1.Progress in noninvasive diagnosis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2010;26(7):623-626
An early diagnosis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease ( NAFLD) is meaningful to the prevention and cure of diabetes and cardiovascular disease ( CVD). The sensitivity and specificity of qualitative methods vary greatly, and these methods do not quantify liver fat content. Pathological diagnosis is a quantitative method, but it is invasive and inappropriate for clinical application. The establishment of H Magnetic Resonance Spectrum (1H MRS) opened up a brand-new era for noninvasive liver fat quantification. This review systemically introduces the new progress in noninvasive diagnosis of NAFLD.
2.The impact of finasteride on transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate patients
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;(24):3727-3729
Objective To explore the before taking finasteride on transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate(TUPKVP)patients about IPSS,QOL,Qmax,PVR and other indicators. Methods 180 cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,90 cases in each group.Observation group and control group were given conventional therapy and the observed patients took 5 mg of finasteride everyday one week before surgery, all patients were followed up for 1 month. The two groups of TUPKVP patients were compared about IPSS,QOL,Qmax and PVR,intraoperative blood loss, operation time, irrigation fluid volume indicators. Results 180 patients were given successfully TUPKVP surgery.IPSS,QOL,Qmax and PVR contrast were significantly improved after treatment(t=5.11,7.01,3.06,6.17,11.82,4.13,4.52,5.17,all P<0.05).IPSS,Qmax,PVR of the observation group after treatment was significantly better than that of the control group(t=11.35,5.26,3.12,all P<0.05),the QOL difference between the two groups after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The cure rate of the observation group was 87.8%,which was significantly higher than 63.33% in the control group(x2=14.56,P<0.05).Intraoperative flushing fluid volume, intraoperative blood loss, duration of surgery in the observation group were significantly different compared with the control group,(t=21.15、43.12,5.33,all P<0.05).Conclusion The preoperative taking finasteride can reduce TUPKVP blood loss and flushing fluid volume, shorten operation time and effectively improve the security of the operation.
3.New non-invasive means of determining hepatic fat content
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2012;28(8):611-613
Accurate determination of hepatic fat content is essential for investigating the quantitative association between hepatic steatosis and multiple metabolic disorders, and is of great significance in determining the beginning and goal for clinical intervention.More attention has been focused on establishing a non-invasive,simple and accurate method for determining hepatic fat content.Recently,a computer-aided ultrasound quantitative method may provide a new way for single and accurate estimation of hepatic fat content.
5.Progress in Rituximab injection for treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome in children
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2017;35(4):315-318
Glucocorticoid is the first choice for the treatment of nephrotic syndrome in children. But due to various reasons, nephrotic syndrome becomes hormone dependent or resistant, and progresses into refractory nephrotic syndrome in some children, which forces the clinician to constantly look for new immunosuppressants in order to alleviate the condition.,Rituximab injection (RTX) as a monoclonal antibody against CD20 has been widely used in the treatment of a variety of immune diseases in recent years. The use of RTX in refractory nephrotic syndrome in children, its main adverse effects and possible mechanisms was reviewed in this article.
6.Progress in application of mesenchymal stem cells for nasal inflammation disease.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(9):859-862
Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are adult stem cells which derived from the embryonic mesoderm. They have a high proliferative ability and can differentiate into various tissues of mesodermal origin including bone, cartilage and adipose tissue in vitro. Moreover, MSCs have also been shown to produce anti-inflammatory molecules which can modulate cellular and humoral immune responses. Because of their easy preparation, the capacity for self-renewal, multi-lineage differentiation and immunoregulatory effect, MSCs therapy becomes a promising tool in the treatment of tissue regeneration, anti-inflammation, and autoimmune diseases. In this review we will focus on the application of MSCs for nasal inflammation disease.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 1983;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of hyperthyroidism combined with cerebral infarction and the relationship between hyperthyroidism and cerebral infarction. Methods Data from the clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and therapeutic outcomes of 10 patients with hyperthyroidism combined with cerebral infarction were analyzed retrospectively. Results After treatment with drugs for anti hyperthyroidism and active treatment of cerebral infarction, no severe complications were found in all patients. Conclusion Hyperthyroidism combined with cerebral infarction may be one of the important causes of adolescent cerebral infarction. Treatment of hyperthyroidism may play an important role in the treatment of cerebral infarction.
9.Correlation analysis between physical fatigue and motor function in patients with Parkinson's disease
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2010;29(10):800-802
Objective To observe the correlation between physical fatigue and motor function in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). Methods The 36 patients (12 females, 22 males) with PD were elected from PD clinic in Beijing Hospital, and 18 health controls of age and gender matching were enrolled. The Parkinson Fatigue Scale (PFS), the timed get up and go test and the six-minute walk test were used to evaluate the disease progress, physical fatigue and motor function. The correlation between PFS score and motor function was analyzed. Results There were significant differences between patients with PD and healthy controls in PFS score, get up and Go performance time and the max six-minute walk distance (P<0.05). In patients with PD, the PFS score was positively correlated with get up and go performance time (r= 0.82, P<0. 01 ), and was negatively correlated with distance of six-minute walk (r= -0. 61, P<0. 01). Conclusions Patients with PD show more fatigability and decreased motor function compared with healthy people of age and gender matching; The severity of physical fatigue symptom of patients with PD shows positive correlation with get up and go performance time, and negative correlation with the distance of six-minute walk.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2010;32(2):128-129
Great Acupuncture is a special method to treat stroke patients on the relative health side, which reflects the whole view of the traditional Chinese medicine. With more and more clinical controlled trials reported recently, the origin, development and possible mechanisms of great acupuncture are worthy discussed for providing a neoteric method to treat cerebral apoplexy. The differences of great acupuncture and contralateral collateral needling were analyzed in this paper. Indications and attentions of great acupuncture were also summarized. Through comparing between the treatment of cerebral apoplexy by the great acupuncture and related techniques of the modern neurological rehabilitation, we found that the modern rehabilitation techniques focused on promoting the activities of the injured limbs, which might be much weaker in therapeutic intensity than great acupuncture. Therefore we believed that the concept of the great acupuncture of the traditional Chinese medicine is much advanced.
