Objective To integrate nurses' humanistic quality into professional nursing training, in order to improve humanistic quality and nursing quality. Methods Nurses with working years within 6 years in our hospital were chosen from May, 2009 to May, 2010. And through non-professional reading, specified materials reading, multimedia lectures, particularly the refining and essence of reading reports, humanities knowledge and humanistic care consciousness was melted into personal morality, words, deeds and cultivation. Investigation about satisfaction degree was carried out among patients before and after the training. Results Satisfaction degree of patients increased after training, so did the satisfaction degree of nurses to reading reports. Conclusions To integrate nurses' humanistic quality into professional nursing training can improve humanistic quality of nurses and nursing quality. Nurses' professional image will be increasingly standard, overall quality and service quality can be improved, and thought of dedicated service for patients will be consolidated.

This study was aimed to compare the mechanical characteristics under different physiological load conditions with three-dimensional finite element model of rigid fixation and elastic fixation in the lumbar. We observed the stress distribution characteristics of a sample of healthy male volunteer modeling under vertical, flexion and extension torque situation. The outcomes showed that there existed 4-6 times pressure on the connecting rod of rigid fixation compared with the elastic fixations under different loads, and the stress peak and area of force on elastic fixation were much higher than that of the rigid fixations. The elastic fixation has more biomechanical advantages than rigid fixation in promoting interbody lumbar fusion after surgery.

OBJECTIVETo explore the risk factors of low back pain (LBP) among greenhouse vegetable planting farmers and estimate the level of the effects.
METHODSA self-made questionnaire based on the Dutch Musculoskeletal Questionnaire and the Nordic Questionnaire was conducted to 639 greenhouse vegetable planting farmers and then structural equation model was used to analyze the risk factors of LBP in SmartPLS software.
RESULTSThe coefficient of determination of the model was 0.827, and the structural coefficients of dynamic loads, static loads, force exertion, ergonomic environment and repetitive loads on LBP were 0.21, 0.43,0.27, 0.045 and 0.034 respectively, and the total effects of the above latent variables on LBP were 0.21, 0.43,0.27, 0.33 and 0.034 respectively.
CONCLUSIONThe main risk factors of LBP among greenhouse vegetable planting farmers were static loads, ergonomic environment, force exertion and dynamic loads.

Objective Through the network informatization management, postoperative pain assessment, nursing records, process the results into the network electronic medical records, more standardized postoperative pain management, improve the effectiveness of postoperative analgesia. Methods A total of 3 680 patients after the operation from November to December in 2015 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the operation time. In November for the traditional postoperative pain management in control group (1 850 cases), in December as observation group (1 830 cases), with Hospital Information System and Anesthesia Information System, all of the records in the postoperative pain management content network electronic information management, according to the degree of pain and analgesia method to select a different form, data sharing, wrong alarm to remind, handle in time. To establish a network of WeChat public platform to perform health education and information communication. The analgesia effect and patient′s satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of incomplete pain was 12.5%(231/1 850) in control group and 4.2%(77/1 830) in observation group, and there was significant difference between two groups(c2= 82.22, P<0.01). The satisfaction score was (5.9 ± 3.7) points in observation group and (4.4 ± 2.6) points in control group, and there was significant difference between two groups(t = 2.10, P<0.05). Conclusions Postoperative pain management network informatization can effectively improve the effect of postoperative analgesia, improve work efficiency.

Journal of China Pharmaceutical University 2009;40(4):364-369
Aim: To construct a prokaryotic expression vector carrying NuBCP-9-tumstatin(74-98) (abbreviated as NT) gene and to obtain the fusion peptide with antitumor activity. Methods: Nucleotide sequences of antitumor peptides, NuBCP-9 and Tumstatin( 74-98), were connected via a linker(G_4S)_3 based on biased codons of E. coli the fused NT gene was reconstructed using SOE PCR, and inserted into pET32a(+) vector, and transformed in E. coli BL21(DE3). After expression, the novel fusion peptide was purified through nickel-affinity chromatogra-phy, Factor Xa digestion and ultrafiltration. Biological activity of the fusion peptide on ECV304 and A549 cells was evaluated by MTT assay. Results: A prokaryotic expression system with NT gene was successfully constructed. The soluble fusion peptide was accounted for approximately 25% when induced by 0. 5 mmol/L IPTG at 30 ℃ for 4 h. The purified fusion peptide could inhibit cell growth of ECV304 and A549 with inhibition rates of 60. 8% and 65. 2% at 20 μmol/L, respectively. Conclusion: A novel fusion peptide with antitumor activity was cloned, expressed and purified.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of pulmonary thromboendarterectomy (PTE) in treatment of chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) using 99Tcm-macroaggregated albumin (99 Tcm-MAA) pulmonary perfusion tomography. Methods Sixteen patients with CTEPH underwent 99Tcm-MAA pulmonary perfusion tomography before and 6-12 months after PTE.The perfusion defects and improvement both in pulmonary lobe and segment were observed pre-and post-PTE.Percentage of perfusion defect scores (PPDs%) were calculated and the change of systolic pulmonary artery pressure (SPAP) measured by echocardiography was also recorded. Results The postoperative SPAP was significantly lower than that before surgery ([36.56±8.47] mmHg vs [90.52±14.55] mmHg,t=14.14,P<0.001).Before PTE,perfusion abnormalities were identified in 86 (86/96,89.58%) pulmonary lobes of 16 patients. In all of the 86 abnormal lobes,21 (21/86,24.42%) became normal, and the remaining 65 (65/86,75.58%) were improved after PTE.Perfusion defects were confirmed in 230 (230/304,75.66%) pulmonary segments of 16 patients before surgery. In all of the 230 abnormal segments,73 (73/230,31.74%) became normal,74 (74/230,32.17%) were improved and 83 (83/230,36.09%) remained unchanged after PTE.The mean PPDs% decreased from (56.79±14.54)% pre PTE to (28.20±15.24)% at 6 12 months after PTE.The PPDs% was positively correlated with homochronous SPAP (r=0.68,P<0.001).Conclusion PTE can significantly reduce SPAP and improve the pulmonary perfusion in CTEPH patients.Pulmonary perfusion imaging can evaluate the curative effect of PTE.

Objective To discuss causes and corresponding prevention for groin pain occurred early after total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods A retrospective study was done on 189 cases(193 hips)treated with THA including unilateral procedures in 185 hips and bilateral procedures in eight hips to analyze common causes for early groin pain. Results Groin pain was found in 9.3% hips(18/ 193)during hospital stay, including 1.6%(3 cases)with deep infection,1.6%(3 cases)with incision infection,1%(2 cases)with posterior dislocation,4.1%(8 cases)with leg lengthening and 1%(2 cases)with hematoma. Conclusions Despite of the numerous diagnostic alternatives available to the orthopedic surgeon, detailed history, careful physical examination, necessary laboratory and imaging stud- ies can contribute to a correct determination of causes for groin pain.Meanwhile, appropriate indication, accurate preoperative radiographic measurement, intraoperative standardized surgical procedures and per- fect rehabilitation are necessary to avoid complications.
