3.A Study on the Relationship among the Medical Students' Scoresof “3+X” Entrance Exam and their Scores of the Courses at University
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
The authors calculated the correlation coeffi. of the scores of 3+X entrance exam and the scores of coursesat university in medical students of clinical medicine, medical imaging, anesthesiology. We found that there were rela-tionship among the overall score and English score of 3+X entrance exam as well as the scores of most major coursesat university in medical students, and there were relationship among the scores of chemistry and physics at entranceexam as well as the scores of partial major courses in the beginning at university. The result also indicated that entranceexam had a good prediction.[
4.Enriched Environment and Stroke Rehabilitation (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(1):47-52
Abstract: An enriched environment refers to conditions that facilitate sensory, cognitive, motor, and social stimulation. Behavioural, cellular and molecular studies have revealed significant effects of enriched environments on rodents and other species. Post-ischemic housing in an enriched environment improves functional outcome, modifies gene activation, induces alterations in the expression of N-methyl-D-aspartic acid (NMDA) and α-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazolepropionic acid (AMPA) receptor subunits, increases dendrite branching and number of dendritic spine in pyramidal neurons in layers II/III in the contra-lateral cortex, induces structural changes in synaptic junctions. Furthermore, it alters lesion-induced progenitor cell differentiation and interacts with necrotic grafting. The idea of environmental enrichment has been applied to clinical stroke rehabilitation and is getting more and more attention. This review will summarize experimental effects of enriched environment on post-ischemic rehabilitation and the clinical application of enriched environment in stroke rehabilitation.

Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2001;0(05):-
Objective To analyze the clinical performance of hepatitis C virus antibody detection by bi-direetional lateral flow method and evaluate whether the bi-directional lateral flow method is suitable for clinical use. Methods Four hurdred and nineteen samples were collected and tested anti-HCV antibodies with hi-directional lateral flow and CMIA kits. These samples contain:107 patients with confirmed hepatitis C virus infection,162 patients with other diseases than hepatitis C virus infection and 150 healthy controls. Two positive reference materials for ELISA were tested at the same time. The testing results were analyzed with statistical methods. Results Compared with RIBA,the sensitivity and specificity of bi- directional lateral flow method were 98.1% and 99.7% respectively, the agreement rate with CMIA was 99.0%.The reproducibility percentage of the+/-20% at the cutoff concentration were 97% and 99% respectively. No crossing reaction with hepatitis A/B/D/E virus infection and HIV-1/2 positive individuals were found in the tests. Conclusion The hi-directional lateral flow method for HCV detection shows good clinical performance and is suitable for clinical use.

Management of hospital water supply facilities is key to its logistics management. This paper cited the domestic water supply facilities management as an example, and summed up practical experiences in both JCI certification and review along with the hospital′s fine management of water facilities. On such basis, it described such aspects as the establishment of management system, operation standards and work flow, implementation of preventive maintenance, renovation, emergency protection, inspection supervision, file management and staff training. These efforts provide reference for how to establish the fine management mode of water supply facilities.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2013;27(3):164-168
Chemotherapy is one of main treatments for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) except radiation therapy. Improving and optimizing chemotherapeutic regimen are helpful to improve the therapeutic effects and reduce side effects. At present, concurrent chemoradiotherapy still is the standard treatment for advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Induced chemotherapy has been shown superiority, but the effect of adjuvant chemotherapy needs further study. This paper analyzed the superior and inferior, effect and side effect of all kinds of chemotherapeutic methods or scheme including induced chemotherapy, concurrent chemotherapy, adjuvant chemotherapy and palliative chemotherapy and introduced simply the mechanism and clinical effect of new drugs of anticancer. It was hoped to offer some reference for the selection of chemotherapy for NPC.
