1.Achievement motivation analysis and evaluation at basic medical education stage
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2012;(11):1196-1200
Objective To explore college students'achievement motivation level at basic medical education stage and its influencing factors.Method Achievement motivation scale and open questionnaire were applied in 223 college students at basic medical education stage. The effect of multiple influential factors on achievement motivation was analyzed from the perspectives of pursing for success and avoiding errors by multiple linear regression. Results The results showed that 70.4% students had low achievement motivation level.Multiple factors had linear regression relation with Ms and Mf(RMs=0.644,RMf=0.898).Academic self assessment and learning attitude can increase the motivation for success significantly(P<0.001).Performance evaluation and learning objective can significantly increase the motivation for avoiding errors(P<0.001).Conclusion The study and application of achievement motivation can improve education quality at basic medical education stage.
3.Impact of early rehabilitation on cognitive function of patients with acute stroke
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(17):2621-2623
Objective To investigate the influence of early rehabilitation on cognitive function of patients with acute stroke. Methods 120 acute stroke patients were selected as research subjects, and according to the digital table, they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.ESS,BI,QOF and NCSE Scale were used to evaluate the limb function, quality of life, cognitive function of patients before and after treatment. Results After treatment,ESS score was higher than before treatment. After treatment,ESS score of the study group was (81.4 ±7.7) points, which was significantly higher than the control group (75.1 ± 4.5) points (t =5.47,P < 0.05).BI,QOF score after treatment were higher than before treatment.BI,QOF score in the study group were (67.3 ± 16.7) points,(8.2 ± 0.4) points respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the control group [(58.2 ± 14.5) points,(7.6 ± 0.7) points] (t =3.19,5.77,all P < 0.05).After treatment, the scores of cognitive function in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (t =4.21,7.33,4.77,2.86,7.48,4.06,7.11,4.92,7.23,4.11,all P < 0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation treatment can improve the patients' neurological deficit, improve the patients' limb movement disorder and cognitive function, improve quality of life.

5.A case of anastomotic leak after surgery for type A aortic dissection treated by occluder
Clinical Medicine of China 2019;35(2):181-182
Anastomotic leak after aortic dissection surgery is a common and critical complication.Interventional therapy is less invasive and effective. This case reported that anastomotic leak was found after surgery for type A aortic dissection. The risk of reoperation was high. The minimally invasive method was used to release the ocduder to the anastomotic leak. The effect was accurate.
6.Clinical efficacies of full-thickness suturing plus subcutaneous negative pressure drainage in the prevention of postoperative abdominal wound infection: a report of 68 cases
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2015;14(1):56-58
From April 2011 to October 2013,68 patients scheduled for complex hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery underwent full-thickness suturing of abdominal incision with subcutaneous negative pressure drainage. There was no such complications as wound dehiscence or sinus formation.Except for 2 cases of wound infection, primary healing was achieved. Two infected cases were followed up for 1 year and there was incisional hernia. The full-thickness suturing of abdominal incision plus subcutaneous negative pressure drainage could prevent postoperative wound infection and promote wound healing. And this simple and practical approach is worthy of wider clinical application.
7.Information service of medical academic libraries in countryside
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2013;(12):39-41
After an analysis of the urgent need of systematic medical information service in village and township hospitals and doctors and the advantageous conditions for medical academic libraries to provide information service for them, its imple-mentation strategies were proposed and how to promote the construction of libraries and the development of medical cause in villages and townships by providing information service in countryside were pointed out.
8.Application of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in stroke prevention
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2015;(2):121-124
Ambulatorybloodpressuremonitoring(ABPM)providesmoreextensiveclinical information than clinical casual blood pressure. It can effectively identify w hite coat hypertension and masked hypertension and is superior to clinical casual blood pressure in predicting stroke risk. Both daytime and nighttime systolic blood pressures are the independent predictors of stroke, and the predictive value of nighttime systolic blood pressure is higher. In addition, ABPM can also be used to evaluate the blood pressure response and control during the primary and secondary stroke prevention. This article review s the application of ABPM in stroke prevention.
9.Progresses of miRNA associated with lipid metabolism in breast milk
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;41(1):51-54
Human breast milk contains a good balance of nutrients. In recent years, researchers have found that it contains not only abundant nutrients, but also different active components, and MicroRNAs (miRNA) are included.MiRNA are endogenous non-coding RNA,consisting of 21 to 25 nucleotides in length. They play an important role in regulating a variety of biological processes. In the miRNA confirmed in human breast milk,let-7、miRNA-30b and miRNA-378 are highly expressed and researches have already demonstrated that these miRNA are participating in the regulation of adipocytes differentiation, lipid accumulation and sugar and lipid metabolism.
10.Effect of Long-term Treatment with Removing Heat and Dampness and Regulating Collateral Method on Urinary Protein in Patients of Chronic Nephritis
Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(04):-
Objective: To observe effect of long-term treatment with removing heat and dampness and regulating collateral method on urinary protein in the patient of chronic nephritis. Methods: 43 cases of chronic nephritis were treated by removing heat and dampness and regulating collateral method for one year and the therapeutic effect was observed. Results: Proteinuria was obviously improved in the patient of chronic nephritis. Conclusion: The removing heat and dampness and regulating collateral method is effective for chronic proteinuria in the patient of chronic nephritis. Tripterygium Wilfordii is beneficial to control of proteinuria.
