Objective:The role of the medical instruments in clinical diagnosis and treatment is getting more and more important, especially the application of new technologies and equipment promote and improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment, and the advantages bring the gospel to the patients. However, due to the limitations of technologies, tools, design and lack of materials, the medical instruments introduced to the hospital existing defects. Meanwhile, operation staff’s inadequate knowledge poses potential hazard to the health care’s quality. Methods: So now days when referring to the medical quality control, we should and must concern about the quality control of medical equipment to improve health care quality control standards. Cancer stem cell(CSC)plays a very important role in the genesis、relapse、metastasis and drug resistance of cancer.Traditional chemotherapeutics may kill a large part of malignant cells,but it has little effect on scanty CSC.It is enough for the relic CSC to make cancer relapse and metastasis.Targeted therapy aimed directly at CSC is the only way to cure cancer fundamentally.The specific biologic character of CSC is helpful for studying and developing targeted therapy to CSC.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Laparescopic Cholecystectomy(LC) on acute calculous cholecystitis.Methods The data from 35 patients receiving laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute calculous cholecystitis were analyzed.Results Successful rate of operation was 100% in all cases with no complications such as biliarducy injury,intestines damage and hemorrhage taken place,and mortality was 0%.Conclusion LC is safe for treatment of acute calculous cholecystitis.

Objective The purpose of the study was to develop an instrument to measure nursing professional values held by Chinese nurses.Methods 381 nurses were enrolled for the survey on their professional values by the draft of nursing professional values assessment tool(NPVAT).With the item analysis,such as dispersion degree,correlation efficient,discriminability,alpha coefficients index and exploratory factor analysis,the items were selected.Results As a result of the item analysis,the final version of NPVAT was composed of 20 items selected from a total of 32 items.Exploratory factor analysis resulted in a four-factor solution explaining 51.99％ of the common variance.Conculsions The NPVAT developed in this research can be used for measuring the nursing professional values among nurses.
