1.Application of transplanting different diameter single hair in treatment of part eyebrow defect

Objective To explore the effects of implanting different diameter single hair in treatment of part eyebrow defect.Methods 49 patients with part eyebrow defect,including 37 congenital sparse eyebrows and 12 traumatic eyebrow detect,were performed hair transplantation.Single-hair grafts were harvested from the scalp behind ear or the inferior part of the occiput.Single-hair grafts were implanted according to directions of normal eyebrow.22G or 23G needle was used for stick-andplace insertion.The thick and thin hairs were divided.The thin hairs were implanted into the medial and distal ends and the upper edge,the thick hairs were implanted into the center.Results After 3-10 months follow-up.The reconstructed eyebrows growed slowly,about every 5-7 days needed be trimmed.Two sides eyebrows were symmetry.Because a small amount of transplanted hairs were not alive,twelve patients were performed the second operation for thicker eyebrow.All patients were satisfied with the results.Conclusions In treatment of part eyebrow defect,the results of implanting different diameter single hair are natural and vivid.

3.Research on collaborative innovation in traditional Chinese medicine of China based on patent cooperation network.

In the situation of global completion, collaborative innovation is becoming increasingly important because its advantage in risk avoiding and innovation efficiency. In order to explore the model of collaborative innovation and its evolution in traditional Chinese medicine of China, the cooperation in traditional Chinese medicine patents of China from 1985 to 2013 has been analyzed by using the method of scientometrics and social network analysis. It is proved that, though the number of grated cooperative patents has increased sharply during the last thirty years, the degree of cooperation innovation in traditional Chinese medicine of China is still not high. Moreover, in spite of the individual subject' s leading role in the past domestic collaborative innovation in traditional Chinese medicine of China, the institutions have been more and more powerful and achieved great improvement. At last, core institutions, represented by universities have played an important role in the collaborative innovation of domestic institutions, because they are key links between many institutions and promote the transferring and diffusion of knowledge.

6. Biocontrol of Dendrobium candidum damping-off disease with endophytic fungi

OBJECTIVE: To screen out endophytic fungi isolates with good biological control against damping-off in Dendrohium candidum seedlings among the isolates owned by our laboratory, thus to lay a foundation on developing biological control technique and field application. METHODS: Eighteen isolates of endophytic fungi identified by the PDA Petri dish confrontation experiment and athogen of damping-off were used in the biological control experiment. Co-incubation in bottles was conducted to screen out isolates with weak pathogenic and growth promoting effect on Dendrobium candidum seedlings. The chosen isolates were then enrolled in the potted seedlings experiment to determine their biological control effect. RESULTS: Isolates 4829 and 3952 were confirmed to have good biological control effect by statistical analysis. The survival rates of Dendrobium candidum seedlings reached 66.7% and 60.5% respectively. CONCLUSION: Endophytic fungi isolated from Dendrobium sp. shows good biological control against Dendrobium candidum damping-off.

Objective:To study the mechanisms of neutrophil elastase (NE) induced expression of respiratory mucin MUC5AC. Methods:Using gene recombination techniques,four luciferase reporter gene plasmids containing different length of human MUC5AC gene promoter were constructed.Site-directed mutagenesis technique was used to establish mutants of Sp-l and NF-?B site in MUC5AC gene promoter; the relative luciferase activities were detected in the transfected human pulmonary A549 cells. Objective To evaluate the efficacy of splenectomy plus selective pericardial devascularization under endoscope in the treatment of advanced schistosomiasis patients with portal hypertension and hypersplenism so as to explore the minimally in-vasive and safer surgical treatment. Methods A secure splenectomy was performed with laparoscope and its supporting devices, and at the same time,the ligation of the left gastric vein and the ligation of esophageal vein perforating vertically into the esopha-gus were also performed in 14 advanced schistosomiasis patients with portal hypertension and hypersplenism. Results Among the 14 patients,the splenic artery was separated and clipped before the treatment of splenic pedicle. One patient was of conversion to open laparotomy for the splenic vein rupture bleeding in the separation. There was no death. Conclusion The operation of sple-nectomy plus selective pericardial devascularization under endoscope is effective,truly minimally invasive,and safe in the treat-ment of advanced schistosomiasis patients with portal hypertension and hypersplenism.
9.Effects of heart displacement on hemodynamics during off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery

Objective To investigate the effects of heart displacement on hemodynamics during off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OP-CABG) while the sites for anastomosis were being exposed. Methods Forty-seven patients of both sexes (36 male, 11 female) aged 50-82 years undergoing OP-CABG were enrolled in the study. Preoperative cardiac function was assessed : class Ⅱ in 22 patients; Ⅲ in 23 and Ⅳ in 2 according to NYHA classification.The mean ejection fraction was 0.55?0.14 before surgery.They received on average 3.2 grafts. Premedication consisted of intramuscular morphine 10 mg, midazolam 3-5 mg and scopolamine 0.3 mg.Before induction of anesthesia ECG and SpO2 were monitored and radial artery was cannulated for continuous direct BP monitoring. Anesthesia was induced with midazolam 0.1 nig?kg-1 , fentanyl 4?g?kg-1 and pancuronium 0.1 mg?g-1 iv.The patients were mechanically ventilated after tracheal intubation and PETCO2 was maintained at about 40 mm Hg. Anesthesia was maintained with isoflurane and 50%-60% N2O in O2 and intermittent intravenous boluses of fentanyl and pancuronium. Swan-Ganz catheter which can continuously monitor mixed venous blood O2 saturation (SvO2) was placed in pulmonary artery via right internal jugular vein. SvO2, cardiac output (CO), BP, pulmonary arterial pressure (PAP) and HR were continuously monitored. Right atrial pressure (RAP) and PAWP were measured intermittently. Cardiac index (CI),stroke index (SI),systemic vascular resistance index (SVRI),PVRI, left and right ventricular work index (LVWI,RVWI) and left and right ventricular stroke work index (LVSWI,RVSWI) were calculated. The hemodynamic parameters were recorded after induction of anesthesia before surgery (T1,baseline),before heart displacement (T2), while anastomosis to anterior descending branch was being made (T3), while anastonosis to right coronary artery or posterior descending branch (T4) and to left circumflex artery or diagonal branch (T5) was being made, after normal heart position was resumed (T6) and at the end of operation (T7).
