1.Preparation of Shenkang Capsule and Its Clinical Study for Treatment of Latent Glomerulonephritis
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(02):-
Objective:Shenkang was prescribed and prepared by our own hospital and its clinical effect and side effect for treating latent glomerulonephritis(LGN) were observed. Methods: Shenkang was composed of dog's penis Carapar Trionycis、nephritis herb and so on and prepared by the modern pharmaceutical technology. 60 cases with LGN were divided into the control group(30 cases) and the Shenkang group(30 cases) at random. Patients with protein uria in the control group were treated with the tablet of multiglycoside of Radix Tripterygii Wilfordi and patients with accompanied symptom were treated by the supportive expectant treatment. Patients in the Shenkang Capsule group were treated with it, 5 tables each time, 3 times a day and patients with accompanied symptom were also treated by the supportive expectant treatment. The treatment courses of two groups were all 3 months. 24 hour protein uria quantity、 serum total protein(TP)、 albumin(Al)、 1 hour urine red blood cell excreting rate(1huRBCer)、 serum creatinine and sodium before and after the treatment were observed. Results: Shenkang Capsule can significantly lower protein uria of LGN so as to raise the levels of TP and Al and reduce 1huRBCer. There was no side effect in the course of using Shenkang Capsule. Conclusion: Shenkang Capsule is effective for LGN.

Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2016;25(7):507-509,510
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3D-CRT)for patients with cervical cancer after radical operation in stage ⅠA to ⅡA.Methods The data of 119 patients of cervical cancer in ⅠA-ⅡA with postoperative radiotherapy in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Of which 56 patients were treated with 3D-CRT radiotherapy (3D-CRT group),63 patients were treated with conventional radiotherapy (conventional group). The differences radiation reactions and quality of life between two groups were compared. Results The local control rate of 3D-CRT group in the first 12 and 18 months after surgery were 87.50% and 82.14%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of conventional group(71.43%,65.08%),the difference was statistical significance(P <0.05).The survival rate of 3D-CRT group after 1 year,2 years,3 years were respectively 91.07%,83.93%, 71.43%,compared with the conventional group (84.13%,73.02%,65.08%),the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05). Patients of 3D-CRT group were followed up for 3 years, the median survival time was 34.29 months, which was longer than the 31.08-month of conventional group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2 =4.116,P =0.042).Quality of life of 3D-CRT group (60.81 ±4.28) point was lower than that of conventional group (63.75 ±5.03)point,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The rate of early radiation reaction(rectal reaction, vaginitis)and late radiation reaction (mild or moderate radiation proctitis)in 3D-CRT group were lower than those in the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05 ).Conclusion The 3D-CRT has effect on the long-term prognosis of patients with cervical cancer in stage ⅠA-ⅡA,which can significantly reduce the radiation reaction and improve the quality of life of patients.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(z1):71-73
Objective To improve the effectiveness of internship nursing students in infectious diseases by implementing peer teaching method. Methods The nursing students were divided into two groups according to the order of student number. The control group was given the teaching method of the general outline. On the basis of the outline teaching, the experimental group gave counseling and counseling to the students in their professional and psychological aspects. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in terms of the results of the three tests and the theoretical evaluation, and the results of the test group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Peer- to- peer learning method can improve the practical effect of surgical nursing students in infectious diseases, and can be popularized in a certain extent.

Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2016;(1):36-37
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of puncturing Tianshu (ST 25) alone in treating intractable constipation in the elderly.Method Totally 193 senile subjects with intractable constipation were randomized into group A of 57 cases, group B of 73 cases, and group C of 63 cases. Group A was intervened by acupuncture at Tianshu (ST 25), group B was by Lactulose oral solution, and group C was by retention enema. The clinical efficacies and effect-lasting time of the three groups were compared. Result The total effective rate was 89.3% in group A, versus 88.6% in group B and 92.1% in group C, and the between-group differences were statistically insignificant (P>0.05). Of the markedly effective and improved cases, the effect-lasting time in group A was significantly different from that in group B and C (P<0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture at Tianshu (ST 25) alone is an effective method in treating senile intractable constipation.

Microbiology 1992;0(01):-
In recent years, more and more researchers have realized the possibility that algicidal bacteria could be a useful tool in reducing the impact of harmful algae blooms. In this review, the ecological roles of algicidal substances was briefly discussed, then special emphasis placed on the categories and extract methods of algicidal substances which have been reported. Some ideas for the further studies on algicidal substances were also proposed.
8. Optimazation of preparation of syringopicrosides PLGA nanopartides by central composite design-response surface methodology
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2019;50(17):4108-4113
Objective: To optimize the formulation of syringopicrosides poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid, PLGA) nanoparticles (Syr-NPs). Methods: Syr-NPs were prepared by nanoprecipitation method. The encapsulation efficiency (EE), drug loading (DL), average particle size and general evaluation "normalized value" were used as evaluation indexes. The central composite design was used to inspect the effects of the concentration of PLGA (A), the concentration of syringopicrosides (B), the ratio of aqueous phase to organic phase (C) on three evaluation indexes mentioned above and the "normalized value" ofgeneral evaluation. Prediction and analysis for selecting the best prescription condition were carried out by using the central composite design-response surface method. Results: The concentration of PLGA, the concentration of syringopicrosides and the ratio of aqueous phase to organic phase according to the optimized prescription were 9.63 mg/mL, 12.88 mg/mL and 1:9.46, respectively; And the EE, drug loading and average particle diameter of Syr-NPs prepared according to the optimized prescription were (27.86 ± 0.87)%, (7.02 ± 0.15)%, and (110.0 ± 1.20) nm, respectively. Conclusion: This method is stable and feasible and can be used to optimize the formulation and preparation process of syringopicrosides wrapped inside with PLGA nanoparticles.
