Objective In order to investigate the clinical feature in children with family of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The clinical study were analysed in 83 children with family of coronary heart disease.Results In 83 children with family of coronary heart disease , most of them were school children and boys .Their grandparent and law grandparent had CHD in most of children. The incidences of overweight ,obesity and hypertension were higher .There was lipids metabolism abnormality . There abnormal indices had more remarkable in children with family of premature CHD. There were not hyperglycemia in children with family of coronary heart disease.Conclusion There is abnormality of weight ,lipids metabolism and blood pressure in children with the family of CHD .It is obviously in children with family of premature CHD,suggesting the children should be treated as soon as possible.

AIM:To study the clinical effect of silica gel drainage tube combined with lomefloxacin hydrochloride eye ophthalmic gel in the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction.METHODS:Totally 86 cases (138 eyes) of lacrimal duct embolism treated in our hospital from February to December 2015 were divided into 43 cases (68 eyes) as control group and 43 cases (70 eyes) of the observation group according to whether they were treated with lomefloxacin hydrochloride eye ophthalmic gel.Patients in the control group were treated with silica gel drainage, while the observation group was treated with lomefloxacin hydrochloride eye ophthalmic gel on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate, serum hypersensitivity C-reactive protein (h-CRP) level, complications and recurrence rate were observed and compared between the two groups.RESULTS:The total effective rate in the patients with obstructive nasolacrimal duct, common lacrimal duct obstruction, and lacrimal duct obstruction in observation group were 95.2%, 100.0%, 96.7%, higher than those in control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in preoperative serum h-CRP levels (P>0.05).The serum levels of h-CRP in patients in the observation group at 3d and 7d after operation respectively were 2.40±0.84g/mL, 1.94±0.84g/mL, lower than those of control group at the same time (P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 1.4%, which was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Follow up for 6-18mo, the recurrence rate was 11.4% in the observation group, which was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The combination of silica gel drainage tube and lomefloxacin hydrochloride eye ophthalmic gel in the treatment of obstruction of lacrimal duct has good clinical efficacy, low inflammatory reaction, low complication rate and low recurrence rate.

Aim Targeted drug delivery in the brain is the necessary way for the treatment of brain diseases. In our study, a new peptide derived from the rabies vi-rus glycoprotein ( RVG-derived peptide, RDP ) was used as a targeted carrier to modify the curcumin stealth liposomes, and their characteristics and brain targeting effect were studied. Methods The curcumin liposomes were prepared by thin film dispersion. The release test in vitro was conducted to investigate their drug release. Curcumin distribution in several organs of mice was investigated by caudal vein injection of curcumin suspension liquid ( CUR ) , curcumin lipo-somes ( CUR-L) , RDP modified curcumin stealth lipo-somes ( RDP-CUR-L) via HPLC assay at different time points. Results The prepared stealth nano liposomes had a size of around 100 nm, and also had a good dis-persion and reproducibility. The entrapment efficiency was larger than 85%. After caudal vein injection of CUR, CUR-L and RDP-CUR-L in mice respectively, no curcumin was detected in brain of CUR group, and only a little was detected in CUR-L group. Neverthe-less, high concentration of curcumin was detected in RDP-CUR-L group. Conclusion RDP can deliver li-posome into the brain, which may provide a new meth-od for the treatment of brain diseases.

Objective To investigate the status of the rehabilitation service and rehabilitation medical professionals in Tianjin. Methods130 hospitals and Disabled Persons' Federations in Tianjin selected by stratified random cluster sampling were surveyed by questionnaires.Results About 49.2% institutions had carried out the rehabilitation services; there were 842 rehabilitation medical professionals in total, including237 rehabilitation physicians and 3 prosthetic orthopaedic technicians, with a gap of nearly 3000 people; most of them were in loweducation. Conclusion The rehabilitation service should be developed; the quantities and quality of the rehabilitation medical professionalsshould be improved, the classified structure and the service objects are unbalanced.

Patients with hypoxia pulmonary hypertension (HPH) are often accompanied by dyspnea, fatigue, and headache. With the development of the disease, the right ventricle gradually collapses and eventually leads to death. Hypoxic pulmonary vascular remodeling is an important pathological basis of HPH, and the remodeled pulmonary vessels will form permanent thickening. The mechanism of hypoxic pulmonary vascular remodeling is relatively complex. At present, there are few studies on drugs for pulmonary vascular remodeling on the market, mainly focusing on the alleviation of pulmonary vasoconstriction. It was found that hypoxia induces calcium overload in pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells (PASMCs), resulting in the proliferation of PASMCs. The main mechanisms include: ① abnormal expression of calcium pumps; ② abnormal calcium channels in the plasma membrane of pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells; ③ overexpression of calcium-sensitive receptors in cells; ④ the expression of Na⁺/Ca²⁺ exchanger type-1 was abnormal. This review summarized several mechanisms of hypoxia induced calcium overload leading to pulmonary artery remodeling, hoping to provide a new idea for the treatment of HPH.

