Clinical Medicine of China 2012;(z1):1-2
Objective To explore the feasibility of clinical applications of the transvaginal cavity mirrors operation on treating ectopic intra-uterine device (IUD) in uterus. Methods The clinical information was collected about 2 patients who suffered from ectopic IUD in pelvic and underwent transvaginal laparoscopic surgery. Results Ectopic devices were taken out by transvaginal laparoscopy operation in all two cases. The operation time was short and quick recovery was quickly. Conclusion Transvaginal laparoscopy operation was proved as a minimally invasive method for ectopic IUD in uterus.

Objective To study the efficacy of the integration of Chinese and Western medicine in treating recurring NS. Methods Patients were deivided into tow groups, control group was treated with western medicine, experimental group was treated with integration of Chinese and Western medicine. We could understand that which curative effect would be better by contrast. Results The complete remission rate and the total remission rate in experimental group were 53.2% and 95% respectively,it was significantly higher than that in control group. In control group,The complete remission rate and the total remission rate were 30.0% and 70% respectively. The remission rate was significantly diffence com- pared with two groups(P

Microbiology 1992;0(02):-
An internal amplification control, which could be co-amplified with the invA target gene of Salmonella in the PCR system, was constructed in order to indicate possible PCR inhibitors derived from food samples. Specificity of this PCR system was tested with 9 Salmonella strains and 15 non-Salmonella strains, and the results showed that there was a 374 bp amplicon resulted from all Salmonella strains, while only a 513 bp IAC amplicon appeared after the amplification for all non-Salmonella strains. The detection sensitivity of this PCR system was 12.8 fg/?L for purified target DNA, and the detection limit for artificially inoculated milks was 8 cfu /25g if they were enriched for 8h in buffered peptone water. Salmonella in 80 samples of seriously contaminated milks was detected by the PCR method developed in this study, and the experiments demonstrated that it could successfully eliminate false-negative results.
4.Perspective on the Development of Integrative Medicine Based on the Paradigm Theory: On the Connotation and Extension of Integrative Medicine.
Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine 2016;36(5):522-525
Integrative medicine (IM) has made great progress after more than half a century practice. However, many issues are yet to be in-depth explored. How to define clinical connotation and extension of IM, how to define feasible methods and means for diagnosis and treatment of IM, how to train more skilled talents of IM, how to elevate clinical efficacy of IM, these are all topics in need of further study. In this paper authors explored the clinical development mode of IM, extracted connotation and extension of IM clinics, hoping to promote the development of IM clinics.

Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2013;31(9):867-869
Background Dacryocystitis is one of the most common infectious eye diseases. The gold standard for the identification of bacteria causing dacryocystitis is bacterial culture. The combination of regular culture method with molecular biology techeniques will generate more reliable results. However, very few research data are available in ophthalmological studies in this area. Objective This study was to identify the genera and species of the dacryocystitis-causing bacteria by PCR amplification of the 16S rRNA sequences. Methods Ten cases of qualified standardized bacteria samples were taken, and the nucleic acids were released in the heating process of the PCR procedure. The 16S rRNA genes were amplified and sequenced, and the genera and species were identified using BLAST from GenBank, and the results were used to compare with the results from biochemical identification to test the reliability of this method. The cultured bacterial species from the lacrimal sac secretions from 30 cases of dacryocystitis patients were identified with the above method. Results The outcome of the PCR identification for the 10 cases of quality control standard bacterial specimens was consistent with the results from the biochemical identification. The identification of the 30 cases of dacryocystitis through sequencing the 16S rRNA revealed there were 13 cases of Staphylococcus epidermidis infection,2 cases of Staphylococcus warneri infection,1 case of Staphylococcus hominis infection,5 cases of Corynebacterium macginleyi infection,3 cases of Streptococcus pneumonia infection,2 cases of Bacillus cereus infection,1 case of Micrococcus luteus infection,1 case of Moraxella catarrhalis infection,1 case of Moraxella osloensis infection and 1 case of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection. Conclusions Sequencing the 16S rRNA is an accurate and specific way for the identification of the genera and species of bacteria that cause dacryocystitis in patients. This sequencing method is feasible in monitoring a variety of dacryocystitis-causing pathogens.More information and epidemiological statistics about dacryocystitis can be obtained from 16S rRNA sequencing.

Objective To investigate the value of the wireless mobile information technology in pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency treatment of severe craniocerebral injury. Methods The clinical data of 55 severe craniocerebral injury patients with using wireless mobile information technology in ambulance from October 2010 to March 2012 (wireless group) and 50 severe craniocerebral injury patients without using wireless mobile information technology in ambulance from April 2009 to September 2010 (traditional group) were enrolled in this study. The scores of Glasgow coma scale, time from injury to being given the exact treatment, and survival rate were compared between two groups. Results The scores of GCS between two groups showed no significant difference(t =0.551,P> 0.05).The time from injury to being given the exact treatment in wireless group was significantly shorter than that in traditional group [(1.646 ± 0.499) h vs.(2.085 ±0.573) h,t =4.051,P<0.05].Comparing to traditional group, the survival rate in wireless group was significantly reduced [78.2% (43/55) vs.58.0% (29/50),x2 =4.057,P < 0.05].Conclusions Wireless mobile information technology using in pre-hospital enable in-hospital treatment in advance, shorten the waiting time to get the exact treatment.Wireless mobile information technology is the joint between pre-hospital and in-hospital and enhance the survival rate of severe craniocerebral injury.

Radiotherapy is an important treatment on gynecological tumors, especially for brachyther- apy.~(137)Cs,~(192)Ir were usually used in the past, but the local control and survival rates were not increased obvi- ously. The machines, that was made in China,of ~(252)Cf neutrons brachytherapy were used already by many hos- pitals in our country and played a preponderant role more and more.It can increase the local control and sur- vival rates effectively on gynecological tumors.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(10):-
Hyperhomocysteinemia is an important independent risk factor for cardio-cerebrovas- cular diseases.Studies in recent years have suggested that hyperhomocysteinemia is also an independent risk factor for vascular dementia and Alzheimer's disease.Mild vascular cognitive impairment is the prophase of vascular dementia.Mainly through the damage of vascular wall structure and its function, homocysteine may has correlation with mild vascular cognitive impairment.
