With the development of diagnosis and treatment,esophageal replacement is required by more and more patients. Esophageal scaffold materials are focus on titanium-nickel alloy,polyethylene,polymer silica gel terylene composite,carbon fiber,and some biomaterials. However,those materials have poor biocompatibility and mechanical compatibility,resulting in high incidence of complications,such as anastomosis fistula,detachment of tube,and stenosis and poorly clinical effect. Whereas,implantation of esophageal scaffold is hopeful for solving the problems mentioned above. Here,we investigate the development and application of esophageal scaffold materials based on tissue engineering technique.

The existing analog reordering and folding technology has the following problems: it cause the attenuation of the ultrasonic signal, and it is difficult to achieve beam steering in color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic instrument. This article proposes a design method to achieve digital reordering of dynamic focusing data. The digital reordering is composed of two parts, bit reordering which is implemented with multiplier and byte reordering using switch selection. The results show that it can meet the design requirements using fewer resources.

A total of 3 177 HIV/AIDS patients were admitted in Beijing Ditan Hospital,Capital Medical University from January 2009 to December 2015,among whom pneumothorax developed in 50 cases with a morbidity rate of 1.6％.Twenty six HIV/AIDS patients with pneumothorax died with a case fatality rate of 52.0％ (26/50).Pneunocystis jirovecii pneumonia (PCP) was the dominant lung disease related to pneumothorax (37/50).Risk factors of pneumothorax were assessed among 40 HIV/AIDS patients with PCP undergoing mechanical ventilation in ICU,including 20 cases with pneumothorax and 20 cases without pneumothorac.Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) was independent risk factor of pneumothorax in HIV/AIDS patients with PCP under mechanical ventilation (OR =2.490,95 ％ CI:1.302-4.763,P =0.01).

It's necessary for treatment according to syndrome differentiation associating with the disease,reasonable combination of drugs avoiding adverse reactions,gentle medicine character but not fierce,small medicine quantity but not great, the use of Chinese patent medicine mild and tonic used properly but not excessively.

This paper introduces the structure, components, function and technical design of the multi -physiological information system, which can not only collect but also register and check parameters. The parameters acquired by the system include electrocardiogram, blood pressure, oxygen saturation and pulse.

Objective To propose a monitor failure diagnosis method based on fault tree theory to decrease maintenance cost and increase efficiency.MethodsBased on fault tree theory and maintenance practices,a typical fault tree analytical model was established on likely faults and possible causes.The model developed was applied to the quantitative analyses of kinds of probability events to determine the causes for the faults.Results The study on some kind of faults proved the accuracy,accessibility and practicability,which facilitated the maintainer to eliminate the fault.Conclusion The method determins the cause and probability of the fault directly,and contributes to rapid and convenient maintenance of the monitor.

Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of using Qu Feng Huo Luo Xie Zhuo tang to treat the chronic gouty arthritis of Tan Zhuo Zu Zhi Zheng. [Methods] From June 2013 to December 2014, 116 patients who got chronic gouty arthritis of Tan Zhuo Zu Zhi Zheng were chosen from the orthopedic outpatient cases in our hospital. All patients were equally divided into treatment group and control group by using random number table. The 58 patients of treatment group were treated with Qu Feng Huo Luo Xie Zhuo tang while the other 58 patients of the control group were treated with allopurino for 2 months. We analyzed the value of the Blood Uric Acid(BUA) and clinical efficacy before treatment and 2 months after treatment.[Results] The results showed that value of the BUA of two groups had no significant difference( P>0.05) before treatment, after 2 months, the value of the BUA of treatment group was lower than control group, the value of the BUA of two groups had significant difference( P<0.05).The rate of effective cases in treatment group was 87.9% while the control group was 68.9%, the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group.There was statistical difference in the results of treatment between the groups( P<0.05).[Conclusion] Using Qu Feng Huo Luo Xie Zhuo tang to treat the chronic gouty arthritis of Tan Zhuo Zu Zhi Zheng could get good effect,and it was better than allopurinol which was often used in western medicine.It was worth to be researched and observed in clinic.

