Chinese Journal of Sports Medicine 2003;0(06):-
The purposes of this study were: (1) to test healthy young adults' ankle plantar and dorsal flexor muscles strength, providing integrate data and scientific basis for sports training, sports injury and recovery. (2) to investigate the biomechanical rule of healthy adults' ankle plantar and dorsal flexor muscles. Methods: 70 college students (35males and 35 females) volunteerily took part in the test. An advanced Cybex-6000 dynamometer was employed. This test consisted of two sections, isokinetic concentric (CON) test and isometric test. Results: males and females adults' ankle dorsal flexor isometric peak torque (PT) increased and plantar flexor isometric PT decreased with the increasing of testing angle. CON PT decreased while the test angle velocities increased. Plantar flexor PT were higher than corresponding dorsal flexor in two tests ( P
5.Observation of the effect of blood perfusion combined with penehyclidine hydrochloride injection in the treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2017;24(16):2473-2476
Objective To explore the clinical effect of blood perfusion combined with penehyclidine hydrochloride injection in the treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods 58 patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were selected as the research subjects.By using digital table method, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,29 cases in each group. The two groups were given conventional treatment and blood perfusion treatment after admission, the observation group was treated with penehyclidine hydrochloride injection on this base. Before and after treatment, the myocardial enzymes, liver, kidney function index, blood gas analysis, cholinesterase activity,as well as other treatment of the two groups were observed, and the results were compared. Results Compared with the control group, after treatment, the myocardial enzyme, transaminase, serum amylase and creatinine levels in the observation group were significantly lower, cholinesterase level was significantly increased, the oxygen partial pressure increased, the partial pressure of carbon dioxide decreased obviously, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The hospitalization time and cholinesterase activity recovery time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group[(12.57±2.14)d vs.(16.35±2.73)d,(5.46±2.29)d vs.(7.61±3.47)d],and the cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(100.00% vs.82.76%),the differences were statistically significant(t=2.139,2.208,x2=5.472,all P<0.05).Conclusion Blood perfusion can directly adsorb organophosphorus pesticide, shorten the recovery time of cholinesterase and reduce the case fatality rate, and it combined with penehyclidine hydrochloride injection not only can improve the clinical curative effect of blood perfusion, but also can protect the organ.
6.Perioperative liver function assessment
Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2012;18(9):652-655
The commonest cause of death in patients after liver surgery is liver failure, especially in patients with cirrhosis.A proper preoperative assessment of liver function can significantly impact on the rate of postoperative liver failure. Similarly, a good postoperative assessment of liver function can help to predict recovery of liver function and to guide treatments, especially in the surgical ICU.There are more and more methods which can be used to assess liver function, such as liver biochemical indicators, comprehensive scoring systems, quantitative liver function tests and liver volumetric measurements. From the modern medical aspect, using the evalution method for liver function which has mentioned before often exist great bias. The combined use of several methods, which can give more accurate assessment of liver function,is recommended.
7.Analysis of etiology and CT with lacunar infarction in children
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2006;0(03):-
Objective To evaluate the etiology and manifestation of computerized tomography(CT) with lacunar infarction in children. Methods Forty-three cases with lacunar infarction were studied. Results The casuses included minor head injury(21 cases),upper respiratory infection(8 cases),varicella(2 cases),mitochondrial encephalomyopathy(1 case),moyamoya diseses(1 case),systemic lupus erythematosus(1 case) and unknown causes(9 cases). The clinical manifestations included hemiparalysis(41 cases),aphasia(5 cases),epilepsy(10 cases),sudden deafness(2 cases).A total of 51 focal ischemic lesions were found with CT in 43 patients.CT scan in 15 cases showed punctuate calcification focus with circular infarcts of low density beside them in single or bilateral basal ganglia. The clinical symptoms in 40 cases disappeared within 12 weeks after therapy. Conclusions The review indicates that children with lacunar infarction have a favorable prognosis, which is probably a result of the difference in lacunar infarction etiology between children and adults.Basal ganglia calcification is somewhat association with acute hemiplegia in infants minor head trauma sustained.
8.Transfecting human elafin gene recombinant plasmid protects NCI-H292 cell line
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(03):-
Objective To explore the molecule mechanism of protective effects of transfecting human elafin gene recombinant plasmid to NCI-H292.Methods Constructe eukaryotic expression vector pEGFP-C1-elafin and transfectied it into NCI-H292 cells, then co-incubated with polymorphonuclear granulocyte(PMN) with stimulation by lipopolysaccharide(LPS).Afater 24 hour,Western bolt and MTT technique were respectively performed to detect expression of ZO-1 in cells and adhesion capability of cells with collagen. Results After stimulation with LPS,Western blot showed that the 220 ku onula occludens-1(ZO-1) protein in transfecting pEGFP-C1 NCI-H292 cells extracts were obviously decreased,in transfecting pEGFP-C1-elafin NCI-H292 cells extracts. And MTT technique showed that compared with transfecting pEGFP-C1-elafin cells, adhesion capability of transfecting pEGFP-C1 cells with collagen were obviously decreased. Conclusion Transfection of recombinant human elafin gene into airway epithelial cells could maintain airway epithelium and enhance the capability of airway to inflammatory injury.
9.Effects of Cigarette Smoke Extract on Signal Transduction Pathway of MUC5AC Mucin Expression in A549 Cells
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the effects of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) on the signal transduction pathway of cigarette smoke-induced mucin (MUC) expression in airway mucous hypersecretion. Methods The cell model of mucous hypersecretion was made by human lung A549 cell stimulated by cigarette smoke extract (CSE),and treated with hemin or ZnPPIX,an inductor or inhibitor of HO-1. The expression of HO-1,dual oxidase 1(Duox1),MUC5AC,epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and p-EGFR were detected. The cell viability treated with hemin or ZnPPIX was assessed by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium method (MTT). The cells were divided into 4 groups:a negative control group,a CSE treatment group,an hemin pre-treatment group and a ZnPPIX pre-treatment group. The changes of EGFR mRNA,Duox1 mRNA,HO-1 mRNA and MUC5AC mRNA were examined by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The protein expression changes of Duox1,HO-1,p-EGFR and EGFR were measured by Western blot, while the protein of MUC5AC in supernate and endochylema were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The expression levels of MUC5AC mRNA and its protein in supernate liquid and endochylema in the CSE group were (0.660?0.044),(62.80?6.85) ?g/mg and (157.00?3.26) ?g/mg,and those of EGFR were 0.596?0.061 and 0.620?0.051,both of them increased significantly (P0.05),while the protein of p-EGFR,the mRNA and protein of EGFR,Duox1 and MUC5AC increased significantly (P
