Objective To explore the relationship between Confucian coping and life meaning searching and assertion. Methods 378 undergraduates were assessed by the subscale " Meaning Searching and Assertion" in the life attitude profile scale (LAP) and the Confucian coping questionnaire. Results The role of adversity to individual growing,optimism in the adversity and the responsibility as human being were significantly related to life meaning searching and assertion,as well as each factor( r = 0. 412, r = 0. 630, r = 0. 374, P＜0. 01). The viewpoints to "fate" was significantly related to life purpose and life control( r= -0. 113, r= -0. 141, P＜0. 05). Regression analysis showed the role of adversity to individual growing,optimism in the adversity and the responsibility as human being are main predictor of life meaning searching and assertion. Conclusion Confucian coping can predict the individual level of life meaning searching and assertion.

Version 2015 of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) Guidelines for Uterine Neoplasms uses the 2009 International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) staging system.These NCCN guidelines divide pure endnmetrioid cancers into three categories to delineate treatment:(1) disease limited to the uterus;(2) cervical involvement;(3) extrauterinc disease.Surgery is recommended for medically operable patients.Continuous progestin-based therapy may be considered for highly selected patients with stage IA disease who wish to preserve their fertility.Preoperative chemotherapy can be considered if extrauterine disease is suspected.Factors that may influence the decision regarding adjuvant therapy include lymph vascular space invasion (LVSI),patient age,tumor volume,and lower uterine segment or surface cervical glandular involvement.When administering adjuvant radiotherapy,it should be initiated as soon as the vaginal cuff has healed,no later than 12 weeks after surgery.

OBJECTIVE:To provide a basis for management of use of cephalosporins in hospital METHODS:The cephalosporins used in 18 hospitals of Chongqing in 2001～2003 were statistically analysed in respect to the kind,consumption sum and DDDs etc RESULTS:During the 3-year period,the sum of cephalosporins consumption increased with an annual rate of 23 34%,of which the third generation cephalosporins were the maximum consumption in kind accounting for 50% of total cephalosporins used Compared to those in 2001,DDDs of the third generation cephalosporins increased 540 49%,but DDDc decreased 75 22% As for fourth generation cephalosporins,the annual sum and consumption were under 2% and 0 3% respectively CONCLUSION:The consumption of the third generation cephalosporins has increased sharply In order to reduce and delay the bacteria resistance,it is very important to make measures as soon as possible to control the cephalosporins abuse strictly

Through all times and around the world,those who discipline themselves with high ethical standards can be regarded as truly noble men successfully taking advantage of moral authority of the people.Books on the art of war in ancient China raised a couple of ethical requirements for those superior military officers and governors.If officers want to affect his men′s mental state and generate the army′s spirit of combat effectiveness,they must assume a certain degree of ethical responsibility.Also,active share of ethical responsibility calls to take the initiative to develop a sense of ethical responsibility.Furthermore,to develop a sense of ethical responsibility calls for the building of ethical self-consciousness to participate in the training of ethical responsibility.However,the participation of ethical building consciousness can not be separated from the ethical sense of responsibility.In conclusion,each part of the three links,complementing each other,can not be biased and separated.

Based on the brief introduction of the concept of evidence - based medicine and the importance of its education, the paper analyzes the advantages of launching this kind of education in medical library. Contents and modes are described in detail. It proposes va-rious forms of education should be carried out according to different user groups, so as to further promote the development of evidence-based medicine education.

Objective: To conduct a case-control study on the association of the nucleotide polymorphisms in the promoter region of the matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) gene with phenotype of esophageal cancer. Methods: All subjects were unrelated residents in northern regions of China. Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) analysis was used to determine the MMP-9 genotypes. Results: The overall distribution of genotypes in the patients was not different from that in the controls (OR = 0.77, 95% CI = 0.45-1.34; P = 0.36). There were no significant differences between the patients and the control subjects in terms of the distributions of sex and age, smoking status, alcohol dependence, pickled diet status, or history of environmental exposure. The patients were further examined with stratifications by age, sex, grade, depth of tumor invasion, lymphatic invasion, venous invasion and TNM staging. The results showed no pronounced association among the stratifications. Conclusion: There is no significant association between the MMP-9 single nucleotide polymorphism genotypes and phenotype of esophageal cancer.

Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of icariin and naringin content in bushen huayu extract by HPLC. Methods Reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography ( RP-HPLC ) separation was performed one C18 column (4.6 mmí250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile containing 0.2%H4PO3(pH=2.9). Gradient elution with a flow rate of 0. 8 mL·min-1 was applied to achieve the separation. The detection wavelength was set at 269 nm,and the column temperature was 30℃. Results Icariin had a good linear range from 0. 3-3. 0μg (r=0. 999 9),the recovery rate was 105. 6%,and RSD was 0. 95%. Naringin was linear within the range of 0. 12-1. 20 μg (r=0. 999 9). The recovery rate was 94. 0%and RSD was 0. 52%. Conclusion The method is simple,stable,accurate,and reproducible,which can be used as the quality control standard for bushen huayue extract.
