Objective:To explore the common auricular points, point selection rules, pressing methods and frequency based on data mining for auricular acupressure to promote gastrointestinal function recovery after abdominal surgery, so as to guide clinical practice. Methods:The articles related to the gastrointestinal function after auricular acupressure were retrieved on China National Knowledge Infrastructure, WanFang Data and Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database. The database of auricular point selection prescription was established with Excel. SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used to analyze ear point association rules. Results:A total of 52 articles were included, involving 25 auricular points. The commonly used auricular points for promoting gastrointestinal function recovery after abdominal surgery were large intestine (15.41%) , small intestine (14.75%) , stomach (14.75%) , sympathy (10.49%) , Shenmen (7.21%) , spleen (6.89%) , triple-jiao (6.23%) , subcortex (6.23%) , and endocrine (4.26%) . Large intestine-small intestine-stomach, stomach-shenmen-small intestine, large intestine-shenmen sympathy, stomach-shenmen-sympathy, stomach-shenmen-large intestine were commonly used ear point combinations. Conclusions:Auricular acupressure has a definite effect on promoting gastrointestinal function recovery after abdominal surgery. The application of auricular acupressure in the recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery needs high-quality clinical research, standardize the technical standards of auricular acupressure, formulate clinical practice guidelines, and further carry out basic research on relevant mechanisms.

Objective? To investigate the feasibility of Modified Early Warning Score (MEWS) in evaluating the condition of emergency patients and as a basis for emergency triage. Methods? A total of 1 643 patients in the Rescue Room of Emergency Department of Suzhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital were selected by convenience sampling method from 11th April 2016 to 2nd August 2017. All patients were followed up, and MEWS of patients with different directions were compared. The area under the curve of MEWS and Yoden index were calculated by ROC curve to predict the mortality of patients. Comparing the MEWS of patients in general wards and ICU, the area under the curve of the MEWS was predicted by ROC curve, and the critical value was selected by Yoden index. Results? There were 475 cases discharged, 326 cases observed in hospital, 768 hospitalized (101 cases were admitted to ICU, 667 cases were admitted to general wards) and 74 cases died. There was significant difference in MEWS among the four groups (H=236.45, P<0.001). When the best critical point was 3.5 of MEWS, the area under ROC curve for predicting death was 0.910, 95%CI (0.87-0.95), and Yoden index was 0.72. There was significant difference in MEWS between patients admitted to general wards and ICU (Z=-9.005, P< 0.001). When picking 2.5 of MEWS as the best critical point, the area under the ROC curve for predicting ICU admission was 0.786, 95%CI (0.73-0.85), and the Youden index was 0.50. Conclusions? The MEWS has clinical significance in predicting the death of emergency patients and assessing the severity of patients. It provides an objective basis for the correct shunt of emergency patients and the correct identification of potentially critically ill patients.

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects of Huo-long comprehensive moxibustion and Kegal exercise in the treatment of mild to moderate postpartum stress urinary incontinence (PSUI) .Methods:A total of 90 patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence who were admitted to Outpatient Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Suzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects by the convenient sampling method. They were divided into the control group ( n=45) and the observation group ( n=45) by the random number table method. The control group received Kegal exercise, while the observation group was given Huo-long comprehensive moxibustion on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Incontinence Questionnaire-Urinary Incontinence Short Form (ICIQ-SF) score, 24-hour urinary leakage frequency and Incontinence Quality of Life Questionnaire (I-QOL) score were compared between the two groups. Results:After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment, the ICIQ-SF score and 24-hour urine leakage frequency of PSUI patients of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). The I-QOL score of PSUI patients of both groups were higher than those before treatment, and the observation group were higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment. Conclusions:The combination of Huo-long comprehensive moxibustion and Kegal exercise can effectively reduce the frequency of urinary leakage, alleviate adverse symptoms of urinary incontinence and improve quality of life, which has good safety in the treatment of mild to moderate postpartum stress urinary incontinence.
