Objective To explore the function of p53 on regulating the expression of miR-148b in lung cancer cell line PC-9 and its corresponding molecular mechanism and the impact on cell proliferation. Methods Transient transfection of p53 eukaryotic expressing plasmids into lung cancer cell line PC-9 was performed to establish a cell model over-expressing p53. RT-PCR was used to explicit the impact of p53 on the expression of miR-148b. A reporter vector containing miR-148b promoter was used to investigate the function of p53 on regulating the transcription of miR-148b. Low-expressing miR-148b by transfecting its specific inhibitors , a CCK-8 assay was performed to explore the influence of miR-148b on the lung cancer cell proliferation inhibited by p53. Results Over-expression of p53 promoted miR-148b expression in lung cancer cell line PC-9. P53 could increase the luciferase activity driven by miR-148b promoters. Knockdown of miR-148b attenuated the impact of p53 on inhibiting the proliferation of PC-9 cells. Conclusion P53 inhibits the proliferation of lung cancer cell line PC-9 partially depending on miR-148b.

The effectiveness and safety of acupuncture-moxibustion for the treatment of agrypnia was systematically reviewed. The clinical randomized controlled trial (RCT) of acupuncture-moxibustion for agrypnia were collected. The literature and document on acupuncture-moxibustion RCT for the treatment of agrypnia that published from January of 2001 to March of 2012 was searched with computer in PubMed, CNKI, Wanfang and VIP database. According to Cochrane Handbook 5. 1. 0, the bias risk and quality assessment were performed on every included trial and RevMan 5. 0 software was applied to make the Meta analysis. Totally 14 researches were included, involving 2662 cases. The Meta analysis showed that the differences of total effective rate between acupuncture-moxibustion and clinical routine treatment were significant [RR = 1.16, 95% CI (1.12, 1.19), Z = 9.32, P < 0.000 01]. The results indicate that total effective rate of acupuncture-moxibustion for agrypnia is obviously superior to that of clinical routine treatment, meaning clinical efficacy of acupuncture-moxibustion is served credit.

5.Localization and pathological examination of sentinel lymph node during operation in gastric cancer.
Chinese Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery 2005;8(1):29-31
OBJECTIVETo evaluate the application of sentinel lymph node (SLN) biopsy in diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
METHODSThirty- eight patients with gastric cancer were divided into three groups (T(1); T(2); T(3)) according to tumor invasion depth. SLN was localized using methyl blue injection method. Metastatic lymph nodes were detected by immunohistochemical staining of cytokeratin (CK- 19).
RESULTSSLN(S ) were detected in all 38 patients and lymph node metastasis occurred in 18 cases. The sensitivity, false- negative rate, and diagnostic accuracy of SLN for lymph node metastasis were 83.3% 16.7% and 92.1% respectively. The diagnostic accuracy was 100% in T1 cases without false- negative cases, 94.1% in T(2) cases with one false- negative case, 75% in T(3) cases with two false- negative cases.
CONCLUSIONThe method of injecting methylene blue around the primary tumor is a feasible method that can determine SLN localization during operation.

Weightlessness environment can lead to the muscle atrophy and body fluid distribution upward, which can cause the bone calcium metabolism disorder and always accompanied by the loss of bone microstructure and increased rate of bone fracture. Under microgravity, the astronauts are much easier to decrease the Ca2+ ion in bone, which can cause serious osteoporosis. However the bone lost is not equilibrium, it is especially serious in the mechanism loading bone and the recovery process is more difficult. These are very different from the osteoporosis in older people and postmenopausal osteoporosis. It is necessary to find an optimal method to due with it. In traditional Chinese medicine theory, the kidney stores "Jing" and dominates the bone, thus a lot of bone related diseases can be treated through the kidney. A lot of clinical practices have also proved that the Chinese herbs used under the guidance of basic Chinese medicine theory are always good at the treatment of common osteoporosis. In simulated weightlessness experiment, people found that the kidney nourishment drugs do can prevent the decrease of BMD. So in this article we want to review the causes of weightlessness and the potentials applications of tradition Chinese medicine in the treatment of weightlessness osteoporosis.

