2.Correlation of p53 expression with triple negative breast cancer and its prognosis:a meta analysis
Journal of Clinical Surgery 2015;(4):293-296
Objective To evaluate the expression of p53 in triple negative breast cancer( TNBC) and its impact on the prognosis of TNBC systematically. Methods Documents published on PubMed, Medline,CNKI,CNKI,Wanfang data, and VIP data were screened for relative researches. Two reviewers filtered, extracted and assessed the literatures according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. The meta analysis was conducted by using RevMan5. 0 software. Result A total 13 trails were included,con-taining 11 Chinese documents and 2 English documents. The meta analysis showed that p53 is significantly expressed in TNBC[OR=2. 02,95%CI(1. 28,3. 19)]. TNBC patients with positive p53 expression had higher rates in lymph node metastasis[OR=2. 02,95%CI(1. 28,3. 19)],recurrence[OR=3. 39,95%CI(1.45,7. 90)],metastasis[OR =2. 65(1. 36,5. 18)],disease-free survival[OR =0. 29(0. 18, 0. 47)]and overall survival[OR=0. 29(0. 18,0. 47)]than patients with negative p53 expression. Con-clusion p53 is overexpressed in TNBC,which plays a certain role in guiding the clinical prognosis of TN-BC. It can be regarded as an independent factor to evaluate the prognosis of TNBC,and a therapeutic tar-get in further studies.
3.Study progress of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus resistance
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2016;(4):259-262,263
Staphylococcus aureus is one of the common cause of respiratory tract infections in children.Methi-cillin -resistant staphylococcusaureus was reported in 1 960s,then the resistance of other drugs were found in recent years, which leading to many problems in the clinical treatment.Clinician have to master the resistance trend and mechanism of this bacteria and decrease the speed of resistance as much as possible.
4.Determination of camphor, menthol, synthetic bornel and the wintergreen oil in Shexiang Zhuanggu Plaster by GC
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(02):-
AIM:To study the method of determing camphor, menthol, synthetic bornel and the wintergreen oil contents in Shexiang Zhunggu Plaster. METHODS: Gas phase chromatogram was used to determine contents of camphor, menthol, synthetic bornel and the wintergreen oil in Shexiang Zhuanggu Plaster. The chromatogram condition consisted of the capillary vessel column(PEG-20M, 30 m?0.32 mm?0.25 ?m). The temperature programing rose from 100 ?C to 130 ?C by 5 ?C /minute, then 30 ?C /minute to 200 ?C , lasting 2 minutes in the end. The temperature of the entrance of the capillary vessel column: at 220 ?C , temperature of the detector was 240 ?C ; N_2: 5 mL/minute, H_2: 45 mL/minute, Air: 450 mL/minute; sample quantity was 0.2 ?L. RESULTS: Under certain chromatogram condition, there was linear relation among the camphor, menthol, synthetic bornel and the wintergreen oil and the peak area in the scope of 0.027 38 mg/mL-0.438 08 mg/mL, 0.041 15 mg/mL-0.658 4 mg/mL, 0.033 38 mg/mL-0.534 1 mg/mL, 0.042 15 mg/mL-0.674 4 mg/mL, respectively. The average recoveries were 98.37%, 99.76%, 98.80% and 97.61%, respectively. RSD were 1.7%, 1.8%, 0.96% and 1.5%, respectively. CONCLUSION: This experiment provides an accurate and reliable method to control the quality of Shexiang Zhuanggu Plaster.

Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 2010;(2):176-179
AIM: To establish the method of fingerprinting analysis onZedoary turmeric oil by GC. Zedoary turmeric oil for the quality control of reference. METHODS: GC method was used to determine the fingerprint and its similarity of Zedoary turmeric oil calculated on Excel and cluster analysis. RESULTS: Seventeen samples of Zedoary turmeric oil indicated that there was a little similarity among them. Based on the cluster analysis, all the Zedoary turmeric oils could be divided into two categories, self-made and market purchasing oil, the latter oils purchased from Liaoning province and Jiangsu province varied considerably. Every category had a common fingerprint mode with clear resemblance. CONCLUSION: When finding the difference between the self-made and the marketpurchasing Zedoary turmeric oil, quality control requires serious consideration.

World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2013;(3):560-562
This study was aimed to explore rules of classification and quantitative diagnosis of syndromes of as-thenospermia and oligospermatism on the basis of statistical analysis of the multi-factor. Factor analysis was used to analyze clinical symptoms of 507 patients. Scores were given according to the severity of symptoms. Five repre-sentative factors were extracted from the symptoms of asthenospermia and oligospermatism, which are the downward diffusion of damp-heat, kidney essence insufficiency, kidney yang deficiency, liver qi stagnation and kidney yin deficiency. Syndromes were quantized at the same time. Rules of syndrome sorting and quantitative diagnosis which come from large-scale sample provide evidences for clinical diagnosis of asthenospermia and oligospermatism.

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2009;29(12):1337-1340
As one of the most sensitive cells of endoplasmic retieulum stress (ERS), pancreatic β-cells have an a-bundance of endoplasmic reticulum. Fatty acids cause apoptosis of β-cells and might contribute to β-cell loss in type 2 diabetes mellitus via the induction of ERS. Glucose is an amplifier of the ERS response to fatty acid, leading to increased β-cell apoptosis. ERS response mediates glucolipotoxicity-induced β-cell apoptosis.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2013;(40):7096-7101
BACKGROUND:Very smal embryonic-like stem cells are a kind of non-hemopoietic stem cells, which have similar biological characteristics to embryonic stem cells. But the method of its culture and in vitro proliferation is rarely reported. Studies have speculated that human embryonic fibroblasts can provide a good microenvironment for in vitro culture and proliferation of very smal embryonic-like stem cells.
OBJECTIVE:To isolate and cultivate human embryonic fibroblasts derived from human embryonic trunks and to establish a feeder layer culture system of human embryonic fibroblasts for culturing very smal embryonic-like stem cells derived from human bone marrow.
METHODS:The human embryonic fibroblasts were isolated from the subcutaneous connective tissue of human embryos at pregnant 5-9 weeks using trypsin digestion method. Different concentrations of mitomycin C were used to pretreat feeder layers, which were used for cultivating very smal embryonic-like stem cells derived from human bone marrow. The effects of human embryonic fibroblasts and feeder layers were assessed by cel morphology and growth curves.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The human embryonic fibroblasts were successful y isolated and cultivated from human embryos, and they could be passaged beyond the 24th generation. The biologic characteristics of the cells had no changes after passage and cryopreservation. The optimal concentration of mytomcin C to inhibit proliferation of human embryonic fibroblasts was l2 mg/L for 3 hours. The human embryonic fibroblasts derived from human embryos are successful y isolated and cultivated and to produce feeder layers for very smal embryonic-like stem cells derived from human bone marrow.
