2.Misdiagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy:A Clinical Analysis of 48 Cases
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(12):2150-2151
Objective To investigate the causes of ectopic pregnancy misdiagnosis. Thus we can increase the rate of early diagnosis and avoid complications that could threaten life. Methods 48 cases which were misdiagnesed were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 48 cases,28 cases were misdiagnosed as intrauterine pregnancy, accounting for 58.3%,of which 16 cases were early pregnancy;12 cases were threatened abortion;7 cases were acute inflammation annex;6 cases were acute appendicitis;2 cases were acute gastroenteritis;3 cases were corpus luteum rupture;and 2 cases were dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Conclusion The complicated clinical manifestation of ectopic pregnancy makes misdiagnosis easy to happen. In order to reduce the rate of misdiagnosis, clinical practitioners should strengthen the professional quality, make a detailed inquiry on the history of illness and inspect carefully.
3.The extracorporeal membrane oxygenation related complications and prevention
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2017;24(2):144-148
The complications of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation ( ECMO ) include technical relevance complications and physical relevance complications. The former mainly includes dysfunction of oxygenation,cannula-related problems, technical relevance hemolysis, blood clots of oxygenator or rest of the circuit. The latter includes hemorrhage and embolism,culture-confirmed infection, renal failure and neurologic complications. One of the most reported complications of ECMO is hemorrhage. It′s important for reducing mortality and improving prognosis through stricting with the indications of ECMO,strengthening team cooper-ation,closely clinical monitoring and early identifying complications. In this paper,we introduced complica-tions of ECMO as well as how to prevent and treat it.
4.Effect of antiinflammatio No.6 on the oxidative burst of rat peritoneal macrophages
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(04):-
Antiinflammatio No. 6 (AI6) is an effective anti-infective drug composed of four traditional Chinese medicines, namely, Lonicera japonica Thunb, Taraxacum mongolican I-Iand-Mazz, Isatis tinctoria L. and Houttuynia cordata Thunb. It was demonstrated in our experiments that the drug was able to enhance the oxidative burst of rat peritoneal macrophages as shown by increased production of H_2O_2 and exaggerated reduction of nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT). It seems likely that by these means AI6 could promote the bactericidal function of macrophagcs. NBT rcduction of macrophages was examined both by spectrophotometric quantification and electromicroscopic observation.
5.Relationship between erythrocyte rheological properties and RBC superoxide dismutase, plasma malondialdehyde level in patients with high altitude polycythemia
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(05):-
AIM: To study the relationShip between erythrocyte rheological properties and lipid peroxidation in patients with high altitude polycythemia (HAPC). METHODS: Erythrocyte filtration index (EFI), RBC immune function, RBC superoxide dismutase (RBC - SOD) and plasna malondialdehyde (MDA) in 86 patients with HAPC and 88 healthy subjects at different altitudes (3300 m or 4080 m) were measured.RESULTS: EFI, RBC immune complex flower rate (RBCICFR) and plasma MDA level were increased, RBC - SOD and RBC C3b receptor flower rate (RBC C3b RFR )were decreased in pattenes with HAPC. There were masked difference between HAPC patients and healthy subjects. With increasing altitude, EFI, RBCICFR and plasma MDA level in HAPC patients were in- creased markedly, but RBC - SOD and RBC C3b RFR were decreased obviously. RBC - SOD was in negative corre- laton with EEI and RBCICFR, and positive correlation with RBCC3bRFR.Relationship betWeen plasma MDA level and hove mentioned para - meters were reversed. CONCLUSION: Lipid peroxidation in patients with HAPC were increased with increasing altitudes, which may be an important cause of decreasing erythrocyte deformability.

China Pharmacy 1991;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the influence of different dosages of 60Co-? irradiation on the effective components of Chinese Angelica and Codonoposis Pilosulae.METHODS:Qualitative analysis was performed with TLC.The content of feluric acid in Chinese Angelica was measured with HPLC and that of polysaccharide in Codonoposis Pilosulae was determined with phenol-sulfuric acid method.RESULTS:After irradiation and 6-month storage, the quality and quantity of components of two herbs remained unchanged.CONCLUSION:60Co-? ray irradiation can be adopted for preservation of Chinese Angelica and Codonoposis Pilosulae.
7.Health Status of Children's Respiratory Systems and Analysis of Influential Factors in Benxi
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(02):-
Objective To evaluate the health effects of ambient air pollution on the respiratory systems of school children and screen the risk factors associated with respiratory diseases in order to propose air pollution control measures and to protect susceptible population. Methods The air pollution monitoring data were obtained from the local environmental protection bureau. Six thousand elementary school pupils (grade 1 and grade 6, half girls and half boys) were selected from light and heavy air pollution areas. Respiratory health states were assessed by investigation of the children's respiratory symptoms and diseases using a parent-completed questionnaire. The results were analyzed by non-conditional logistic regression analysis to calculate ORs of respiratory symptoms and diseases and 95% confidence intervals, after adjustment for air pollution levels, age, sex, indoor coal-burning, parents' smoking, ventilation and parents' respiratory disease history. Results TSP in lightly and heavily air-polluted areas were 0.59 mg/m3 and 1.02 mg/m3 respectively (P

Conclusion The present technology was efficient, practical and economical.
9.How to nutritional support for pediatric liver failure
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2017;24(1):13-16
Malnutrition occurs as a result of inadequate nutrient intake, malabsorption and altered me-tabolism in pediatric liver failure. Malnutrition may be associated with a poor outcome. The current evidence indicates that the provision of adjunctive nutritional support ( parenteral nutrition or enteral nutrition or nutri-tional supplements) to patients with a variety of liver diseases. It may be reasonable to start enteral nutrition in 5 to 7 days in acute liver failure or hepatic coma. According to individualized appropriate nutritional evalu-ation,the metabolic demand,to provide appropriate nutritional support in pediatric liver failure.
10.Determination of Flavonoids in Different Parts and Different Harvesting Seasons of Hypericum japonicum
China Pharmacy 2005;0(21):-
OBJECTIVE: To determine the contents of flavonoids in different part and different harvesting seasons of Hypericum japonicum.METHODS: The total content of flavonoids in H.japonicum was determined by colorimetry and the contents of quercetin, rutin and isorhamnetin in H.japonicum were determined by HPLC.RESULTS: The H.japonicum harvested in different seasons showed no significant difference in terms of the contents of total flavonoids.H.japonicum from Guangxi province contained no isorhamnetin but which was rich in the contents of quercetin and rutin. In H.japonicum, the content of total flavonoids was rich in the seeds and leaves but poor in the roots, and hardly had isorhamnetin, quercetin and rutin been detected in the roots.CONCLUSION:H.japonicum harvested in the spring season is low and small in size with low-yield;therefore,fall is its optimal harvesting season.Furthermore, the specification in Chinese Pharmacopeia that the medicinal part of H.japonicum is the entire herb has been proved to be scientific.
