4.Treatment of port wine stains with photodynamie therapy in Chinese patients
Fudan University Journal of Medical Sciences 2008;35(2):300-303
Port wine stains affect patients on either cosmetic or functional, and even psychological aspects. Although many therapeutic modalities have been applied, the effective clearance rate of this bothersome problem is still limited to some extent. Photodynamic therapy is a state-of -the-art option for patients with port wine stains. In this article, clearance rates and adverse effects of different photo-dynamic therapy measures (including photosensitizers and light sources) for Chinese patients were re-viewed.
5.The study on association between epithelial mesenchymal transition and Oxaliplatin resistance for colorectal carcinoma
Chongqing Medicine 2016;45(17):2308-2311
Objective Drug resistance is the main reason for chemotherapy failure ,it is to be solved how to overcome this . Recent studies indicate that epithelial-mesenchymaltransition (EM T ) may involved in chemotherapy resistance for some types of cancers .But it is still unknown whether EM T is involved in chemotherapy resistance for colorectal carcinoma .This study was con-ducted to investigate the relation between EM T and colorectal cancer chemotherapy resistance .Methods Abilities of migration and invasion of Oxaliplatin resistant colorectal carcinoma cell lines LOVO /L-OHP and wild type colorectal carcinoma cell lines LOVO were investigated by transwell migration and transwell invasion assays .The level of E-cadherin and Vimentin was detected by West-ern blot .EM T of LOVO was induced by GSK-3β inhibitor SB415286 treatment and validated by transwell migration and transwell invasion assays and Western blot for E-cadherin and Vimentin .The sensitivity of LOVO to Oxaliplatin after SB 415286 inducing EM T was evaluated by M TT and Annexin-V /PI assays .Results EM T phenotype was confirmed by morphology feature ,results of transwell migration and invasion assays and level changes of E-cadherin and Vimentin .In addition ,the results of proliferation and apoptosis tests showed that the sensitivity of LOVO to Oxaliplatin after SB 415286 inducing EM T decreased significantly ,which means chemotherapy resistance .Conclusion The direct association between EM T and chemotherapy resistance for colorectal carci -noma is proved in this study ,which provides basis for intervening chemotherapy resistance and new researching strategies .
6.Effect of the miracle questions in solution-focused brief therapy on memory tend and emotional stage in college students
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2014;(11):1030-1032
Objective To evaluate the effect of the miracle questions in solution?focused brief therapy on memory tend and emotional stage in a non?clinical situation in college students. Methods A quasi?experimental design was adopted, and two kinds of materials for self?coaching( solution?focused, problem?focused) were devel?oped according to the previous researches. Seventy?two subjects were randomly divided into two groups, receiving the miracle questions in solution?focused brief therapy( The miracle question group, thirty?six subjects) or problem?focused coaching intervention(problem?focused group, thirty?six subjects).Exception memories number and positive and negative emotion level were evaluated between the two groups. Results The subjects receiving the miracle question group write more exception memories (3.67±2.07) than problem?focused group (1.61±1.18) ( t=5.178, P<0.01) . There was no significant difference in the positive and negative emotion level between the two groups(P>0.05) . Conclusion The miracle questions in solution?focused brief therapy can trigger the subjects to exceptional memories .This suggests that in practical application, questions order has impact on the effect of consultation. Be?fore asking exception question, miracle questions should be asked in the use of solution?focused intervention.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2021;37(13):1020-1026
Objective:To explore the nursing efficacy of 321 health education model on maintenance hemodialysis patients with itchy skin. Methods:A total of 97 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients with itchy skin from January 2019 to December 2019 in the Central Hospital of Panzhihua were divided into control group of 49 cases and study group of 48 cases by table of random number. The patients in control group were taken with conventional nursing and health propaganda measures while the patients in study group accepted a different nursing mode of combining 321 health education model. The Chinese version of the Four-Item Itch Questionnaire (FIIQ), the Chinese version of the Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI), and the Chinese version of the Kidney Disease Questionnaire (KDQ) were used to evaluate the skin itchy status and its influences to patients′ life and life quality of the 2 groups before and after intervention. Results:There was no significant difference in the skin itchy status and its influences to patients′ life and life quality before intervention between the two groups( P>0.05). After intervention, the total score of FIIQ, and the scores of the three dimensions of itchy degree, itchy frequency, and influences on sleep were respectively (7.46 ± 0.94), (1.83 ± 0.26), (1.92 ± 0.29), (1.86 ± 0.23), which were all lower than the same data of the control group patients: (12.36 ± 1.24), (2.69 ± 0.31), (3.02 ± 0.42), (2.91 ± 0.37), showing differences with statistical significance ( t values were 14.79-21.90, P<0.05). After intervention, the total score of the DLQI, and the scores of five dimensions of symptom perception, daily life, entertainment and leisure, work and study, and treatment of the patients in study group were respectively (10.55 ± 1.27), (2.85 ± 0.29), (2.11 ± 0.32), (2.47 ± 0.29), (1.72 ± 0.25), and (2.21 ± 0.27), which were all lower than the same data of patients in control group: (14.47 ± 1.78), (3.92 ± 0.37), (1.57 ± 0.22), (1.64 ± 0.25), (1.26 ± 0.18), (1.21 ± 0.11), indicating statistically significant difference ( t values were 9.67-23.80, P<0.05). After intervention, the total score of KDQ and the scores of the four dimensions of physical symptoms, fatigue, depression, and frustration of the patients in study group were respectively (121.66 ± 15.91), (27.36 ± 3.02), (24.44 ± 3.44), (26.71 ± 3.58), and (19.28 ± 2.66), which were all higher than the same data of patients in control group: (108.38 ± 14.69), (24.51 ± 2.64), (22.60 ± 3.41), (22.45 ± 3.47), (14.92 ± 2.04), presenting differences with statistical significance ( t values were -9.07 - -2.65, P<0.05). Conclusions:For maintenance hemodialysis patients with itchy skin, the nursing intervention by 321 health education model can effectively ease the itchy skin problem, relieve the impact of itchy skin on patients' lives, and improve the life quality of patients.

Objective To investigate the clinical effects differences of three-port and single-port invasively combination laparoscopic cholecystectomy and appendectomy in the treatment of acute appendicitis complicated with gallbladder stone. Methods 110 patients with acute appendicitis complicated with gallbladder stones from August 2012 to August 2015 were randomly divided into control group (55 patients) with three-port laparoscopic operation and observation group (55 patients) with single-port laparoscopic operation;and the clinical indexes for operation related, operation overall satisfaction score of Brown, the VAS score of depression and anxiety before and after operation and postoperative complications of both groups were compared. Results The incision length of observation group was significantly shorter than control group (P< 0.05). The operative time of observation group was significantly longer than control group (P < 0.05). The operation overall satisfaction of Brown of observation group was significantly higher than control group (P < 0.05). The VAS score of depression and anxiety after operation of observation group was significantly better than control group and before operation (P<0.05). There was no signiifcant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between 2 groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with three-port laparoscopic operation, single-port invasively combination laparoscopic cholecystectomy and appendectomy in the treatment of acute appendicitis complicated with gallbladder stone can efifciently decrease the incision length, improve the aesthetic degree and postoperative negative emotions and not lead to increased risk of postoperative complications.
