Objective To investigate the morphologic changes and hemodynamic parameters of the common carotid artery in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)in a porcine model using ultrasound and color Doppler. Methods A total of 12 pigs were randomly divided into model group and control group(n=6 for each). All pigs were fed under the same conditions with exception of th ose in the model group which were kept in a hypobaric chamber for experiments. The parameters of systolic velocity(S)and diastolic velocity(D),resistant index(RI)and S/D in Doppler as well as maximum IMT(intima-media thickness)with two-dimensional ultrasound were obtained in the carotid artery of all animals were determined, and the latter was confirmed by animal dissection when the symptoms of OSAHS appeared in the model group. Results The diameter of the lumen of the common carotid artery in model group(3.18?0.17)was smaller than that of control group(3.47?0.15,P

Objective To evaluate the surgical approach of endovascuar exclusion for thoracic dissection. Methods Thirty-seven cases of Stanford B type thoracic aortic dissection were undergone endovascular exclusion (EVE) and had been studied retrospectively. Preoperative evaluations for delivery arteries, including common femoral artery, iliac artery, and abdominal aorta, were earried out by using duplex ultrasonography (US), computed tomographic angiography (CTA) and magnetic resonance angiography(MRA). Factors such as arterial calibers, stenosis, tortuosity, sclerotic plaque and media dissection were taken into account. Choices of surgical approach were decided after comprehensive consideration of these factors. If the common femoral artery inner diameter was wider than 8 mm, without severe iliac artery stenosis or tortuosity; the common femoral artery should be selected as the delivery artery. In case of severe arterial stenosis and tortuosities, then the common iliac arteries were exposed by retroperitonial approach and graft was delivered through this artery. Results Mural sclerotic plaques were more sensitive to be revealed by US, conversely with CTA and MRA in showing stenosis and tortuosity directly and clearly. Utilizing this preoperative evaluating system, all the grafts passed successfully and favourably through the arteries, without any delivery artery associated complications. Conclusions Using US, CTA and MRA in combination was necessary for preoperative evaluation of the delivery artery. In those with poor femoral artery condition, exposing common iliac artery decidedly is necessary to ensure the procedure favorably and to avoid delivery artery associated complications.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(03):-
Objective To design an electrostimulator for cerebellar fastigial nucleus stimulus, which is controlled with singlechip system and using EEG(Electroencephalogram)to modulate amplitude of the carrier wave. Methods The EEG with instrumentation amplifier of high CMRR (Common Mode Rejection Ratio) and some filters are collected. The electric insulation is achieved by using linear optocouplers on the parts of input and output. Results The stimulator can solve the problem of adaptability for wave to simulate the body, and is safe, non -invasive, and of obvious therapy for ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Conclusion The cerebellar fastigial nucleus stimulus can cure ischemic cerebrovascular disease obviously, and the modulation with EEG can solve the problem of adaptability for wave to simulate the body.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 1993;0(01):-
Objective: To explore the object relation in the college students with borderline personality disorder(BPD) by thematic appearance test (TAT). Methods: The result of the social cognitive and object relation scale (SCORS) of BPD students was compared with that of the non-BPD students. Results: The BPD students got significantly lower scores in complexity of representations of people, affect-tone of relationship paradigms, and understanding of social causality. But there was no significant difference in the capacity for emotional investment in relationships and moral standards. Conclusion: The object relation of BPD students is different from that of the non-BPD students. The non-BPD students develop better in complexity of representations of people, affect -tone of relationship paradigms, and understanding of social causality.

BACKGROUND:The Specification of Quality Management for Medical Device Production (for Trial Implementation) issued by the China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA) on December 16, 2009 was demanded to be initially implemented in medical device manufacturers with a higher risk in sterility and implant before January 1, 2011. The revised version was published on December 29, 2014 and came into effect on March 1, 2015. OBJECTIVE:To put forward specific suggestions through analyzing the status of 31 sterile implantable medical device manufacturers in Sichuan Province and the corresponding implementation situation of the specification for trial implementation. METHODS:The relevant data of these 31 manufacturers were collected through the quality management system assessment, supervision and inspection, flight inspection and questionnaire survey. And the data were analyzed statistically. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The overall size of medical device manufacturers in Sichuan Province is small. There are still some other problems, such as no advanced equipment, low quality of employees, lack of funds and inappropriate management, in these manufacturers. Considering these, we have given some guiding recommendations from the aspects of production and supervision.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(03):-
Objective To study clinical feature, pathology, treatment and outcome of acute renal failure(ARF) in idiopathic nephrotic syndrome(IDNS).Methods History-taking of 38 cases were carried out all detailly 24-hour urine protein, biochemistry markers, hemorheology, renal histopathology were detected. Results The study fandings that 82 percent of patients were less than 40 years old,76 3 percent were male,74 percent(28 patients) were non-oliguria and 52 6 percent were minimal change glomerulonephritis through the renipuncture, most of the cases had edema of interstitium, by give prednisone of standard dosage, symptomatic treatment or dialysis the satisfying efficacy was got. Conclusions The main features of IDNS complicated with ARF are usual,it is non-oliguria type in clinic minimal glomerulonephritis in pathology, and deficient blood volume leads to occurrence of ARF,but the renal function could be recovered by give prednisone of routine dosage, symptomatic treatment and hemodialysis therapy.

Objective To study the changes of susceptibilities of Neisseria gonorrhoeae to antibiotics in Chengdu area. Methods The MIC values of 12 antibiotics to 100 strains in 1991 and 100 strains in 1996 were determined, and the MIC values to PPNG and non PPNG strains were also compared. Results and Conclusion The MIC values of 6 antibiotics (including penicillin G, tetracycline, etc.) to the isolates in different periods changed significantly (P

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2009;18(6):496-498
Objective To explore the characteristics of uhrasonography of hepatobiliary cystadenoma. Methods The ultrasonographic characteristics of 5 cases with hepatobiliary cystadenoma were retrospectively analysed, and compared with the operation and pathology. Results The ultrasonography of 5 cases was multilocular cystic mass, which seems to be,but not indeed communicating with the biliary tree,in which irregular septation was demonstrated in two-dimensional structure and also with perforator vessels along in color Doppler flow imagineg. And in some cases small papillary tuft and small loci of calcification was noted on the septation. Conclusions Muhilocular cystic mass, locating along the biliary tree, however not communicating with the the biliary tree, is an important diagnostic basis of biliary cystadenoma. And it should be distinguished with other cystic tumor in the liver.
