 and CCR2b were studied by using Realtime-RT-PCR, ELISA and cyto-flowmetry. Results In A549 cell line treated with RS504393,the expressions of CCR1, CCR2b and IL-8 were significantly inhibited after LPS stimulation. In rats with LPS-induced ALI, treatment with RS504393 significantly protected mice against lung injury by attenuating influx of leukocytes and protein into bronchoalveolar space and by lessening pathological changes of lung. Treatment with RS504393 down-regulated IL-1β and PAI-1 expressions in bronchoal veolar lavage fluid (BALF) and lungs at mRNA and protein levels along with up-regulation MCP-2 expression compared to rats of vehicle-treated groups. Conclusions CCR2b and CCR1 play pivotal roles in the development of ALl,and RS504393 as a antagonist can halt the development of ALI.

The present study was to develop and design a new sonography rigid bronchoscopy and corollary vacuum-assisted biopsy device system with less injury and complication. The system combined ultrasonic-probe with ultrasound catheter, a new medical ultrasound technique, and rigid bronchoscopy (RB) which is improved with an auxiliary vacuum-assisted biopsy device. The principle of the device is vacuum suction and rotary knife. The reduced outer diameter of the RB led to less pain and lower complications for the patient. With the help of ultrasonic-probe (30 MHz), lesions and blood vessels can be identified clearly and unintentional puncture and damage to blood vessels can be avoided. Plenty of lesions can be obtained quickly through the vacuum-assisted biopsy device without getting puncture needle in and out repeatedly. The novel endobronchial sonography rigid bronchoscopy and matched vacuum-assisted biopsy device has many remarkable advantages. It can enlarge the applied range of the RB from endobronchial to mediastinal lesions, avoiding unintentional puncture of vessels. Obtaining multiple samples with a higher accuracy rate than that by other sampling techniques, minimizing operation time, alleviating pain and decreasing the complication rate, the system makes up the technical deficiency for the diagnosis and treatment of the mediastinal lesions, to a certain degree.

Objective To investigate the effects of the interaction between environmental factors and monoamine oxidase A (MAOA) gene polymorphism in Han and Uygur on alcoholics in Xinjiang. Methods The data of childhood abuse and domestic aggressive behaviors were collected from 284 patients with alcohol dependence from Xinjiang using self-made questionnaires, Modified Overt Aggression Scale (MOAS) and Barratt Impulsivity Scale-11 (BIS-11). The meth?ods of PCR and DNA sequencing technique were conducted to detect rs1137070 single nucleotide polymorphism loci of MAOA gene. Logistic regression analysis was performed to adjust for interaction effects of gene and childhood abuse on domestic violence. Results The scale evaluation identified 143 patients with and 138 patients without domestic violence. Childhood abuse and gene were both risk factors in domestic violence. The interaction effect of childhood abuse with rs1137070 was significant. the relative excess risk, the interaction attribution ratio and the interaction index were 1.00,0.14 and 1.20, respectively. Conclusions The interactions between genes and environmental risk factors may contribute to the domestic violence in Han and Uygur on alcoholics in Xinjiang.

BACKGROUND:Platelet rich plasma contains various growth factors, such as platelet-derived growth factor, metastatic growth factor, insulin-like growth factor, epidermal growth factor as wel as vascular endothelial growth factor. Therefore, it can directly or indirectly promote cel differentiation and proliferation in different stages of bone regeneration.
OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of coral bone with platelet rich plasma in the repair of mandibular defects.
METHODS: Totaly 24 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups (n=8 per group) including test group, control group and blank control group. Coral bone with autologous platelet rich plasma, coral bone or nothing was implanted, respectively, after establishing unilateral mandibular defect models. The defects were evaluated by imaging observation and bone his-tomorphometric analysis at 2, 4, 8, 12 weeks after surgery.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:At 12 weeks after surgery, by imaging observation, density of the defect increased in the blank control group, which was lower than that of the normal bone; the bone density in the test group was higher than that in the control group, both of which were similar with the normal bone. Besides, the materials were closely combined with the new tissues. By bone his-tomorphometric analysis, area of the new bone in the test group was significantly larger than that in the control and blank control group (P< 0.05). In conclusion, coral bone with platelet rich plasma has good biocompatibility and bone conductivity, which can induce bone regeneration to promote defect repair.

Objective:To explore the clinical effect ofpaishitang combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride on the patient with up per urinary calculi after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL).Methods:120 cases with upper urinary calculi in our hospital from January 2015 to September 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,60 cases in each group.ESWL was given to both groups of patients and provided with tamsulosin hydrochloride postoperation,then paishitang were additionally given to the patients in the observation group.The clinical effect and changes of serum creatinine (Scr),neutrophil gelatinase as sociated lipocalin (NGAL),cystatin C (Cys-C) and glomerular filtration rate (GFR) levels before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 96.67％,which was 86.67％ in the control group,no signifi cant difference was found in the total effective rate between the two groups(P＜0.05).The stone discharge rate was 95.00％ in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05);the incidence rate of renal colic was 6.67％,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05),the stone discharge time and the duration of hematuria were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P＜0.01).There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups within one year (P＞0.05).The serum NGAL and Cys-C levels of both groups were gradually increased while the GFR levels were gradually decreased on the 1st,2nd day postoperation,but all the index mentioned above gradually recovered on the 3rd day postoperation.The levels of NGAL and Cys-C in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group on the 1st,3rd day postoperation while the GFR was significantly higher in the observation group than those of control group on the 1st,3rd day postoperation(P＜0.01).No significant difference was found in the Scr at different time points postoperation between two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Paishitang combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride had significant clinical effect on thpatient with upper urinary calculus after ESWL and could effectively improve the renal injury induced by ESWL.

〔Abstract〕 By use of the decision tree algorithm and diagnostic indexes , the paper sets up the discrimination rules to make differential diagnosis of Primary Hepatocelluar Carcinoma ( PHC) based on basic data of 95 patients with PHC and 190 patients with liver cirrhosis , in-cluding the CT diagnosis, testing results of imaging and serologic markers such as the HbsAg , AFP, CEA and AFU, sex and age, etc.As indicated by the results , the data mining technology represented by the decision tree can support the differential diagnosis of PHC .

Objective To assess the relationship between pulse wave velocity(PWV) and carotid atherosclerosis by UltraFast imaging.Methods 476 cases from Medical Examination Center of Beijing Friendship Hospital were enrolled in this study.According to intima-media thickness(IMT) of carotid artery,all subjects were divided into two groups:IMT without thickening group (G0) of 283 cases and IMT thickening group (G1) of 193 cases.Through UltraFast imaging,carotid artery PWV was measured,including the PWV at the beginning of the systole(BS) and the PWV at the ending of the systole(ES).Carotid IMT and plaque situation were recorded under gray-scale ultrasound.BS and ES were compared between the two groups.Spearman rank correlation was used to analyse the correlation between IMT of carotid artery and BS,between IMT of carotid artery and ES.Two independent samples t test to compare BS,ES between the two groups.Results BS of G1 and G0 were (6.03 ± 1.33)m/s and (5.51 ± 1.13)m/s,t =-4.571,P =0.000;ES of G1 and G0 were (8.42 ± 2.13)m/s and (7.34 ± 2.02) m/s,t =5.619,P =0.000.BS and ES of G1 were larger those of G0 respectively.BS (r =0.192,P =0.000) and ES (r =0.249,P =0.000) were correlated with the IMT of carotid artery.Conclusions Ultrafast imaging technique can quickly measure the carotid artery PWV.BS and ES of carotid artery can be quick,convenient,safe,noninvasive parameters for evaluating carotid atherosclerosis.