Chinese Journal of Traumatology 2006;9(5):308-315
Differentiation, the stepwise specialization of cells, and transdifferentiation, the apparent switching of one cell type into another, capture much of the stem cell spotlight. But dedifferentiation, the developmental reversal of a cell before it reinvents itself, is an important process too. In multicellular organisms, cellular dedifferentiation is the major process underlying totipotency, regeneration and formation of new stem cell lineages. In humans, dedifferentiation is often associated with carcinogenesis. The study of cellular dedifferentiation in animals, particularly early events related to cell fate-switch and determination, is limited by the lack of a suitable, convenient experimental system. The classic example of dedifferentiation is limb and tail regeneration in urodele amphibians, such as salamanders. Recently, several investigators have shown that certain mammalian cell types can be induced to dedifferentiate to progenitor cells when stimulated with the appropriate signals or materials. These discoveries open the possibility that researchers might enhance the endogenous regenerative capacity of mammals by inducing cellular dedifferentiation in vivo.

Objective To analyze the region cluster and risk factors of hypertension in the Chinese adult population and to explore the application of multilevel regression model in the risk factors of hypertension. Methods Multi-stage random sampling technique was used to choose 15 540 individuals aged 35-74 years from 10 regions in China. Two-level logistic regression models were fitted under MLwiN 2.02 software. Results The region cluster of hypertension existed and variance portion coefficient was 3.1%. After adjusting for the age and gender, overall obese people (BMI≥28 kg/m2) were 4.50(95%CI: 4.00-5.06) times, overweight people (BMI=24-27.9 kg/m2) were 2.26 (95%CI: 2.07-2.46) times more likely to be hypertensive as compared with those of normal BMI (18.5-23.9 kg/m2), and those centrally obesive people (Waist circumference≥85 cm in male or 80 cm in female) were 2.62 (95%CI: 2.42-2.83) times more likely to be hypertensive as compared with those of normal WC. The age-and gender-adjusted odds ratios (Ors) of triglyceride (TG), serum total cholesterol (TC), glucose, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) , high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and drinking alcohol were 2.10 (95% CI: 1.89-2.33) , 2.08 (95% CI: 1.84-2.35) , 1.85 (95% CI: 1.60-2.14) , 1.58 (95% CI: 1.38-1.81), 1.49(95%CI: 1.32-1.69) and 1.15(95%CI: 1.05-1.27), respectively. Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension was not only affected by individual risk factors, such as obesity, drinking alcohol, abnormal glucose and serum lipids profile, but also affected by the geographic environment where people resided in. Population-and risk factors targeted strategies, proved a promising way to reduce individual risk of hypertension in the primary prevention of hypertension.

Chinese Health Economics 2018;37(1):5-8
"Healthy China" is an important component of Chinese governance system. It is not a simple combination of piecemeal health policies, but a system where multiple organizations and policies perform coordinately and well-functionally.Its key components include health policy system, major participants, institutional arrangement and supporting measures.Medical policies, health promotion policies and social policies that influence population health are three subsystems of health policy system.Government, market (enterprise) and individuals are major participants of building a healthy China. An administrative system that protects health,a well-functioned market economy that promotes health, and a system of social mobilization that encourages individuals to improve health are all essential for "Healthy China".Accordingly, progress in legislation, financing, human resources and technology shoult be in place.Considering its complexity,it suggests that China should take advantage of policy experimentation to find out a feasible way to achieve the goals of "Healthy China".

OBJECTIVETo compare the diagnostic value of gadolinium diethylenetriaminepenta-acetic acid (Gd-DTPA)-enhanced MRI with ultrasmall superparamagnetic iron oxide (USPIO)-enhanced MRI in differentiating reactive hyperplastic lymph nodes from metastatic lymph nodes in rabbit models.
METHODSReactive hyperplastic cervical lymph node model was established in 18 rabbits as hyperplasia group, and tumor-bearing lymph node model was established in another 18 rabbits as tumor group. For Gd-DTPA-enhanced MRI, T1WI and T2WI were performed on 9 animals of each model, and T1WI was acquired 80 seconds after administration of Gd-DTPA. For USPIO-enhanced MRI, T1WI, T2WI and T2*WI were performed on another 9 animals of each model before and 24 hours after administration of USPIO. MRI images were analyzed and correlated with surgical specimens and pathological results.
RESULTSIn the tumor group, the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of Gd-DTPA-enhanced MRI were 62.5%, 91.3%, 88.2%, 70.0% and 76.6%, respectively. The corresponding values of USPIO-enhanced MRI were 95.0%, 90.9%, 90.5%, 95.2% and 92.9%, respectively. The sensitivity and accuracy of USPIO-enhanced MRI differ significantly from those of Gd-DTPA-enhanced MRI. In the hyperplasia group, the accuracy of Gd-DTPA-enhanced MRI was 74.2%, while 87.1% for USPIO-enhanced MRI.
CONCLUSIONUSPIO-enhanced MRI has higher accuracy in diagnosing metastatic lymph nodes than Gd-DTPA-enhanced MRI.
