Objective To explore the lymphcyte subsets distribution in cerebrospinal fluid in patients with HIV infection ,and to investigate the clinical significance of the lymphocyte subsets in cerebrospinal fluid in HIV central nervous system complication . Methods 34 patients with HIV infection ,including 20 patients without nervous system symptoms (simple HIV group) and 14 pa‐tients with nervous system symptoms (neurological HIV group) ,and 15 cases of healthy people (control group) were selected . Flow cytometry was used to detect lymphocyte subsets ,and immunoturbidimetry was used to detect the level of IgG in cerebrospinal fluid .Results The percentage of CD8+ T cells was higher and percentage of CD4+ T cells was lower in the simple HIV group and neurological HIV group than those in the healthy control ,with statistically significant differences (P<0 .01) .The level of IgG in pa‐tients with HIV infection was higher than that in the healthy control group (P<0 .01) .While no significant difference were found in the percentage of B cells and NK cells among the there group (P>0 .05) .There were also no significant differece between the sim‐ple HIV group and neurological HIV group in the ratio of each lymphcyte subset in cerebrospinal fluid (P>0 .05) .Conclusion The immune disorder in cerebrospinal fluid in patients with HIV infection may appear in the early time before the nervous system com‐plication .The changing trends of lymphocyte subsets are consistent with the peripheral blood ,which demonstrate that the T lym‐phocyte subsets may be correlated with the nervous system symptoms of HIV .

Objective To investigate the effects of different concentrations of sevoflurane on adhesion and expression of CD 44 in human breast cancer cell line MCF‐7 .Methods The cells were randomly divided into 4 groups :control group and 3 sevoflurane groups exposed to 1 .7% ,3 .4% and 5 .1% sevollurane for 2 ,4 and 6 h respectively .Cell adhesion rate was detected by adhesion test and the expression of CD44 mRNA and protein was determined by qRT‐PCR .Results in Treat 1 ,2 ,3 ,the adhesion rate at 2 ,4 ,6 h were lower than that before treat ,mRNA expression of CD44 reduced (P<0 .05);the adhesion rate of Treat 2 and Treat 3 at 4 and 6 h were lower than that of 2 h ,and the mRNA expression of CD44 reduced (P<0 .05);the adhesion rate of Treat 2 and Treat 3 at 6 h were lower than that of 4 h ,and the mRNA expression of CD44 reduced (P<0 .05);compared with Control group ,the adhesion rate of Treat 1 ,2 and 3 at 2 ,4 ,6 h were all lower ,mRNA expression of CD44 reduced (P<0 .05);the differences between each group were statisyicaly significant(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Sevoflurane can inhibit cell adhesion in a concentration and duration of exposure dependent manner ,and its mechanism could be related with the down regulation of CD44 expression .

Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2003;0(04):-
A 18-year-old male patient's case was diagnosed as Degos'disease with pathognomonic skin lesions, accompanied by small bowel perforation, and reported here. Skin histopothological test show that the typical wedge-shaped necrobiosis and lymphocyte inflammatory infiltration. Vessels showed narrowing and thrombosis, with lymphocyte infiltration. Degos'disease is a systemic necrotizing vasculitis. Skin biopsy can confirm its diagnosis. Severe systemic complication should be prevented. Degos'disease should be considered in the differential diagnosis of skin lesions associated with systemic involvement.

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of arthroscopically assisted percutaneous reduction and internal fixation with eannulated screws. Methods The fracture was reduced by closed manipulation or percutaneous leverage force by using the Kirschner wire. Then the patella was temporarily fixed by using a large size towel clamp or Kirschner wires.Under the guidance of knee arthroscopy,a micro-incision was made at the size of cannulated screw placement, the pilot holes were drilled at a proper depth, and the thread was configured. Two titanium screws were inserted parallelly. Results Following-up chekups for 4~24 months in 18 cases showed a satisfactory recovery of knee functions.According to the Bostman' standard, excellent effects were obtained in 16 cases and good effects in 2 cases. Conclusion Treatment of patellar fractures by percutaneous cannulated screw fixation under arrhroscope of- fered advantages of minimal invasion, accurate reduction, reliable fixation, and excellent recovery of joint functions.

Objective To investigate the relationship among family care, vision, degree of visual damage and treatment compliance in patients with type 2 diabetes to provide basic data for improving the clinical treatment for diabetic retinopathy. Methods Visual acuity was corrected and retinopathy was examined respectively in 127 patients with diabetic retinopathy. Family care and treatment compliance degrees were evaluated with APGAR index questionnaires and diabetes treatment compliance questionnaires. An analysis of the relationship between factors above followed. Results There was significant difference in family care index in patients with diabetic retinopathy and that in normal control group. The total scores of family APGAR, family fitness, emotion, sexual intimacy were significantly correlated with treatment compliance and visual damage. There was no significant correlation between compliance and retinopathy. Conclusion This reaserch indicates family APGAR scores, family fitness, emotional score, sexual intimacy scores were significantly correlated with treatment compliance, and treatment compliance of patients with diabetes is positively correlate with family support.

Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(04):-
Objective To establish a method for determination of 13 kinds of aldehyde and ketone pollutants in indoor air by HPLC at one time. Methods The aldehyde and ketone compounds in the air react with 2 4-DNPH and form hydrazone derivatives then determined by HPLC with SPD detection at a flow of CH3CN∶H2O 70∶30 365 nm wavelength. Results 13 kinds of hydrazone were favorably separated the average recovery rates were 96%~101% the lowest detection limits were 0.002~0.02 mg/m3 the linearity range was 0.1~4.0 mg/m3. Conclusion This method can be used for quantitative analysis of 13 kinds of aldehyde or ketone pollutants in indoor air at one time.

Objective To discuss the distance training for medical staff of children's rehabilitation. Methods 15 lessions were carried out using computer software from April, 2013 to November, 2014 in our centre. 7 cooperative hospitals participated the trainings. The implemen-tation effect was surveyed after training. Results 2693 person-times attended the trainings, including 2109 person-times with living distance training and 584 person-times with video distance training. In the following sampling survey, 92.8%staff thought that the distance training was helpful to their work. 98.6%staff thought that the living distance training was better than the video distance training and 88.6%staff thought their rehabilitation level improved after the distance training. Conclusion The distance training of children's rehabilitation has the advantages of economy, convenience and celerity. It has a wide developmental prospect.

Objective To observe the effect of forearm crutches on motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods 60 children with spastic cerebral palsy were divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30). The control group accepted rou-tine rehabilitation, while the observation group were also trained to use forearm crutches. They were assessed with Gross Motor Function Measure-88 (GMFM-88) and Balancer. The way of item 70 of GMFM-88 was used to assess the mobile capability. Results The scores of GMFM-88 significantly improved in both groups after treatment (t>6.002, P<0.001), and improved more in the observation group than in the control group (t=2.317, P<0.05). The whole path length and the circumference area reduced in both groups after treatment (P<0.05), and reduced more in the observation group with the assist of the forearm crutches (P<0.01). The incidence of walking was more in the observa-tion group with the assistant of the forearm crutches (χ2=25.87, P<0.01). Conclusion Forearm crutches assistant can improve the recovery of motor function, balance and walking ability in children with spastic cerebral palsy.
