4.Isolation and Identification of a Pesticide-degrading and Biocontrol Bacterium
Microbiology 2008;0(12):-
One biocontrol bacillus B3 was isolated from peanut rhizosphere, which showed a broad inhibition spectrum against various soil-borne plant phytopathogenic fungi. It was also found to be capable of utilizing beta-cypermethrin, chlorpyrifos and imidacloprid as the sole source of carbon for growth. The extent of degradation of them at initial concentration of 100 mg/L was 54.42%, 57.44% and 49.24% respectively within 7 days. Strain B3 was identified as Paenibacillus polymyxa based on morphological, physiological-biochemical properties, and 16S rRNA sequence analysis. This study indicated that strain B3 had potential application in biological control and soil bioremediation.
5.Current status of application and research of thermal dosimetry in tumor hyperthermia
Journal of International Oncology 2008;35(11):832-835
As a quantitative evaluation approach for tumor hyperthermia, thermal dosimetry is a critieat part of the treatment planning system and plays a key role in governing the relationships between thermal exposure(temperature and time of exposure)and thermal damage. Its principal theories, parameters as well as thermal dosimetry models are potentially to accurately describe the tumor hyperthermia effectiveness and therefore greatly improve the clinical experience and prescription for tumor hyperthermia. The deep study and wide clinical application of thermal dosimetry in hyperthermia will further standardize tumor hyperthermia and benefit the patients more.
6.Effects of antidiabetic agents on bone metalbolism in diabetic patients
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2015;(6):552-554
[Summary] The prevalence of diabetes mellitus and osteoporosis is rapidly growing and pose a serious threat to human health,. Accumulating evidence indicates that diabetes mellitus is a risk factor for osteoporosis and they could be linked by similar pathophysiological mechanisms. Antidiabetic agents may not only help to control the chronic hyperglycemia state but can also effect bone, This article reviewed the correlation between diabetes mellitus and bone metabolism and summarized the available data on skeletal effects of clinically approved antidiabetic therapies, aimed to provide the basis for clinical medicine use.
7.Advances in pathogenesis of purpura nephritis in children and the current status of diagnosis and treatment

Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis is a systemic inflammatory response of systemic vasculitis in anaphylactoid purpura,it is often occurred in childhood with systemic vasculitis reaction. Some patients will develop nephritic syndrome or nephrotic syndrome, even kidney failure, either of which is harmful to the health of children. However,a unified standard for the diagnosis and treatment of purpura nephritis is still lack.Combined with the latest research results, this research intends to review the pathogenesis, clinical diagnosis and treatment of purpura nephritis.
8.Correlation between co-authorship network parameters and bibliometric assessment parameters
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2016;(2):20-26,74
Articles, reviews and proceeding papers published from 2012 to 2015 in medical, chemical and physical journals with the highest IF were retrieved from 2014 JCR and analyzed using the BICOMB software to generate the co-occurrence matrix of authors and plot the map of co-authorship network in medical, chemical and physical fields using the UCINET software. The correlation between the parameters for assessing the importance of co-au-thorship network nodes ( degree centrality, betweenness centrality, closeness centrality, eigenvector centrality) and biblimetric parameters of authors ( number of published papers, frequency of cited papers) was analyzed using the SPSS, which showed that degree centrality, betweenness centrality, and eigenvector centrality were positively corre-lated with the number of published papers and the frequency of cited papers whereas betweenness centrality was negatively correlated the number of published papers and the frequency of cited papers.Betweenness centrality was more significantly correlated with the number of published papers whereas degree centrality was more significantly correlated with the frequency of cited papers.
9.Mechanism of adrenomedullin gene expression upregulated by endotoxin in vascular endothelial cells
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(12):-
AIM: To investigate effect of endotoxin on adrenomedulin(ADM) gene transcription in vascular endothelial cells. The role of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (p38 MAPK) signaling pathway was also observed.METHODS: The effect of endotoxin in the presence or absence of p38 MAPK specific inhibitor SB203580 on the transcription of ADM in vascular endothelial cells ECV304 was evaluated by reverse transcription nest DNA polymerase chain reaction. RESULTS: Treatments of endotoxin (0.1, 1.0, 10, 50, 100 ?g/L) for 24 h increasea the ratios of ECV 304 ADM mRNA/? actin mRNA. The induction of ADM mRNA by endotoxin could be inhibited partially by 10 mmol/L SB203580.CONCLUSION: Endotoxin stimulated the transcription of ADM gene in vascular endothelial cells. The activation of p38 MAPK might be an important mechanism of ADM gene induced by endotoxin.
