Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2013;(10):1201-1203
[Objective] To observe the clinical effects of resvised wu pi decoction on mild and moderate ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. [Method]To 30 of such cases ,take resvised wu pi decoction to strengthen spleen and tonify kidney, remove dampness and prevent miscarriage, observe patient chest dis-tress, abdominal distension and liquid intake and output volume of 24 hours etc.;Then estimate the clinical effect, and analyze one typical case.[Result]The marked effective rate was 60.00%, with total effective rate 96.67%. [Conclusion] The clinical application of resvised wu pi decoction treating mild and moderate OHSS by strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney, removing dampness and preventing miscarriage has excellent curative effect.

In recent years, much attention has been paid to arterial stiffness detection, but the relation between arterial stiffness and cerebrovascular disease has not been fully elucidated. This article reviews the detective methods of arterial stiffness and its relationship between the risk factors for cerebrovascular disease, ischemic stroke (including asymptomatic cerebral infarction) and cerebral hemorrhage.

6. Compatibility of raw material and excipients in dexmetomidine hydrochloride gel
Journal of International Pharmaceutical Research 2019;46(11):867-872
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of related substances in dexmetomidine hy- drochloride gels, and investigate the compatibility of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride and excipients in the dexmetomi- dine hydrochloride gels. Methods: HPLC was performed on an octadecylsilane bonded silica gel column by a gradient elution with acetonitrile/0.008 mol/L NaH2PO4 solution as mobile phase. Flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Column temperature was 30℃. Injection volume was 50 μl. Detection wavelength was 210 nm. According to the Basic Technical Guidelines for the Research of Chemical Drug Preparations, dexmetomidine hydrochloride was mixed with excipients in a certain propor- tion, and the mixtures were treated as test sample at the conditions of high temperature(60℃)and strong light(4500± 500)Lx irradiation. Sampling was performed on the 0,10th and 30th day of treatment, respectively. The appearance of the test samples was examined, and related substances in the samples were determined by the established HPLC method. Results: The established HPLC method showed a good specificity and durability, which could be used to accurately and effectively determine the changes of related substances. The appearance of the test samples the mixtures of dexmetomi- dine hydrochloride and excipients showed no changes in the full course of treatment at the tested conditions, and the re- lated substances were also not increased under the same conditions. Conclusion: The selected excipients(HPMC,pro- pylene glycol, methylparaben, sodium benzoate, and benzyl alcohol)all showed a good compatibility with dexmetomi- dine hydrochloride, and the tested mixture samples with the excipients and dexmetomidine hydrochloride were stable un- der the conditions of high temperature and strong light irradiation. These excipients could be used for the formulation screening for the dexmedetomidine hydrochloride gel development.

Objective To provide the anatomical data for single-nostril transsphenoidal microsurgery for pituitary adenoma. Methods Microanatomic structures were observed and measured in 20 cadaveric a- dults heads.Results(1)The diaphragmal opering was 5 mm or greater broad in 90%.The mean thick- ness of the diaphragma sellae was (0.18?0.08)mm.(2) A sphenoid sinus with complete pneumatization was named as all-sellae type, its percentage in all specimens was 85%,85% sphenoid sinus had middle sep- tum of which only 18.8% located in the medial sagital section.(3)The meant thickness of the sellar floor was (0.81?0.34) mm,70% of which were not more than 1 mm.Of the sellar floors, that the shape was flatness reach 15%.(4) The relationship between ICA and sphenoid sinus had two aspects, one was to be mutually apart (55%),the other was to communicate (45%),which formers carinae on the lateral wall of the sphe- noid sinus, espeially in the superior surface of posterior part. The relationship between optic nerve and sphe- noid sinus, one was to be mutually apart (27.5%),the other was to communicate (72.5% ),which formers carinae on the lateral wall of the sphenoid sinus, especially in the superior surface of anterior part.(5) Three main types of the intercavernous sinus were the anterior intercavernous sinus, present in 80%,the inferior in- tercavenous sinus (25%),and the posterior intercavenous sinus (15%).Conclusion The knowledge of the anatomy of the sellar region and sphenoid sinus is helpful to safe operation in the single-nostril transsphe- noidal approach for pituitary, adenoma microsurgery.

Objective To evaluate the value of SPECT/CT in differentiating malignancy from benign spinal disease. Methods Fifty-three patients with foci of abnormally increased uptake in the spine detected by 99Tcm-MDP planar whole body bone scan subsequently underwent bone SPECT/CT. The final diagnosis was determined by pathological examination or clinical follow-up ( ≥6 months), which was applied to calculate the diagnostic efficacy of bone SPECT/CT. Results A total of 25 patients were confirmed to have bone malignancy. The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, false positive rate, false negative rate, positive predictive value and negative predictive value for 99Tcm-MDP bone SPECT/CT were 96.00% (24/25), 96.43% (27/28), 96.23% (51/53), 3.57% ( 1/28), 4.00% ( 1/25), 96.00% (24/25) and 96.43% (27/28), respectively. Conclusion 99Tcm-MDP bone SPECT/CT imaging provides good clinical value for the differential diagnosis of spinal diseases.

Journal of International Oncology 2015;(4):305-308
Decreasing trend has occurred in incidence of colorectal cancer in developed countries. A shift from left to right in location of colorectal cancer has been recognized, which may be associated with colonoscopy screening, aging population, diet structure modification, increased incidence of cancer and diabe-tes. Factors including sex, race and education may also play a role to some extent. Right-sided intestinal cancers have higher proportion of poor differentiation, terminal stage and mucinous component. Complications and second primary intestinal cancer are more common in right-sided intestinal cancers. Left-sided intestinal cancers tend to be well differentiated and at relatively early stage at diagnosis. With respect to molecular mecha-nism,right-sided cancers are associated with mismatch repair system, while left-sided cancers are related to p53 mutation. Based on the differences in clinicopathology and genetics,it′s implied that left-sided and right-sided intestinal cancers may belong to two different kind of disease. It′s suggested that attentions should be paid differently according to their respective characteristics in clinical practice and trials.
