Objective:To observe the the effects of sustained-release coatings of HU-308 on the biological characteristics of rat oste-oblasts(ROBs)on Ti surface.Methods:The heparin/chitosan sustained release coatings containing HU-308 at different concentra-tions were prepared by layer-by-layer assembly technology on the alkali-and heat-treated Ti surface.The alkali-and heat-treated Ti samples were randomly divided into six groups,the samples in C group were used as control,in P group were treated by heparin/chi-tosan coatings and in T1,T2,T3 and T4 groups were treated by heparin/chitosan sustained-release coating containing HU-308 at dif-ferent concentrations.The adhesion,proliferation and ALP activity of ROBs cultured on the coatings were assessed at different times. Results:The adhesion,proliferation and ALP activity of ROBs of T4 group (the impregnating concentration of HU-308 was 0.025 mg/L)were the highest.Conclusion:The sustained-release coating with low concentration of HU-308 may improve the adhesion , proliferation and ALP activity of ROBs.

Objective To evaluate the using of either 225 or 150 microgrammes of mifepristone combined with misoprostol for termination of second-trimester gestation(16～24 weeks).Methods 180 women requesting voluntary induced abortion during gestation 16～24 weeks were randomised to three groups,group 1:oral mifepris- tone 225rag,group 2:oral mifepristone 150mg,and group 3:injected 100rag rivanot by amniocentestis.The total suc- cess rate,once success rate,the interval of having-medicine to uterine-constraction,the volume of bleeding within 2 hours after labour and cervical laceration rate were observed.Results The once success rate of induced labour in group 1 was higher than that in group 2 and group 3(P

Objective To explore the effects of gossypol acetate on the morphological features and the gene expression in the femoral head of Sprague-Dawley rat in vivo after treated with dexamethasone .Methods Dexamethasone(Dex) was injected into the abdominal cavity of SD rats at an dose of 10 mg/kg ,twice a week ,and feed gossypol acetate 5 mg · kg -1 · d-1 .The controls re-ceived saline 2 mL injection .The treatment lasted for 12 and 20 weeks .The slices of the femoral head were made for HE and immu-nohistochemical study .The total mRNA was extracted for RT-PCR assessment .Results The cancellous bone trabecular became sparse ,trabecular bone area ratio decreased ,bone marrow fat tissue increased .These changes were fitted for pathological character of bone necrosis .The gossypol acetate could not affect the pathological changes .The proportion of the positive stained osteoblasts increased ,adipocytes decreased .PPARγ,C/EBPα,11β-HSD1 expression enhanced ,Runx2 down regulated in the treatment groups and GAA group .Conclusion Dex can induce evident pathological changes conform to the characters of femoral head necrosis .They may have closed correlation between 11β-HSD1 and the gene expression .But GAA could not affected the pathological changes and abnormality of the gene expression .

Objective To study the preemptive analgesia effects and side reactions of flurbiprofen axetil in gynecological laparoscopy.Methods Sixty patients(ASAⅠ～Ⅱ)were randomly assigned into two groups with 30 cases each.GroupⅠreceived intravenous injection of flurbiprofen axetil 1mg/kg in 15 minutes before surgery.GroupⅡreceived intravenous injection of saline 1mg/kg at the same time.Postoperative analgesia efficacy was assessed by visual analogue scales(VAS)at 1,2,4,8.12,24h and side reactions were recorded after surgery.The overall satisfac- tion with analgesic therapy was evaluated after analgesia.Results VAS in groupⅠat 1,4,12,24h was lower than that in groupⅡ(P

mutants which didnt produce red pigmen ts on malt extract agar plate were obtained.The 8 stable mutants were cultured on solid medium.Two samples wer e yellow,the others were white.The extracted samples were scanned in visible len gth.2 yellow samples showed only one absorptive peak at 370nm,the 6 white sample s showed no absorptive peak.The mutants producing only yellow pigments on solid medium were tested in liquid culture.The results indicated their ability to pro duce only yellow pigments were stable.

Nowadays,small peptides are always expressed in the form of fusion protein.The expression product contains many superfluous amino acids which can affect the biological functions of small peptides even expressed by GST fusion protein expression system.SUMO protease can cut SUMO fusion protein expressed by fusion expression system without any amino acid residues left on target protein thus become a hot topic in this field.Recombinant His-UlP1/pET3c/BL21(DE3)engineering strain was constructed by genetic engineering technology and the expression conditions were optimized in shake flaks.The process of high density fermentation was explored and different purification conditions were detected by chromatography.The results showed that SUMO protease could be expressed well after inducing the engineering strain by IPTG of 1.0mmol/L at 30℃ for 6 hours.The expression level of the strain in fermentation pots could reach 24.3% analyzed by SDS-PAGE.The purity of SUMO protease was more than 98% after further purification by cation exchange chromatography.The yield was 355mg SUMO protease per liter fermentation liquid.Western blot analysis demonstrated that there were immune reactions between IlP1 and 6?His antibodies,so it has established a good foundation for large-scale industralazation in the future.

Objective To analyze the risk factors related to survival time of advanced nonsmall cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and to establish a prediction model on survival time. Methods From 2004-2006, 184 patients with advanced NSCLC were enrolled in the Affiliated Hospital to the Nantong Midical College. Related risk factors were analyzed, using the Buckley-James model. Both actual and predicted survival time were compared by log-rank test. Results Through Buckley-James model analysis, data showed that KPS, clinical stage, treatment and pre-treatment hemoglobin were main influencing factors on survival time. Regression equation appeared to be lnMONTH=0.0108 KPS+0.0238 HB+0.4614 Ⅲb+0.8027 Ⅲa+0.3869(radiotherapy+chemotherapy)+0.507 (radiotherapy + operation)+ 0.6082(chemotherapy + operation)- 2.098. There was no statistical difference between the prediction and the actual models of survival time by log-rank test(P=0.575＞0.05). Conclusion KPS, clinical stage, treatment and pre-treatment hemoglobin might be associated. Both the prognosis of patients with advanced NSCLC and the prediction model seemed to have practical significances.
