Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1993;0(03):-
Objective To explore the reversing mechanism of multidrug resistance of ciclosporin(CsA) on K562/A02 cell line, attenuating DNA damage repair through H2AX suppression. Methods K563 and K562/A02 respectively co-cultured with adriamycin(ADM) of different concentrations and CsA.MTT assay was employed to determine the inhibitory concentration of 50 percent(IC50),the resistance times and the reversal times. The K562/A02 cells treated with CsA,and reverse transcriptase(RT)-PCR technique was used to examine the mdr1 and H2AX mRNA level.Flow cytometry was used to measure P-glycoprotein(P-gp) and H2AX expression.Neutral comet assay was used to detect the level of DNA double strands break(DSBs) of the K562/A02 treated with ?H2AX antibody. Results 2?10-3g/L CsA could increase the sensitivity of K562/A02 to ADM,and the reversal times was 5.28.Mdr1 mRNA level and H2AX mRNA level were decreased when treated with CsA(P

Journal of Central South University(Medical Sciences) 2014;(11):1157-1162
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effcacy of the modiifed anterolateral minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis technique for distal humeral shaft fracture, and to explore its feasibility, security, advantage and disadvantage. Methods: hTe clinical effcacy of 17 patients with distal humeral shatf fracture, who were treated with the anterolateral humerus minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis during 2009 to 2012, were retrospectively analyzed. hTe operative time, bleeding volume, complications, esseous union time and range of motion (ROM) of elbow were recorded, and the functional outcome of elbow joint was evaluated by Mayo elbow performance score (MEPs). The varus angle was measured in the malunion patients atfer the distal humeral shatf fracture healed. Results: All of the 17 patients obtained bony union at an average of 19.2 weeks postoperatively, an average of 4.5 screwes were inserted in distal humerus. hTe mean ROM of elbows was 133° and the MEPS were 98.2. Seven patients suffered humeral malalignment and the mean varus degrees were 8.3°. Conclusion: hTe technique of anterolateral humerus minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis is safe and feasible for distal humeral shatf, and the satisfactory clinical outcomes can be obtained by this modiifed technique. However, some of the patients may appear malunion with varus angulation of humerus.

Objective To develop a new type of electrochemical immunosensor for the detection of ochratoxin A (OTA ) . Methods Double layers of self‐assembly immunosensor for the detection of OTA were constructed based on the composite single‐walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs)/chitosan(CS) membrane immobilized on glassy carbon electrode(GC) .Scanning electron mi‐croscopy(SEM) ,square wave voltammetry and cyclic voltammetry were used to analyze the characterization of the sensor ,then its specificity for detection was studied .Results SWNTs/CS composit membrane could increase the sensitivity of OTA detection sig‐nificantly ,and effectively distinguish the different types of mycotoxins .Conclusion The electrochemical immunosensor developed in the study is easy to operate and could detect OTA rapidly with good specificity and low detection limit .

Modern Clinical Nursing 2014;(11):1-4
Objective To investigate the risk factors of obstruction of central venous catheter(CVC)in the intensive care unit(ICU). Methods One hundred and thirty-three adult patients in ICU with CVC were included in the study. The difference of the position of catheters, duration of indwelling catheters, selection of sealing solution, blood platelet(PLT)count, prothrombin time(PT),international normalized ratio(INR),activated partial thromboplatin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT)and fibrinogen(FBG)were studied between two groups of patients(with and without the obstruction of CVC).Results In 117 cases, there were no catheter obstruction, accounting for 88.0%. Catheter obstruction occurred in 16 cases, accounting for 12.0%,10 cases of which the catheters were partially blocked, accounting for 7.5%and in 6 cases completely blocked, accounting for 4.5%.There were significant differences in the duration of indwelling catheters,PLT and FBG levels between the two groups of patients(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the position of catheters, selection of sealing solution and PT,INR,APTT,TT level between the groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion Prolonged time of indwelling CVC,high levels of PLT and clotting fibrinogen are the risk factors of the obstruction of CVC in ICU patients.

Objective To evaluate the mode of referral by response time for inter-hospital transfer of critically ill pediatric patients, and subsequently some measures taken for minimizing the response time in referral process. Methods A total of 9231 patients (≤14 years) transferred from primary hospital were included in a cross-section study.Information about age, sex, referral radius, the seasonal variation for inter-hospital transport of critically ill pediatric patients, time of referral telephone call and response time were collected. All computations were performed using the Statistic Package for Social Sciences for Windows version 18.0.Differences between groups were assessed by x2 tests or Wilcoxon test or Kruskal-Wallis for categorical data. Results Among all critically ill pediatric patients for the inter-hospital transfer, male to female ratio was 2.24:1,and the majority of patients were neonates and infants.Median retrieval mobilization time was 30 min (interquartile range,20-50 min). This study has demonstrated that referral time, age categories, referral radius, different years and seasons were associated with response time. Conclusions With the improvement of technologies and management mechanism, the response time was apparently minimized since the beginning of interhospital transportation. But there is still plenty of room for shortening rsponse time compared with advanced Westem countries.
