The study of tumors' proteomics is a research hotspot in China and abroad in recent years. The development of theory and technology in proteomics has provided new ideas and research field for cancer research. This paper reviewed the commonly used technical means of proteomics and its research progress on diagnosis, therapy and other aspects of pancreatic carcinoma.
3.A evaluation research for the optimization and utilization of medical equipment in pediatric hospital
China Medical Equipment 2017;14(2):110-111,112
Objective:To provide more details and guide the management and usage as well as purchasing for medical equipment, so as to realize the optimization and utilization of the medical resources and impel Precision Medicine Initiative. Methods:The cost-effective analysis and the rate of return analysis of two large-scale precision equipments (MRI and Fundus camera usage) during January 2015 and June 2016 were performed. Besides, the equipment cost was divides into several more detailed projects in the research. Results: The rate of return of MRI in the first half year of 2016 was 8.5%, which was obviously higher than the one of 2015 which was 4.1%; the rate of return of Fundus camera usage in the first half year of 2016 was 25.9%, which was also obviously higher than the one of 2015 that was 15.0%. In the analysis, the depreciation of equipment was the main cost. Conclusion: It was critical and necessary to strengthen the standardized operation and routine maintenance in operation, in order to improve their safety usage rate.
4.Effect of finger exercises on recovery of hand function and daily life ability in postoperative patients with bone trauma
Modern Clinical Nursing 2016;15(7):8-10,11
Objective To investigate the effect of finger exercises on recovery of hand function and daily life ability in postoperative patients with bone trauma. Methods Ninety-eight phalanx trauma patients were equally divided into the treatment and control groups, those with odd admission number in the treatment group and those with even numbers in the control group: the control group was given postoperative routine care and the treatment group took finger exercises besides the routine nursing. The two groups were compared in terms of the treatment effect and the ability of daily life . Result The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group and the ability of daily life was significantly better than that of the control group (all P < 0.05). Conclusion The postoperative finger exercises of the patients with bone trauma can increase the recovery of hand function , which is beneficial for the improvement their daily life ability.
5.Effect of Male Trichinella spiralis to Female Fertility
Chinese Journal of Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases 1987;0(01):-
Objective To study the life span of Trichinella spiralis male adult and its effect on female fertility. Methods 22 Kunming mice were divided into three groups.Group A was orally inoculated by encysted larvae, dissected at day 5,10,20,and 30 post infection, adult worms were then collected and counted.Group B was fed with 5-day adults(70 females + 30 males/mouse).Group C was fed with 5-day females(70/mouse) only.Groups B and C were sacrificed 30 days post inoculation, larvae were collected to calculate reproductive capacity index(RCI).Male worms of day 5,10,20 and 30 were fixed in glutaraldehyde for scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).Results 20 days after infection, there were more males than females in the intestines of group A mice(female :male =1 :1.3),but much more males than females on the 30th day after infection(female :male =1 :8.5).Mice of groups B and C were infected by 5-day adults successfully with a RCI of 154.90?2.62 and 13.77?1.67 respectively(t=111.26,P
6.Detection of Alloiococcus Otitidis in Adults with Secretory Otitis Media
Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 2004;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the relationship between Alloiococcus otitidis (A. otitidis) and Secretory Otitis Media (SOM) in adults. Methods The study included 39 adult patients suffering from SOM and 42 samples (middle ear effusion, MEE)were collected. We detected the four organisms(A. otitidis ,S. pneumoniae, H.influenzae and M. catarrhalis) by mutiplex PCR, for comparing the bacterial findings in the patients with or without cold history, with or without antibiotic treatment, with effusion of different characters and durations by chi-square test. Results The DNA of A. otitidis was detected from 5 MEEs(11.9%).To acute SOM, only 1 sample was PCR-positive for A. otitidis; and to chronic SOM,4 samples were positive. There was a significant difference between them. There were 3 serous MEEs and 2 mucous MEEs, which were PCR-positive for A. otitidis, and there was a significant difference between them. Antibiotic therapy didn't contribute to PCR-positive for A.otitidis. Conclusion There is A. otitidis in the MEEs of adult SOM and it may be a pathogenic factor in SOM. A. otitidis may play an important role in chronic SOM.
7.The importance of carrying out the gene diagnosis for retinoblastoma

Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2013;(7):617-620
The progress of modality therapy has improved both survival rate and quality of life of retinoblastoma(RB) patients. However, some problems are still left and unsolved.Parts of the RB relapse after they are treated for the first time.Even more remarkable, the related individuals to the RB patients run a risk of RB.Gene diagnosis and treatment are emerging and appear to solve these problems. Some researches in developed countries and Hong Kong have successfully made progress in gene diagnosis of RB.However, the detection rate of Rb1 gene mutation is very low.Researches documented for many years that gene diagnosis for RB is extremely complex,so we should go further to achieve a goal of gene diagnosis.Gene diagnosis of RB is still an initiation in China. We should strengthen relevant study and spread this technique.