Objective To explore the methods and mid-term results of interventional therapy for atherosclerotic occlusive disease of the superficial femoral artery(SFA).Methods From January 2005 to August 2008,Nineteen cases with 22 diseased lower limbs were admitted.According to Fontaine stage system,there were 6 stage Ⅱb limbs(moderate to severe intermittent claudication),8 stage Ⅲ limbs(rest pain),and 8 stage Ⅳ limbs(6 with ulcer and 2 with gangrene).The mean lesion length was 8.8 cm(5～13 cm).On the basis of the TransAtlantic Inter-Society Consensus(TASC)femoropopliteal classification,the lesions were classified as type B in 4 limbs,type C in 17,and D in 1.Follow up examinations with color duplex ultrasound and/or arteriography were carried out to determine the patency.The improvement of clinical symptoms after operation was analyzed.Results 17 limbs were revascularization successfully,2 limbs were turned to bypass operation,3 limbs were judged untreatable.The technical success rate is 77.3%,and the clinical improvement of symptoms was achieved in 100% of the 17 limbs on which the procedure was successful.The 17 limbs were followed up for a mean of 12.5 months(range 3-33 months).One patient died of cardia infarction one month postoperatively.SFA occlusion happened in 4 limbs.At one year postoperatively,the patency rate was 75%(13/17)after primary operation.Conclusions Primary endovascular treatment of SFA occlusion diseases is a safe,minimally invasive,and effective method.

Objective To understand the viral etiology of acute respiratory infection in Kunming area. Methods We collected the nasopharyngeal swab of patients with acute respiratory tract infection,and used multiple reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method to detect 15 kinds of respiratory viral pathogens. Results Among the 600 samples,144 strains of viruses were detected, the positive rate was 24%,among which the highest positive rate was RSV (49/600,8.2%),followed by PIV (32/600,5.3%) HRV (27/600,4.5%) and IFV27 (27/600,4.5%) . The respiratory virus infection situation was different in every age group, groups of the highest virus positive rate was ≤1 age group (72/216, 33.3%);The respiratory virus infection situation in different seasons was different, the virus positive rate of the first quarter was the highest (85/144, 59%) . Conclusion RSV was the main virus pathogen of acute respiratory tract infections in Kunming area in 2011 years, the detection rate in sick children was the highest among all patients;the detection rate in the first quarter was higher than other quarters.

AIM:To investigate the impact of long-term administration of pentoxifylline (PTX) on morphology and inflammation of the lung in mouse models with chronic exposure of cigarette smoke. METHODS: Male BALB/c mice were randomized into the following four study groups: smoke-exposure only, shamed smoke-exposure, smoke-exposure and PTX administration, shamed smoke-exposure and PTX administration. Animals assigned to smoke-exposure were put inside a chamber twice a day for cigarette smoke exposure. The oral dose of PTX allocated to each mouse was about 20 mg?kg-1?d-1. Animals were sacrificed anaesthetically at day 120. Slices of lung were stained with H&E for pathological analysis. Modified ashcroft pulmonary fibrosis score (mAPFS) was estimated, and IFN-? (a Th1 cytokine), IL-4 (a Th2 cytokine) in broncho-alveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and hydroxyproline in mouse lung tissue were measured by commercial kits of ELISA assay. RESULTS: Lungs in smoke-exposure only group exhibited emphysema-like morphology, low mAPFS (median 1.50, 95%CI 1.25-3.75), lowest hydroxyproline (2.43?0.11) mg/L and lowest ratio of IL-4 to IFN-? (20.3?25.5), whereas lungs in smoke-exposure and PTX interference group exhibited interstitial fibrosis-like morphology, highest mAPFS (4.75, 4.09-5.71), highest hydroxyproline (5.57?0.55) mg/L and highest ratio of IL-4 to IFN-? AIM: To clarify the protective effect of long-term administration of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase inhibitor fluvastatin on ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction (MI) in rats and its mechanisms. METHODS: Myocardial infarction were established by ligated left coronary anterior artery in SD rats, 24 hours after the operation, the survival rats were treated by gavage fluvastatin (20 mg?kg~(-1)?d~(-1)) or distilled water for 8 weeks. Doppler echocardiography, homodynamic and cardiac histomorphometry were used to assess the ventricular remodeling and cardiac function. The plasma levels of total cholesterol (Tch), creatinine (Cr), glutamic-oxal (o) acetic transaminase (AST), lipid peroxidation (LPO), glutathione perioxidase (GSH-PX), nitrogen monoxide (NO_2~-/NO_3~-) were detected.
