Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1994;0(05):-
Objective: To assess the value of transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) during cardiac surgery. Method: Intraoperative TEE was performed to record left atrial gas during and for 15 minutes after bypass in 131 pa tients and to evaluate mitral regurgitation after mitral replacement in 38 patients. The degrees of the gas and mitral re gurgitation by TEE was visually quantified on a 4-point scale(0 to 3) and a 5-point scale(0 to 4), respectively. Result: The left atrial gas was detected in 115(88%)patients, two of which with positive echograms(gas grade=3). There was significant improvement in the mean mitral regurgitation grade after mitral replacement (3.4?0.6 to 0.5?0.2, P

Microbiology 1992;0(05):-
Stenotrophomonas maltophilia is among eight strain of broad resistance to antibacterial. It has been pay attention to global students, and is very difficulty in clinic treatment. Infection of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia is more familiar in ICU. Its test rate is 13.45%(62/461) in the study .The resistance character: IPM﹑CZO﹑CRO﹑AMP and MNO is highest(resistive rate 100%). ATM、GEN 、 KAN 、MEM 、CTX and PIP is much high(≧86.5%), LVX﹑GAT and FEP is high (=50%).Conclusion: Stenotrophomonas maltophilia should be monitored in the hospital. Used of antibacterial must be rational. Severe disinfection and isolation should been put in practice to the infected patients. CSL is very active antibacterial (active rate 90.6%) against Stenotrophomonas maltophilia in the study, and ought be selected headmost in treated its infection.

Objective To explore the effect of different method in preventing broncho-pulmonary dysplasia(BPD) in very low birth weight infants(VLBWI) during mechanical ventilation. Methods The gestational age of 71 infants with VLBWI was (30?2) weeks and the average weight was (1235.2?160.6)g.The infants were randomly divided into three groups, they received different therapeutic regimens during mechanical ventilation:32 cases were treated with permissive hypercapnia(PHC) ventilation in group Ⅰ;20 cases were treated by intratracheal instillation of pulmonary surfactant(PS) in group Ⅱ;19 cases were treated by inhalation of becotide(beclomethasone dipropionate,BDP) in group Ⅲ.The ventilator settings, blood gas analysis, clinical symptoms and therapeutic effect were statistically analyzed and compared. Results The peak inspiratory pressure(PIP) and ventilation rate(VR) of ventilator parameter were (18.3?1.6)cmH_2O and (35?5)bpm in group Ⅰ,there was significantly lower than that in group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ(P0.05).The incidence of BPD was 16%(5/32) in group Ⅰ,5%(1/20) in group Ⅱ and 5%(1/19) in group Ⅲ;The mortality rate of PHC group(group Ⅰ) was 6%(2/32) and 5%(1/20) in group Ⅱ.Conclusion The application of permissive hypercapnia, intracheal instillation of pumlonary surfactant and inhalation of becotide all can prevent effectively the occurrence of severe broncho-pulmonary dysplasia in VLBWI during mechanical ventilation.

Objective:To establish the test method for histamine-like substances in pirarubicin. Methods:According to the meth-od described in the appendix of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition), the test for histamine-like substances was carried out. Re-sults:The test for histamine-like substances had no interference under the condition with pirarubicin concentration of 0. 01mg·ml-1 . The established test method for histamine-like substances in pirarubicin was applied in 10 samples, and the results were accordant with those of the test method for depressor substances. Conclusion:The test method for histamine-like substances in pirarubicin is feasible with the limit of 1 μg·mg-1 .

Objective:To establish a test method for histamine-like substances in aclarubicin hydrochloride. Methods:According to the method in the appendix of Chinese Pharmacopoeia ( edition 2010 ) , the test of histamine-like substances was carried out. Re-sults:The test of histamine-like substances was not interfered by aclarubicin hydrochloride with the concentration below 0. 01 mg· ml-1 . Histamine-like substances in 4 batches of samples were determined by the established method, and the results were consistent with those of the test method for depressor substances. Conclusion: The test method for histamine-like substances is feasible with the limit of 1 μg·mg-1 .

OBJECTIVETo explore the intervening and therapeutic effect of Cordyceps mycelia extract (CME) on liver cirrhosis induced by dimethylnitrosamine (DMN) in rats.
METHODSRat liver cirrhosis model was established by peritoneal injection of DMN at a dose of 10 microg/kg, once daily in the first 3 days of every week for 4 successive weeks. Experimental study on CME-intervention was conducted from the beginning of modeling to the end of the 4th week, while the CME-treatment experiment was carried out from the 4th week of modeling, when terminating the modeling factor, to the end of the 8th week, by administering CME at a dose of 0. 74 g/( kg d) once a day. Animals were killed in batches on the 3rd day, the 2nd (T1), 4th (T2), 6th (T3) and 8th (T4) week after modeling, to observe the histopathologic change in liver and the immunohistochemical staining of alpha-smooth muscle actin (alpha-SMA) and collagen type I (Col I), determine the content of hydroxyproline (Hyp) in liver, and the liver function was tested as well.
RESULTSCME-intervention experiment showed that as compared to those in the modeled rats at corresponding time points, in rats at T1 and T2, serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activity and total bilirubin (TBIL) content were significantly lower, and albumin (Alb) obviously higher; while at T2, Hyp content, ct-SMA and Col I positive expression were significantly lower (P < 0.05), the proliferation of collagen fibre attenuated. CME-treatment experiment showed that as compared to those in the modeled rats at corresponding time points, lower serum ALT, AST activity and TBIL content, and higher serum level of Alb were shown in rats at T1; and lower Hyp content, liver collagen fibre, and alpha-SMA positive expression were shown at T1 and T2; while less Col I positive expression at T2 was also shown in them (all P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONCME could not only prevent the development of liver cirrhosis induced by DMN in rats, but also effectively promote the reversion of already formed liver cirrhosis, having a favourable prospect of clinical application.
