1.Reirradiation of recurrent cervical cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2015;42(2):153-156
Pelvic exenteration, first line salvage therapy for selected recurrent cervical cancer patients,is accompanied by a high operative mortality and loss of structure and function of pelvic organs.Advances in radiation therapy, especially 3-dimensional brachytherapy and stereotactic body radiotherapy, provide the opportunity to achieve similar efficacy of pelvic exenteration with acceptable complications and protect the structure and function of pelvic organs.

OBJECTIVE:To provide references for the revision of pharmaceutical talents training plan in higher vocational colleges. METHODS:Selecting parts of freshmen, sophomores and junior students majoring in pharmacy in our hospital as subjects, questionnaires were conducted for the effect of hospital“pharmacy trusteeship”policy on their employment selection, and the results were statistically analyzed. RESULTS:Totally 190,390,320 questionnaires were received from junior students, sophomores and freshmen. The surveyed students knew less about“pharmacy trusteeship”policy, only a maximum by junior students of 35.79%(comparison of different grades P<0.05);while among the surveyed students from different career directions, the highest awareness rate about“pharmacy trusteeship”policy was from the students whose hospital pharmacy(41.30%-45.21%)(comparison of different career direction P>0.05). The career direction of hospital pharmacy had the highest proportion of surveyed students in each grade(38.42%-53.13%),especially the freshmen(comparison of different grades P<0.05,comparison of different career direction in a same grade P<0.05). But after knowing the policy, the surveyed students had the lowest recognition for the original career direction, especially the junior students(64.38%)(comparison of different career direction P<0.05). The surveyed freshmen and sophomores were firstly concerned the stability and then the welfare and income of the job,the surveyed junior students were firstly concerned the welfare and income and then authorized strength and the stability of the job. CONCLUSIONS:The pharmacy trusteeship policy has not yet been fully implemented, its effect on employment selection of higher vocational students majoring in pharmacy is relatively backward and the deeper effects have not been appeared completely.

AIM: To study the protection of extract of Radix Atragali composite against acute hepatic injury. METHODS: Fed with the extract of Radix Atragali composite, m ice were injected with D-galactosamine intraperitoneally (800 mg/kg) and rats were i njected with carbon tetrachloride hypodermically (5 mL/kg) to induce acute hepat ic injury on the 8th day. ALT, AST and bilirubin in serum were examined. Patholo gical changes of liver tissue were observed. RESULTS: Compared with model group, activities of ALT and AST, c oncentrations of bilirubin were markedly decreased and pathological scores also showed that degeneration and necrosis of hepatic cell were lighter in the the ex tract of Radix Atragali composite treatment group. CONCLUSION: The extract of Radix Atragali composite attenuat es hepatic injury induced by D-galactosamine or carbon tetrachloride.

Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2001;0(03):-
Characteristics and measurement principles of reference methods in clinical biochemistry were described.Implementation of reference systems is one of the most effective approaches to improve the accuracy and comparability of clinical laboratory test results.Reference methods are the key components of reference systems.Reference methods should have measurement uncertainties that meet the requirements of the intended use,and thus should be based on reliable measurement principles. For the well-defined biochemistry analytes, reference methods have been almost all based on instrumental analysis.Isotope dilution mass spectrometry (ID/MS) is considered most reliable and has been the major analytical principle of the reference methods.ID/MS analysis is accurate but expensive.Use of other validated instrumental analyses as reference measurement principles would be justified.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(12):-
The recent studies have suggested that matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs)are close associated with the instability of atherosclerotic plaques, the formation and development of intracranial aneurysm, ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic transformation. The study and application of MMP inhibitor may become a new approach in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.

Microbiology 1992;0(05):-
This study was based on live yeast cell derivative (LYCD), which was produced by live yeast cell stressed with high temperature and H 2O 2. The results showed that pretreating of low dose(37℃and 0.2mmol/L H 2O 2) could increase the content of GSH and the activity of SOD and CAT. These pretreatment could induce the resistance to lethal concentration of H 2O 2. LYCD was produced by yeast treated with 37℃ and 0.2mmol/L H 2O 2. And it was found that the survival of yeast treated with lethal concentration of H 2O 2 obviously increased, while LYCD was added in yeast culture. It indicated that LYCD could have resistance to oxidative condition.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(3):185-187
ObjectiveTo explore the neural basis of visual completion for the occluded faces.Methods2 types of visual stimuli were presented randomly: pictures of complete faces, pictures of incomplete faces(the occluded part was the left-top quadrant).Subjects were instructed to perform a gender discrimination task while event-related potentials(ERPs) were recorded.ResultsCompared with complete faces, incomplete faces enhanced the amplitude of N1 on the occipito-temporal scalp bilaterally, with the right hemisphere advantage. The peak latency of N2 elicited by incomplete faces was delayed compared with that of complete faces.ConclusionThe enhancement of N1 is related to visual completion processing that requires additional time.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(4):277-279
ObjectiveTo investigate if there were potential components similar to auditory mismatch negativity (MMN) in the visual modality.MethodsEvent-related potentials (ERP) of 15 healthy adults were tested. Subjects were demanded to complete shape-matching task and double-matching task under 4 kinds visual stimuli including no-difference (Nd), contour-difference (Cd), shape-difference (Sd) and double-difference (Dd).ResultsWithin P1-N1 latent period (100~140 ms), three kinds of deviant stimuli (Cd, Sd, Dd) elicited a positivity, mismatch positivity (MMP). MMP amplitude elicited by Dd was a sum elicited by Cd and Sd (single-difference).ConclusionIn the visual modality, MMP elicited by warp stimulus may be an element similar to auditory MMN and reflect auto-processing of brain to visual stimulus.
