Objective To investigate precision error between Varian auri-point localization system and Tosplane digital-bed localization system. Methods Varian Eclipse localization method and Topslane localization method were used separately to locate one target area for one same patient. Then deviations on the tumor center coordinate were measured under the simu- lation localization machine. Results Under two localization methods, the length error: 1.7mm ?0.3mm; the width error: 0.5mm?0.4mm; the altitude error: 1.2mm?0.4mm. Conclusion The curative effect of radiotherapy would be improved by applying the Topslane localization bed to the Varian Eclipse plan system.

Objective To study the clinicopathologic features,immunophenotype,diagnosis and differential diagnosis,prognosis and treatment of solid papillary carcinoma(SPC)of breast.Methods A retrospective study was performed to analyse the clinicalpathologic features and immunophenotype of 52 case of SPC,with or without invasion. The cytokeratins(CK),myoepithelial markers,neuroendocrine markers,proliferation marker Ki -67,estrogen receptor (ER),progesterone receptor(PR),HER2,ect were detected by immunohistochemical staining,and HER2 was detected by FISH.All patients were followed up.Results All the patients were females with a mean age of (66.76 ±10.19)years. The incidence of SPC among all the breast cancers in this department was 0.99%.The presenting symptoms was a painless mass with or without nipple discharge in the central of breast.All of them accepted surgical resection,13 cases were administrated with chemotherapy after surgery,6 cases were radiotherapy.Metastasis was observed four in 34 cases who had undergone axillar lymph node dissection.General observation tumor was substantive and nodular lesions,may be accompanied by cyst formation,microscopy tumor for swelling,substantive nodules within only fine fiber vascular axis,and lacked obvious nipples and screen structure.The cells were lack of atypia,adhesive in cells nest,35 patients were accompanied with mucus secretion.Immunohistochemical study show that the tumor cells experssed CK8 /18,ER and PR,but not basal cell cytokertin CK5 /6 and 34βE12.Positivity for CK5 /6,34βE12 and P63 were 5.78%, 9.62% and 7.69% in the myoepithelial layers of axis of papillary,and were 21.15%,38.46% and 19.23% in cell nests and tumor peripheral myoepithelial,respectively.Positivity for CgA,Syn,NSE,CD56 were 82.69%,88.46%, 94.23% and 90.38%,respectively.The staining of HER2 oncoprotein was most negative,and 23 cases of FISH detection were all negative.The average positive index of Ki -67 was 4.28%.47 cases received follow -up of patients(90.38%),only 1 case death,1 case recurrence the rest were no tumor recurrence or metastasis,disease -free survival.Conclusion SPC of breast,a rare pathologic type,usually occurs in old females.The diagnosis depends on pathological characteristics and its unique immune phenotypic characteristics,is closely associated with mucinous carcinoma and neuroendocrine carcinoma,and the treatment is given priority tosurgery with a relatively inert biological behaviour.

Objective To study the screening value of color doppler flow imaging (CDFI) for gastroesophageal reflux(GER).Methods Through the window of left lobe liver, the abdominal esophageal length,the phenomenon of GER and the frequency of GER were detected by CDFI in 55 children with GER and 55 control group.Results Abdominal esophagus was identified by CDFI in every children. The abdominal esophageal length was shorter in refluxers than that in control group. A significant correlation was found between its length and the age of control group.To diagnose GER with CDFI ,its accuracy was 98.18%,and its specificity was 76.36%.Conclusions Visualization and measurements of the abdominal esophagus are readily achieved with CDFI in children.Abdominal esophageal length is shorter in refluxers than that in control group. CDFI is a rapid method of screening GER.

Objective To explore the risk factors for intracranial hemorrhage caused by late vitamin K deficiency bleeding(VKDB),in order to prevent and reduce the incidence of intracranial hemorrhage caused by late VKDB.Methods A retrospective analysis of the risk factors of late VKDB and intracranial hemorrhage was applied to 2 groups of patients in PICU and department of neurology of Beijing children's Hospital from Jan.2002 to Dec.2007.In group Ⅰ,there were 90 patients suffering from intracranial hemorrhage caused by late VKDB;while in group Ⅱ,there were 23 patients of late VKDB without intracranial hemorrhage.Within 12 hours of hospitalization,the following 9 items were checked:the cranial CT,blood calcium concentration,liver function,serum sodium,blood glucose,prothrombin time,partial thromboplastin time,fibrinogen concentration,and platelet.Ten possible relevant risk factors of gender,age,birth situation,feeding patterns,recent diarrhea,cytomegalovirus(CMV)infection,hypocalcemia,dysglycemia,hyponatremia,and abnormal liver function were analyzed by the method of non-conditional Logistic regression analysis.Results Statistically significant difference had been found in the 3 factors of hypocalcaemia,recent diarrhea,abnormal liver function(Pa

Objective Through the network informatization management, postoperative pain assessment, nursing records, process the results into the network electronic medical records, more standardized postoperative pain management, improve the effectiveness of postoperative analgesia. Methods A total of 3 680 patients after the operation from November to December in 2015 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the operation time. In November for the traditional postoperative pain management in control group (1 850 cases), in December as observation group (1 830 cases), with Hospital Information System and Anesthesia Information System, all of the records in the postoperative pain management content network electronic information management, according to the degree of pain and analgesia method to select a different form, data sharing, wrong alarm to remind, handle in time. To establish a network of WeChat public platform to perform health education and information communication. The analgesia effect and patient′s satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of incomplete pain was 12.5%(231/1 850) in control group and 4.2%(77/1 830) in observation group, and there was significant difference between two groups(c2= 82.22, P<0.01). The satisfaction score was (5.9 ± 3.7) points in observation group and (4.4 ± 2.6) points in control group, and there was significant difference between two groups(t = 2.10, P<0.05). Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of low level laser irradiation (LLLI) on cerebral infraction combined with hypertension.Methods Two groups were divided, conventional treatment group and laser irradiation combined with conventional treatment group.LLLI (650 nm, 20 mW, 20 min, twice a day, two weeks therapy) was used by extravascular way in addition to conventional treatment, while control group employed conventional treatment only.Whole blood viscosity, plasma blood pressure, lipid and neurological function were assessed by comparing the index of the two groups.Results Whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, whole blood high shear reductive viscosity, hematokit (HTC), erythrocyte deformation index, erythrocyte rigidity index, fibrinogen and blood lipid level of both groups decreased and the decrease of the testing group was more significant than that of control group (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Neurological deficit score an blood pressure of both groups showed significant decrease (P＜0.05), and the decrease in blood pressure of testing group was significant than that of the control group (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Conclusions 650 nm extravascular LLLI may be effective in treatment of cerebral infraction combined with hypertension, and has a good application prospect.