ObjectiveTo investigate the change of serum vitamin D level in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) patients,and explore the role of vitamin D in the metabolic disturbance of T2DM and relationship with other metabolic indexes.MethodsBased on the diagnostic criteria of diabetes mellitus of the WHO (1999) and Asian adult obesity criterion established by International Obesity Special Work Group in 2002,32 patients were selected as T2DM group A[body mass index (BMI)≥25.00 kg/m2],and 38 patients were selected as T2DM group B(BMI ＜ 25.00 kg/m2).Thirty-three healthy subjects were selected as control group.The biochemical parameters of human were measured and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 [ 25 (OH)D3] was measured by enzyme-linked immunoassay.The statistic data were compared among three groups.ResultsThe levels of serum 25 (OH)D3 in T2DM group A,T2DM group B and control group were (20.59 ± 4.82 ),( 27.07 ± 5.73 ) and ( 32.27 ±: 8.49 ) μ g/L,and there were significant differences among three groups (P ＜ 0.05 ).The level of serum 25 (OH)D3 was (25.51 ± 6.12) μ g/L in T2DM patients with normal blood pressure (43 cases),(21.87 ± 5.78) μ g/L in T2DM patients with hypertension (27 cases),there was significant difference between the two patients ( P ＜ 0.05 ).The level of serum 25 ( OH ) D3 was (28.42 ± 5.20) pg/L in T2DM patients with normal blood lipids (8 cases),(23.55 ±6.15)μg/L in T2DM patients with dyslipidemia (62 cases),there was significant difference between the two patients (P＜ 0.05).The level of serum 25 (OH)D3 was negatively associated with weight,waistline,BMI,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fasting plasma glucose,fasting insulin,insulin resistance index,total cholesterol,triaeylglycerol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(P ＜ 0.01 or ＜ 0.05 ),and had no significant association with parathyroid hormone,calcium,phosphorus,high density lipoprotein cholesterol and age (P ＞ 0.05).ConclusionThe level of serum vitamin D decrease in T2DM patients,especially remarkably in patients combined with obesity,hypertension and dyslipidemia.

The abnormal changes of tumor suppressor genes such as deletion mutant,transcription inactivation or silence on human chromosome 3p (pter) are considered as a key step which is closely related to the tumorigenesis of several kinds of cancers,especially clear cell renal cell carcinoma,one kind of renal cancer.And on this basis,it has been confirmed that the deletion and downregulation of multiple 3p genes such as VHL,RASSF1A,SEMA3B,SETD2,PBRM1,NPRL2 and so on,play a vital important role in the tumorigenesis and development of clear cell renal cell carcinoma.And they provide a further way to explain the molecular mechanism of the tumorigenesis of kidney cancer.However,when the regulatory pathway and mechanism research of some genes are known to us,the other genes,especially those newly founded,which are still not clear and need to be further investigated.

Objective To develop "Psychological Stress Questionnaire of China Civil Aviation Pilots(PSQ-CCAP)"according to their vocational characteristics.Methods Firstly based on literature reviews,expert interviews and open questionnaire investigations,the preliminary psychological stress questionnaire,with 47 items,was developed.Preliminary test data(N1=144) were processed with factor analysis,reliability and validity detection.Secondly 180 questionnaires were sent to various airline civil aviation pilots,165 were back.Formal test data(N2=315) were checked with factor analysis.Results "PSQ-CCAP" consisted of work load,colleague relation,career development,requirements of aviation safety,work environment and life event stresses,6 dimensions,total with 32 items.Good reliability and validity(with c coefficient 0.706~0.897) met the requirements of PSQ-CCAP.Conclusion "PSQ-CCAP" is developed.It can be applied to psychological stress measurement of China civil aviation pilots and further related researches.
