Objective To explore the characteristics of uhrasonography of hepatobiliary cystadenoma. Methods The ultrasonographic characteristics of 5 cases with hepatobiliary cystadenoma were retrospectively analysed, and compared with the operation and pathology. Results The ultrasonography of 5 cases was multilocular cystic mass, which seems to be,but not indeed communicating with the biliary tree,in which irregular septation was demonstrated in two-dimensional structure and also with perforator vessels along in color Doppler flow imagineg. And in some cases small papillary tuft and small loci of calcification was noted on the septation. Conclusions Muhilocular cystic mass, locating along the biliary tree, however not communicating with the the biliary tree, is an important diagnostic basis of biliary cystadenoma. And it should be distinguished with other cystic tumor in the liver.
2. Development and Validation of HPLC-MS/MS Method for Simultaneous Quantitation of Eleven Antipsychotics in Human Plasma
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2018;53(10):808-816
OBJECTIVE: To develop and validate an HPLC-MS/MS method for the measurement of 11 antipsychotics in human plasma samples for TDM(therapeutic drug monitoring) or other objectives. METHODS: Protein precipitation method with acetonitrile was used to extract the drugs in plasma. Agilent Poroshell 120 EC-C18 column(2.1 mm×50 mm, 2.7 μm)was used for chromatographic separation. The mobile phase was acetonitrile with 0.1% formic acid-water with 0.1% formic acid gradiently eluted at a flow rate of 0.3 mLmin-1. The injection volume was 5 μL. The deprotonated ions of analytes were ionized by electrospray(ESI) and detected in positive ionization by multiple reaction monitoring mode(MRM). RESULTS: The total run time of the chromatographic separation and mass detection was 6 min. Excellent linear relationship with correlation coefficient of 0.99 was obtained from 2 to 200 ngmL-1 for risperidone, paliperidone and olanzapine, from 10 to 1 000 ngmL-1 for aripiprazole, quetiapine, amisulpride, clozapine, chlorpromazine and sulpride, from 0.4 to 40 ngmL-1 for haloperidol, and 0.2 to 20 ngmL-1for perphenazine, respectively. The precision and accuracy varied from 2.7% to 10.8% and from 90.7% to 102.7%, respectively. CONCLUSION: This established method is simple, rapid, and economic, fulfilling all criteria for TDM, and could be successfully applied in the routine TDM of antipsychotics in clinic.

Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2013;(8):715-718
Objective To explore clinical features and drug sensitivity of Streptococcus pneumoniae (SP) isolated from pediatric patients with lower respiratory tract infection, and to provide evidence for clinical use of antibiotics. Methods A total of 6 358 clinical SP isolates from children with lower respiratory tract infection from January 2008 to December 2012 were col-lected and retrospectively analyzed. The antibiotic sensitivity was done by Kirby-Bauer method and E-test, and all results were in strict accordance with the rules of CLSI. Results The isolated SP strains were mainly from different departments of pediatrics. All clinical cases with SP infection mainly included pneumonia and bronchitis. The resistance rates of 6 358 SP strains to penicil-lin, cefotaxime, erythromycin, clindamycin, cotrimoxazole, tetracycline, chloramphenicol, levolfoxacin, vancomycin were 5.0%, 12.9%, 98.7%, 96.0%, 92.2%, 7.3%, 5.6%, 0.2%and 0.0%respectively, and the resistance rate to penicillin and cefotaxime was signiifcantly different in every years (all P<0.05). The resistance rates of the 318 penicillin-resistant SP strains to the above anti-biotics were 100.0%, 42.6%, 100.0%, 100.0%, 99.2%, 23.6%, 6.8%, 0.6%, 0.0%respectively, and the resistance rate to penicillin and cefotaxime was signiifcantly different (P=0.001). Conclusions The antibiotic resistance rates of SP strains isolated from children with lower respiratory tract infection were higher to erythromycin, clindamycin, cotrimoxazole and tetracycline, and an increasing rate in drug resistance to cefotaxime was observed in recent years. Appropriate antibiotics should be selected for the treatment of infection according to drug sensitivity.

Connexin43 has been shown to play a pivotal role in wound healing process. Wound repair is enhanced by acute downregulation of connexin43, by increasing proliferation and migration of keratinocyte and fibroblast. Angiogenesis is also a central feature of wound repair, but little is known about the effects of connexin43 modulation on functions of endothelial cells. We used connexin43 specific small interference RNA (siRNA) to reduce the expression of connexin43 in human umbilical vein endothelial cell (HUVEC), and investigated the effects of connexin43 downregulation on intercellular communication, viability, proliferation, migration and angiogenic activity of HUVEC. Treatment of siRNA markedly reduced the expression of connexin43 by -80% in HUVEC (P < 0.05), and decreased the intercellular communication by -65% (P < 0.05). The viability, proliferation, migration and angiogenic activity of HUVEC decreased significantly (P < 0.05), compared with that of the normal cells. The results suggest that temporally downregulation of connexin43 expression at early stage of wound to inhibit the abnormal angiogenesis characterized with leaky and inflamed blood vessels, maybe a prerequisite for coordinated normal healing process.
