Water-fat separation is a particularly important problem for magnetic resonance imaging. Although many methods have been proposed, the reliability is still challenging. In this work, we have presented a method based on the combination of the branch-cut method and multigrid algorithm to get a more robust performance of water-fat separation. First, the branch-cut method is applied to identify residues, which violates the requirement that the interacting phase gradient around a closed path be zero. Residues and branches are marked to be zeros and filled to the weighting factor array. Then, the unwrapped phase array can be given by the multigrid algorithm. Finally, the Dixon method for water-fat separation is applied to the unwrapped phase array. Experiments for brain scanning on the 0.3T low field MRI system demonstrate the successful application of the proposed method.

Objective To investigate the status quo of specific psychological reaction in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods A total of 243 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia selected by simple random sampling were investigated with the general data questionnaire and process outcome specific measure (POSM).Results The score of the Chinese version of the POSM was (34.60±7.464) with high scores in worrying about family planning, sexual life, cancerization and health. There were statistically significant differences in the scores of POSM among patients with different ages, ways of medical payments, marital status, and whether they had kids and diseases (P<0.05). The multiple linear regression showed that ages and disease classification were the main influencing factors of the level of specific psychological reaction of patients. Conclusions Patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia are with specific psychological reaction. Nursing staff in clinical nursing should pay attention to mental status in young and low grade patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, provide specific nursing intervention and promote physical and mental health of patients.

Objective To investigate the psychological experience of patients with depression before coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG).Methods With the phenomenological research method in qualitative research, deep semi-structured interview was conducted to 14 patients, who would be treated with CABG in two Class Ⅲ grade A hospitals in Luoyang, with the data analyzed and summarized by the 7-step analytical method of Colaizzi.ResultsThe psychological experiences of patients with depression before CABG included two themes: negative psychological experience and positive psychological experience. Conclusions Psychological experience of patients with depression before CABG is complicated and fickle. Medical workers should pay attention to both their negative emotions and positive performance.
