Objective To investigate apoptosis in acinar cells during posttransplant reperfusion, and the expression of Bcl 2, Bax, Fas Methods Pancreas transplantation was performed between male SD rats after 2 hours of cold ischemia Rats ( n =65) were divided at random into 7 groups: sham group, cold ischemia group (as controls), reperfused 1 h, 3 h, 6 h, 9 h, 12 h group The pathologic pancreatic tissue was observed by electron microscope; Apoptotic cells were stained by TUNEL technique; Expression of Bax、Bcl 2 and Fas protein in pancreatic tissue were detected by SABC immunohistochemical method Results Apoptotic cells were observed in early phase after pancreas transplantation The peak of apoptotic pancreas cells occurred 3 hours after reperfusion [AI ( 9 5? 2 9)%, P
2.Surgical procedures for the development of pancreaticoduodenal transplantation in rat
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(09):-
Objective:To establish the model of pancreaticoduodenal transplantation in rats. Methods:The enteric drained whole pancreas duodenal transplantation model was investisated. The donor aortic segment including the celiac, superior mesenteric divergence were anastomosed with recipient abdominal aorta with end to side. The donor portal was cuff-anastomosed with left renal vein. The graft duodenum were anastomosed with the host jejunum with end to side. Results:Eighty-nine operations were performed and 51 rats were successful, of which all graft of successful case had endocrinium function. Conclusion:This model for pancreas transplantation is reliable.

4.Vitrectomy of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment in morning glory syndrome
International Eye Science 2010;10(3):424-426
We report a case of retinal detachment in morning glory syndrome(MGS). We think that identification of the retinal break, removal of the traction force by vitrectomy, the use of long-acting gas as endotamponade, all contributed to the successful treatment of the disease. The pathogenic mechanisms of the disease and the function of B-scan to the diagnosis are included.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2015;(9):953-956
Objective The patients with non-small cell lung cancer ( NSCLC) are still at risk of brain metastasis after surgi-cal treatment. The study was to investigate the clinical characteristics and the risk factors for postoperative brain metastasis in patients with NSCLC in order to provide references for prophylactic cranial irradiation ( PCI) . Methods The clinical and prognostic data of 213 patients with NSCLC in our department of oncology from February 2008 to February 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. The occur-rences of postoperative brain metastasis in NSCLC patients with different characteristics were observed.Cox model was used to investi-gate the risk factors for postoperative brain metastasis in patients with NSCLC. Results The overall cumulative rate of brain metasta-sis was 23.9%(51/213) and the rates of brain metastasis at 1-year, 2-year, 3-year after surgery were 6.1%, 14.1%, 22.5% re-spectively.Univariate analysis showed that the rates of postoperative brain metastasis in NSCLC patients with different ages, histological types, tumor stages and CEA levels were statistically significant (P<0.05).Cox regression showed that adenocarcinoma (HR=2.00, 95%CI:1.11~3.64), lung cancer stageⅢ(HR=3.70, 95%CI:1.67~8.25) and high CEA (≥5.0μg/L)(HR=3.16, 95%CI:1.60~6.25) were risk factors for postoperative brain metastasis in patients with NSCLC.The survival time in NSCLC patients with brain metastasis was remarkably lower than that in patients without brain metastasis (P<0.05). Conclusion The NSCLC pa-tients with adenocarcinoma, III stage disease, or high CEA are more likely to develop brain metastasis after surgery, which should be the focus of PCI.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2008;17(5):369-371
Objective To investigate the relationship of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)with the invasion and metastasis of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Methods The levels of serum VEGF was measured by enzyme linked-immunoadsorbent assay(ELISA).Comparing the parameters between NHL group and the control group.Compared the parameters with different groups divided by clinical stage, the effect of the treatment, the level of plasma LDH and effect of treatment.Analyzed the correlation of the levels of serum VEGF and plasma LDH in patients of NHL.Results The levels of serum VEGF are remarkablely higher in patients than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum VEGF in the group of Ⅲ,Ⅳ clinical stage are higher than that in the group of Ⅰ,Ⅱ clinical stage, but no significant difference(P>0.05)were observed. The level of serum VEGF is higher in the group of none CR than the group of CR(P<0.05).The level of serum VEGF is higher in the group of non-normal level of plasma LDH than group of normal LDH level(P<0.05).The levels of VEGF and LDH are significantly correlated each other(P<0.01).Conclusion The angiogenesis are important for tumor metastasis in patients of NHL.The serum VEGF can be used as prognosis parameters in patients with NHL.
10.Correlation factors analysis for surgical treatment in lumbar spinal tuberculosis
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(17):47-49
Objective To explore the correlation factors for surgical treatment in lumbar spinal tuberculosis. Methods A total of 46 patients with lumbar spinal tuberculosis who underwent surgical treatment were analyzed. The possible correlation between the clinicopathologic features and clinical outcome were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis. Results Nine patients failed in surgical treatment.Multiple analysis showed that the number of infected vertebrae (OR =6.44,95% CI:2.47-19.92) and internal fixation (OR =10.76,95% CI:3.50-18.74) had significant correlation with the clinical outcome. Conclusions Surgical treatment for lumbar spinal tuberculosis has a favorable outcome in patients. The number of infected vertebrae and internal fixation are significant risk factors for poor outcome.
