Objective To study the effect of esomeprazole, clarithromycin, metronidazole triple therapy for helicobactor pylori(Hp) infection in children. Methods Ninty-eight cases of children, identified by ~ 13 C-urea breath test(~ 13 C-UBT) Hp infection, deparded into therapy group(66 cases) and control group(32 cases).Therapy group were given Esomeprazole[0.8 mg/(kg?d),1 time/d],clarithromycin[15 mg/(kg?d),2 times/d],metronidazole[30 mg/(kg?d),3 times/d]triple therapy.Control group were given the same treatment except ameprazole. The course was 1 week. They were followed up 4 weeks later after the course and re-tested by ~ 13 C-UBT.Results The recurrent abdominal pain of the two groups recovered in different degrees, and the efficacy rate was 100%.The eradication rate of Hp in therapy group and control group were separately 90.9%(60/66) and 87.5%(28/32).There was no significance difference of the eradication of Hp.Conclusions The trearment of esomeprazole, clarithromycin, metronidazole triple therapy on Hp infection in children is quite effective and safe. The side effect is moderate.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2018;16(4):243-247
Objective:To assess the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture for subhealth insomnia.Methods:Eighty-two cases of subhealth insomnia were randomly divided into an observation group (41 cases) and a control group (41 cases). The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. The observation group was treated with Bo's abdominal acupuncture on the basis of conventional acupuncture.Six treatments constituted one treatment course. The measuring scale of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome for subhealth state (MSSSHS) and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) scores were compared between the two groups after two courses,to estimate the efficacy of abdominal acupuncture for subhealth insomnia. Results:One case dropped out from the observation group, while 2 cases dropped out from the control group. The MSSSHS score and PSQI score both declined after the treatment in the two groups (all P<0.05).The MSSSHS and PSQI scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (both P<0.05).Conclusion:The abdominal acupuncture is effective for subhealth insomnia, and it can enhance the effect of conventional acupuncture.

ObjectiveTo observe the effect on repairing facial nerve injury of rabbits by neural stem cells and autologous fasia. Methods22 rabbits with transected facial nerve were divided into 2 groups randomly, control group (8 rabbits,15 sides totally), which transected facial nerve were wrapped by autologous fasia, and treament group (14 rabbits, 20 sides totally), which were wrapped by neural stem cells and autologous fasia. Six weeks after transplantation, neuro-electrophysiological test, immunohistochemical examination were done. The number and thickness of myelin in the re-connected area of transected facial nerve were observed. ResultsThe transplanted animals recovered much better than that in control group (P<0.05). Immunohistochemical examination showed a great deal of BrdU positive cells around the re-connected area of transected facial nerve. Immunohistochemical staining also found plenty of regenerative myelins in this area in the treatment group. While in control group, there were no BrdU positive cells and only a few of regenerative myelins in the same area. ConclusionTransplantation of neural stem cells combined with autologous fasia might become the new method to treat facial nerve injury.

Objective To investigate the effects of partial body weight supported treadmill training (BW- STT) on post-stroke depression (PSD) and on patients' quality of life. Methods Sixty patients with PSD were re- cruited and divided into a training group (n=30,male 17,female 13) and a control group (n=30,male 16,fe- male 14).All patients were treated with routine internal medication and rehabilitation. The patients of the training group also received BWSTT in addition to their routine treatment. All patients' neurological impairment was evaluated using the Modified Edinburgh-Scandinavian Stroke Scale (MESSS).The Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) was used for evaluating the degree of depression. The Fugl-Meyer scale and the Barthel index were used to assess ambula- tion and balance, and facility in the activities of daily living. All patients were assessed before and after the treat- ment. Results After four weeks of treatment, depression in the training group had improved significantly more than in the control group. Conclusion BWSTT intervention is very important for patients with PSD:it can reduce the degree of depression and improve the quality of life.

Objective To master current operating situation of water-defluoridation-project and the level of fluoride in drinking water of Zhangjiakou city and provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of the disease. Methods Itemized survey of current operating situation of water defluoridation projects built in 2010 and before, and the source of fund situation in Zhangjiakou city was carried out.One source water and 2 terminal water samples of the projects in use were collected, respectively.Water fluoride were determined by Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water Testing Method (GB/T 5750.5-2006).Results A total of 386 water improvement projects to reduce fluoride were investigated,310 in good operation, accounting for 80.31%; 6 in intermittent use, accounting for 1.55%; 70 out of use, accounting for 18.14%.Water fluoride was surveyed in 316 water improvement projects to reduce fluoride,175 of the projects provided water with normal fluoride, accounting for 55.38%; 141 of the projects provided water with fluoride exceeded the standard, accounting for 44.62%.The total investment of 386 water defluoridation projects was 21.8682 million yuan, the investment of the state, the collective and the individual were 10.0780 million yuan,6.2104 million yuan and 5.5798 million yuan, accounted for 46.09%,28.40%,25.51%,respectively.Conclusions The current situation of the projects is very worrying in Zhangjiakou city.Further instensify the water improvement project in diseased areas, insist on sustainable water defluoridation strategy.

ObjectiveTo assess the efficacy and results of cervical double door laminoplasty for the treatment of cervical spinal cord injury without radiographic spinal fracture and dislocation.Methods24 patients (all men) with cervical spinal cord injury without radiographic spinal fracture and dislocation were treated with operation of cervical double door laminoplasty. The follow up period ranged from 3 months to 21 months. ASIA scores of motion and sensation before and after operation were compared. Results After surgical treatment, ASIA scores of motion and sensation of patients were improved from 35.2±7.1 and 72.4±13.1 to 59.3±6.8 and 122.2±15.2 respectively and having a significant difference compared with that before operation (P<0.01).Conclusion Cervical double door laminoplasty, which is characterized by thorough decompression of spinal cord and preserving the posterior supporting tissue as much as possible to maintain the stabilization of cervical spine after operation, is an ideal optional method for cervical spinal cord injury without radiographic spinal fracture and dislocation.
