Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2015;(9):713-716
False and negative information has brought forth serious impacts on doctor-patient relationship in the new media era as a result of “Broken window effect”and “Butterfly effect”.The underlying reasons are herd mentality, the public’s need to vent their discontent, the subjectivity of information distribution on the Internet and lack of proper supervision and punishment mechanism.Medical Institutions should pay special attention to the new media, leveraging it to improve doctor-patient relationship by making official voice, guiding public opinion, solving problems, and providing comfortable social environment and rational public opinion environment on the Internet.

Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2015;(8):51-55
Objective:To introduce the Australian Life Saving Drugs Program ( LSDP) and provide references for medical assistance system for the rare diseases in China. Methods:The main content and characteristics of LSDP were analyzed and compared with the Chinese status quo valuation. Results:Through the orphan drug designation and cost-effectiveness evaluation, eligible drugs are included in LSDP and funded to the rare disease patients. LSDP stip-ulated the strict funding criteria and conditions, established the Guidelines and Disease Advisory Committees, and processed the post-market reviews program in order to guarantee the medication requirements of the patients. Conclu-sions:The Australian experience is worth learning and China should implement a country-led management system for the rare disease and orphan drugs, and explore a medical assisstance system in line with the Chinese national condi-tion based on the catastrophic medical insurances.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(02):-
Objective To evaluate the incorporation of BPA, which was synthesized by ourselves, by two different glioma cell lines, and to observe its relationship with the time of cultivation and cell cycle. Methods Two glioma cell lines of C6 and SHG-44 were studied and the primarily cultured rat astrocytes were used as control. The growth curves of the two glioma cell lines and rat astrocytes were plotted, and their doubling time was identified respectively from the curves. All three kinds of cells were incubated in a culture medium, in which 10 B concentration was 50?g/ml for 4h, 8h, 16h, 20h or 24h. Boron concentration in the cells was measured by induced couple plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) after respective culture period. After 24h of incubation, the cells in the G 0 /G 1 phase and those in the G 2 /M phase were isolated by flow cytometry, and boron concentration in each fraction was obtained by ICP-AES. Results The doubling time was 18.5h for both C6 and SHG-44 cells, but 28h for the astrocytes. The boron concentration in glioma cells was constantly higher than that in astrocytes throughout the experiment(P

BACKGROUND: The minimally invasive axial lumbar interbody approach (AxiaLIF) for L4–S1 fusion has been applied in America and Europe, and has obtained satisfactory curative efficacy. Because of significant anatomical differences between Chinese and Europeans and Americans, whether AxiaLIF is appropriate for Chinese remains unclear. Moreover, there are some problems in the application of AxiaLIF, so how to optimize AxiaLIF is a key to its promotion in China.OBJECTIVE: To provide anatomical data for the design of axial screws suitable for Chinese through measuring the mid axial line of the lateral lumbar radiograph and cross sections of L5 and S1 on lumbar CT in normal Chinese population.METHODS: The lateral lumbar radiographs from Chinese healthy population were selected, including 35 males and 30 females, the axial height of S1, the disc distance between L5 and S1, and the axial height of L5 were measured so as to provide anatomical data for designing the length of the axial screw. The transverse and sagittal diameters of L5 and S1 in the lumbar CT of 26 adult healthy males and 24 healthy females were measured to provide anatomical data for designing the diameter of the axial screw.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) The axial height of S1 in males and females was (26.76±3.94) mm and (22.91±2.91) mm, respectively (P < 0.05). The disc distance between L5 and S1 was (12.62±1.90) mm for males and (11.92±1.78) mm for females (P > 0.05). The axial height of L5 was (29.12±2.18) mm for males and (26.91±2.47) mm for females (P <0.05). (2) The transverse diameter of S1 was (49.14±4.14) mm for males and (46.11±4.44) mm for females (P < 0.05).The transverse diameter of L5 was (41.34±4.31) mm for males and (43.12±3.71) mm for females (P < 0.05). The sagittal diameter of L5 was (34.48±2.32) mm for males and (33.03±3.48) mm for females, and the sagittal diameter of S1 was (35.65±4.28) mm for males and (33.53±3.26) for females, (both P > 0.05). (3) That is to say, this study provides the anatomical data for designing the axial screws suitable for the lumbar fusion of Chinese by measuring the mid axial line of the lateral lumbar radiographs and the cross sections of L5 and S1 on lumbar CT. The image measurement method can be used to analyze the preoperative images of the patients to predict the feasibility of the surgical approach and pre-select the internal fixation model for personalized screw positioning.

Objective To establish the amplified luminescent proximity homogeneous assay(AlphaLISA) for the detection of Sendai virus. Methods The antigen concentration, serum concentration and the donor beads/acceptor beads ratio used in the AlphaLISA method were optimumized by the phalanx experiments, then the antibodies of Sendai Virus in 40 rat sera were detected by the established AlphaLISA method and ELISA detection method. The results were compared and the differentia between the two methods was confirmed by IFA.Results The optimum concentration of SV bio-peptide in AlphaLISA assay was 250 nmol/L, the best proportion of donor beads/acceptor beads ratio was 1 ∶1, using the concentration of 20 μg/mL and the serum dilution was 1∶10000.7 of the 40 rat sera were detected SV positive by ELISA, the positive rate was 17.5%, 8 of the 40 rat sera were determined SV positive by AlphaLISA, and the positive rate was 20.0%, the AlphaLISA positive serum was confirmed by IFA.Conclusions We preliminary established the Amplified Luminescent Proximity Homogeneous Assay(AlphaLISA) for the detection of Sendai virus. The sensitivity of the method is comparable to classical ELISA method, but this method use less serum samples and without washing steps. The method has some advantages in degeneracy and accuracy.

Reference materials containing mixed degradation products of amoxicillin and ampicillin were developed after optimization of preparation processes. The target impurities were obtained by controlled stress testing, and each major component was identified with HPLC-MS and compared with single traceable reference standard each. The developed reference materials were applied to system suitability test for verifying HPLC system performed in accordance with set forth in China Pharmacopeia and identification of major impurities in samples based on retention and spectra information, which have advantages over the methods put forth in foreign pharmacopoeias. The development and application of the reference materials offer an effective way for rapid identification of impurities in chromatograms, and provide references for analyzing source of impurities and evaluation of drug quality.
