China Pharmacist 2017;20(3):577-579
Objective:To improve the forming process of Jingning particle according to the influencing factors in its effectiveness, such as low yield, high moisture absorption and difficult dissolubility during oral administration. Methods:A new technology that im-mediate granulation after the extract was well mixed with lactose and dextrin and dried. The appearance, dissolubility, hygroscopicity and pellet formation rate ( granularity) were compared between the new technology and the old one, and the difference in critical rela-tive humidity was also studied. Results:The appearance, dissolubility and pellet formation rate of the new technology were all better than those of the old one, and the moisture absorption rate was reduced with the critical relative humidity up to 70%(25℃), which enhanced the granule stability. Conclusion:The pellet formation rate is improved by the new technology, which effectively solves the problems such as high moisture absorption and poor dissolubility, and the granule quality is improved.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2000;0(08):-
Epidermal stem cells (ESCs) play a critical role in homeostasis and wound repair of skin tissue. Since ESCs are rare (fewer than 10% in total basal cells population) and lack specific markers,it is difficult to isolate and identify them from keratinocytes. Currently ,isolation of ESCs was achieved mainly by fast adhesion of ESCs to extracelluar matrix or flow cytometry. Several specific markers have been found in recent years for the identification of ESCs.

Ojective To evaluate the effect of the collagen injection for skin defect correction. Methods The various kinds of skin defect were injected by medical cosmetic collagen. Results 103 cases of skin defect were treated by collagen injection. Short term therapentic effect inclnding "excellent" and "good" was 85.5%. no complication occurred. Conclusion It showed that the method of collagen injection for skin defect correction is safe, simply and effective.

Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2015;34(4):362-364
Objective To investigate the applicative value of micro-surgery in the treatment of cerebral aneurysms. Methods During January 2011 to January 2013 in our hospital,90 patients with cerebral aneurysm were randomly divided into the endovascular group and the microsurgical clipping group (n =45 each). The endovascular group were treated with endovascular interventional treatment, and the patients of the microsurgical clipping group were treated with microsurgical clipping treatment. The aneurysm occlusion rate and recurrence, time of hospital stay, complications and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results The complete occlusion rate was higher [97.8% (44/45) vs.88.9% (40/45) and the recurrence rate was lower 2.2% (1/45) vs.13.3%(6/45) in microsurgical clipping group than in endovascular intervention group x2 =4.34 and 3.54,P=0.031 and 0.042),all P<0.o5.The average time of hospital stay was longer in the endovascular intervention group than in the microsurgical clipping group [(19.3 4.4) days vs.(16.34.9) days,t 1.93,P=0.035].The good rate was higher in microsurgical clipping group than in endovascular intervention group [91.1% (41/45) vs.77.8% (35/45),x2=6.325,P=0.012].Conclusions Microsurgical clipping surgery can significantly raise the complete occlusion of cerebral aneurysms, reduce recurrence in patients with cerebral aneurysm, decrease the hospitalization time, and improve prognosis, which is worthy of clinical application.

Cucumber mosaic virus was detected from infected Basella rubra L. with the indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Total RNA was extracted from infected leaves and the cDNAs of coat protein gene of CMV-Ba were obtained by RT-PCR. The amplified cDNA fragments were then cloned into pMD 18-T vector and sequenced, the result showed that the CP gene was 657 nucleotides in length. This sequence was aligned with the obtained CP gene and some CMV strains or isolates of subgroup Ⅰ and subgroup Ⅱ in GenBank using DNA MAN software. The results showed that CMV-Ba shared 90.9%~93.8% and 76.1%~76.9% identity with the known CP genes of subgroup Ⅰ and Ⅱ respectively in nucleotide level,on the other hand, amino acids deduced from CMV-Ba CP gene shared 92.7%~97.7% and 72.4%~78.1% identity with the known CP protein of subgroup Ⅰ and Ⅱ,respectively. This suggested that CMV-Ba CP gene belongs to CMV subgroupⅠ.

Objective To explore the association between complement C3 and the prevalence of simple fatty liver disease and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis. Methods A total of 2 799 health check-up participants were recruited from Tianjin Medical University General Hospital-Health Management Centre. Serum C3 levels were measured using immunoturbidimetry method and simple fatty liver disease and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis were diagnosed by liver ultrasonography and serum alanine aminotransferase concentration. Multiple logistic regression analysis was used to examine the association between quartiles of serum C3 levels and the prevalence of simple fatty liver disease and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis. Results After adjusting for covariates, the odds ratios (95% confidence interval) of simple fatty liver disease and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis for increasing quartiles of C3 were: 1.00 (reference), 2.15 (1.55, 3.01), 3.28 (2.35, 4.6) and 4.31 (3.11, 6.02); and 1.00 (reference), 4.54 (1.68, 15.91), 7.81 (3.02, 26.67) and 14.91 (5.94, 50.14) (both P for trend<0.000 1), respectively. Conclusions The study found that the elevated C3 levels were significantly associated with the prevalence of simple fatty liver disease and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis. Further study is needed to clarify whether C3 has a predictive value for the occurrence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2014;30(18):12-15
Objective To understand the feeling of family caregiver of children with chronic connective tissue disease (CTD).Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted with 30 family caregivers of children with CTD.Data were analyzed based on Colaizzi's phenomenological research method. Results The family caregiver's feelings were classified into four themes, including heavy psychological burden, diseases affecting family life, uncertainty in illness, demands for social support. Conclusions We should neglect the burden and related problems of caregivers when paying attentions to health problems of children, and supply effective intervention measures in order to increase the health level of children and their caregivers.

AIM: To investigate effect of Wujibaifeng Pills (WJBFP) on osteoporosis of ovariectonmized (OVX) rat. METHODS: Ovariectonmized (OVX) rat model was established to evaluate osteoporosis of which parameters investigated included bone gla protein (BGP), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), bone minera density (BMD), Serum phosphorus and serum total calcium. RESULTS: WJBFP(1.0g/kg,2.0g/kg,4.0g/kg) could enhance the contents of serum estradiol and calcitonin, decrease serum BGP level in OVX rats; It had no effect on serum total calcium and ALP activities but increase level of serum phosphorus; It could enhance BMD, prevent OVX rat from decreasing bone loss without raising body weight; furthermore, it could inhibit both the uterus and adrenal gland atrophy. CONCLUSION: WJBFP might have better prevention on osteoporosis of ovariectionmized rats.
