Objective To investigate the mechanism of anti-tumor in lung cancer patients and their effects to immune system undergoing with microwave ablation treatment, radioimmunotherapy of 131Ⅰ tumor cells human mouse chimeric monoclonal antibody injection (131Ⅰ-chTNT) and combined treatment of two anterior method. Methods The 50 cases of lung cancer were divided into three groups randomly,17 cases were in the group of simple microwave ablation treatment,15 cases were in the group of simple radiotherapy immunotherapy,18 cases were in the group of combined microwave ablation treatment with 131Ⅰ-chTNT radioimmunoassay.During the study, the T lymphocyte subsets, the activity of NK cells, the expressing of interleukin (IL)-2,IL-10,IL-12,the changing of the interferon γ(IFN-γ) and tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) were detected and compared of before and after treatment on all the patients. Results The CD4+ value,CD4+/CD8+ value and the activity of NK cells in these three groups after treatment were higher than that of before treatment (P < 0.05),there was statistic difference between the combined treatment group and two simple treatment groups (P < 0.01).The expression of IL-2,IL-12,IFN-γ TNF-α in three group patients after treatment were higher than that of before treatment, which had statistical significance (P < 0.05),while there were no significant differences between groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion The method combined microwave ablation treatment with 131Ⅰ-chTNT radioimmunoassay has efficiency to improve the immune function, which could improve the comprehensive therapeutic effect of lung cancer excellently.

Objective To investigate the role of subtype 1 autoantibody against angiotensin Ⅱ receptor in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia by detecting its expression in the peripheral blood of preeclampsia patients,Methods Thirty patients with preeclampsia were assigned to preeclampsia group. Twenty normal pregnant women at the late stage and twenty non-pregnant healthy women as controls were investigated. The level of type 1 antoantibody against angiotensin Ⅱ in the peripheral blood was detected by indirect SA-ELISA assay with the produced ATR-1 as the antigen. Results The level of subtype 1 antoantibody against angiotensin Ⅱ (65 ±4. 7) % in the peripheral blood of preeclampsia patients is significantly higher than that of normal late pregnant (26 ±2. 8)% and non-pregnant women(7.8 ±2. 2)% groups (t1 =24. 97 ;t2 =38.56;P <0. 01 for both) ;The angiotensin Ⅱ receptor subtype 1 autoantibody in the group of normal late pregnancy (26 ± 2. 8 )% was significantly higher than that of healthy non-pregnant women group ( 7. 8 ± 2. 2 ) % ( t = 4. 58, P < 0. 05 ).Conclusion Compared with the normal pregnant women and the healthy non-pregant women, the autoantibody against AT1 receptor in sera of preeclamptic patients is elevated ata high frequency. These results suggest that overproduction of AT1-AA may play an important role during the development of preeclamptic patients. AT1-AA is a novel risk factor in pregnant women. Immune mechanisms may be involved in the process of pregnancy.

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of combining acupuncture and physical therapy with drugs on treating Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD).Methods Sixty infants with DMD were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group (n =30 in each). Both groups were injected with Bozhi glycopeptide and given levocamitine and fructose sodium diphosphate orally. Moreover, the treatment group was additionally given acupuncture and physical therapy. Before and after 90 days of treatment, the time to walk 10 metres and to climb stairs of 2 metres high was measured,as were the serum creatine phosphate kinase (CPK),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and aspertate aminotransferase (AST) levels of all participants. Results After treatment, the average walking and stair climbing times of both groups were significantly shorter, and those of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group. Moreover, the average CPK,LDH and AST levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than before treatment and than those of the control group after treatment. There was a significant difference in the overall response rates, with 93% observed in the treatment group and 73% in the control group. Conclusion Combining acupuncture and physical therapy with drugs can significantly increase the mobility and improve the serum CPK,LDH and AST levels of children with DMD.

Objective:To summarize the allergic mechanism caused by traditional Chinese medicine injection (TCMI) to provide some references for perfecting Good Laboratory Practice(GLP) of TCMI.Method:The related iteratures in data bases at home and abroad were reviewed, and the present experimental research methods about allergies were referred to to have a view of future studies.Result:The allergic mechanism of TCMI was mostly antigen-antibody reaction, part of which was anaphylactoid reaction. The method of the evaluation of allergy caused by TCMI only was animal experiments, but there were still some allergies caused by TCMI after the evaluation with this method. The present experimental research methods indicated that the detection of mediators of inflammation and FCM(Flow Cytometry) could be used to evaluate the allergies caused by TCMI.Conclusion:More attention should be paid to allergies caused by TCMI for its complicated mechanism and frequent occurrences in clinic. It may be an effective way to evaluate the allergies caused by TCMI with several methods including in vivo and in vitro.
8.Prevention and treatment of posterior capsular opacification
International Eye Science 2017;17(9):1659-1662
Posterior capsular opacification (PCO) is the most common complication that leads to loss of vision after cataract surgery.Neodymium doped:Yttrium-Aluminum-Garnet (Nd:Yag) laser capsulotomy is a common treatment for PCO, but still associated with several complications. In the past decades, the prevention and treatment of PCO have always been a hot spot of research in ophthalmology. This review will address the advances in the prevention and treatment of PCO in the aspects of surgical techniques and types of intraocular lens (IOL).

Objective To explore the surgical methods and clinical applications of single operation hole for thorascopic surgery in treatment of encapsulated effusion with atelectasis after thoracic injury. Methods From October 2011 to October 2013,using single operation hole for thorascopic surgery treating encapsulated effusion with atelectasis in 56 cases after thoracic injury,35 males and 21 females, aged 21-68,mean 34 years old.The left encapsulated effusion with atelectasis in 31 cases, the right of encapsulated effusion with atelectasis in 25 cases, atelectasis in 43 cases, partial atelectasis in 9 cases, total atelectasis in 4 cases. Before thorascopic surgery, routine thoracentesis or (and) closed thoracic drainage were performed, but ineffective.Surgical approach for anesthesia with the thorascopic surgery encapsulated effusion dissection + suction drum lung surgery.Thorascopic surgery were completed in single operation hole, postoperative chest tube into the hole from observation. Results The operation time was 55-120 min, average 75 min; blood loss was 25-150 ml,average 65 ml.All patients underwent in single operation hole. The postoperative hospital stay was 7-19 d,average 11.2 d.There were no perioperative mortality and major complications. Conclusions The single operation hole for thorascopic surgery in treatment of encapsulated effusion with atelectasis after thoracic injury is exactly effective and simple. It can be used as an effective treatment.
