Objective To study the effect of bird's nest nursing on the vital signs,gastroenteric function,body weight and growth of premature infants.Methods 456 cases of premature infants were divided into the warm box group and the bird's nest group randomly according to odd and even number of birth,namely 228 cases in each group.The warm box group adopted routine nursing care.The bird's nest group adopted routine nursing care and bird's nest nursing in the mean time,namely the bird's nest wag put into the warm box,the premature infants slept in the pre-heated bird's nest.The condition of the two groups Was compared.Results On the first day of birth,there were no statistical difference(P＞0.05)between the two groups in respiration,heart rate,milk amount and body weight.On the seventh and fourteenth day,respiration and heart rate were stable and milk amount and body weight increased rapidly in bird's nest group.There Was statistical difference(P＜0.05)between the two groups.In bird's nest group,the premature had long sleeping time and body temperature-fluctuation was reduced.There was statistical differencere(P＜0.01)between the two groups.Conclusions After the bird's nest was used in premature care,diseases were recovered rapidly,hospitalization days were shortened and it was beneficial to the development of intelligence and body and mind of the premature infants.

Objective To construct the serine protease gene(sprE)mutant and to study the pathogenicity of sprE gene of Enterococcus faecalis.Methods Recombinant suicide vector pCQ001 of Enterococcus faecalis with pTX4577,was constructed.Then,created isogenic sprE-deficient mu- tant(*sprE)by allelic replacement was constructed.Moreover,the growth ability and the virulence of the mutant were compared with those of the wide type in vitro and in vivo respectively.A mouse peritonitis model and a rabbit endocarditis model were utilized in the study.Results The *sprE was selected by kanamycin and identified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR),pulsed field gel electropho- resis(PFGE)and Southern blot.The evidences showed that the sprE gene had a major role in helping bacteria to resist the elevated temperature and oxidative stress.The virulence of mutant decreased af- ter sprE gene was knocked out.Conclusions The *sprE of Enterococcus faecalis is constructed suc- cessfully,sprE gene is important in the pathogenesis of Enterococcus faecalis,which probably is a major virulence factor of Enterococcus faecali.

Objective To understand the prevalence,drug resistance and clinical features of children with acute lower respiratory tract infection(ALRI) caused by escherichia coli.Methods From Oct. 2005 to Oct. 2006,659 patients with ALRI who were admitted to hospital were chosen and their nasopharyngeal secretions were obtained and cultured.K-B disc diffusion for antibiotic susceptibility were performed for these clinical isolates.Results Among 659 patients,118 cases were isolated escherichia coli,the rate was 17.99% which had 90 boys and 28 girls.Eighty-seven of 118 E.coli strains were with extended-spectrum ?-lactamase(ESBLs),the rate was 73.73%.All of strains were sensitive to imipenem.For ESBLs-producing strains,the ratio of resistance tocefotaxime,ceftriaxone,cefuroxime,ampicillin,piperacillin were 78.81%,73.73%,73.73%,76.27%,78.81%,respectively.Conclusions The positive rate of ESBLs producing E coli in Kunming area is high and drug resistance is severe gradually.Imipenem can be the first selection for treatment on these infections.

To reveal the variation of polysaccharides and alcohol-soluble extract contents of Dendrobium officinale, the polysaccharides and alcohol-soluble extracts contents of three D. officinale strains were determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method and hot-dip method, respectively. The results showed that the contents of polysaccharides and alcohol-soluble extracts and their total content were significantly different among D. officinale samples collected in different periods, and the variations were closely related to the phenology of D. officinale. Additionally, the quality variation of polysaccharides was closely related to the flowering of D. officinale, while the alcohol-soluble extracts was closely associated to the formation and germination of buds. According to the dynamic variation of these two compounds, it is more reasonable to harvest D. officinale at biennials pre-bloom than at specific harvesting month considering polysaccharides content. It is better to harvest before the germination of buds considering alcohol-soluble extracts. While with regards to both polysaccharides and alcohol-soluble extract, it is better to harvest this plant at the period from the sprouting to pre-bloom next year.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the similarity of dissolution profiles of self-development and original preparation of Solife-nacin succinate tablet,and provide reference for the prescription and process screening of the former one and the quality similarity evaluation of the latter one. METHODS:The paddle method was adopted with rotational speed of 50 r/min,using water,pH1.2 hy-drochloric acid solution,pH4.0 acetate buffer solution and pH6.8 phosphate buffer solution as dissolution media,HPLC was used to determine the cumulative dissolution of main components of self-development and original preparation of Solifenacin succinate tablet at different time points,dissolution profile was drew,then f2 was used to evaluate its similarity. RESULTS:In the 4 dissolu-tion media,the f2 of both self-development and original preparation of Solifenacin succinate tablet was higher than 50,which indi-cated that the dissolution profiles showed similarity. CONCLUSIONS:The established HPLC is suitable for the dissolution determi-nation of Solifenacin succinate tablet;the dissolution profiles of the self-development and original preparations are basically simi-lar,which indicates the prescription and technology of self-development preparation are feasible.

ObjectiveToinvestigatetheplasmidgenechangesinquinolone‐sensitivePseudomonasaeruginosa.Methods 31iso‐lates from January 2011 to December 2013 from various qualified clinical samples in the hospital were collected .In the 31 isolateds , 16 isolates proved sensitive to quinolones by using K‐B method were used as research objects in the study .The isolates growing ou‐side the sensitive ring of ciprofloxacin paper were selected to continuously transferred into other culture dishes until the resistance to quinolones were acquired .Plasmid transformation and extraction were performed on those isolates to confirm the existence of drug‐resistanceplasmidsacquired,andthroughPCRandgenesequenceanalysistodeterminethetypeofplasmids.Results 2iso‐lates of quinolone‐sensitive Pseudomonas aeruginosa acquired drug‐resistance plasmids qnrS and were resistant quinolones induced by continuous transferring for 9 times .Conclusion If antibiotics of inhibitory concentration were often used for the treatment of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection ,drug‐resistance plasmids were acquired easily .

Objective To explore the quality of life (QOL) and its influential factors among patients with 3 major rheumatic diseases. Methods A total of 216 patients with rheumatic diseases (84 patients with systemic lu- pus erythematosus, SLE, 83 with rheumatoid arthritis, RA, and 49 with ankylosing spondylitis, AS) were recruited. The information with regard to their quality of life, sociopsychological factors and the evaluation of disease activity were obtained by using the medical outcomes study short form-36 (SF-36) and clinic documents. Objective: To obtain the bFGF mimic peptide binding to FGFR via phage display, and to provide the base for developing peptide agonist of bFGF. Methods: Using Balb/c 3T3 cells as the target cells and COS-7 cells as the subtractive panning, the phage display heptapeptide library was biopanned for 4 rounds to obtain the single phage clones. The affinity and the specificity of the clones were assessed by ELISA. DNA sequencing was applied to further analyze the positive clones. Results: Twelve positive clones were selected from the enriched phages. A group of hydrophobic peptides containing a conserved motif, PR, was identified. Conclusion: Two bFGF mimic heptapeptides binding to FGFR were selected, which may be used as the candidates for bFGF agonist.
