Objective To explore college students'achievement motivation level at basic medical education stage and its influencing factors.Method Achievement motivation scale and open questionnaire were applied in 223 college students at basic medical education stage.The effect of multiple influential factors on achievement motivation was analyzed from the perspectives of pursing for success and avoiding errors by multiple linear regression.Results The results showed that 70.4％ students had low achievement motivation level.Multiple factors had linear regression relation with Ms and Mf(RMs=0.644,RMf=0.898).Academic self assessment and learning attitude can increase the motivation for success significantly(P＜0.001).Performance evaluation and learning objective can significantly increase the motivation for avoiding errors(P＜0.001).Conclusion The study and application of achievement motivation can improve education quality at basic medical education stage.

Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of schistosomiasis in Wuhu County from 2012 to 2016,so as to pro-vide the reference for adjusting the control strategy. Methods The data of schistosomiasis prevention and control in Wuhu County from 2012 to 2016 were collected and longitudinally analyzed. Results Since 2013,the average infection rate of schisto-somiasis in the population decreased year by year,and the infection rate decreased to 0 in 2016. Since 2012,the infection rate of livestock was 0. The area with Oncomelania hupensis snails decreased year by year,but it drastically rebounded in 2016. No schistosome-infected snails were found since 2012. Conclusions Schistosomiasis epidemic is effectively controlled in Wuhu County,but there is a possibility of recovery. In the next stage,we should focus on strengthening the control of snails and import-ed infectious sources in order to consolidate the achievements of prevention and control.

Objective To develop a secure network system to monitor the temperatures in baby incubators.Methods By utilizing patented TAV temperature monitoring system,the running status of temperature-controlled equipments was recorded in digital way,and then it was analyzed and managed dynamically;and real time alarms could be given through networks.Results This system is a kind of security devices independent of baby incubators and can monitor temperatures in baby incubators well.Conclusion This system will not affect original functions of baby incubators,instead it can well monitor the temperatures in both imported and domestic incubators,so that it can improve the safety of facilities being used while decrease medical accidents.

The incidence of invasive fungal infections has increased dramatically in recent years.However,the traditional methods used in routine practice for the diagnosis of invasive fungal infections could not meet the requirements.The detection of specific fungal antigens by serological methods will have a widely applications in near future.Fungal DNA detecting by molecular biological technique is the most promising technique and it will make high speed selecting to clinic specimens possible.

Objective:To explore the depressive patients'implicit self-esteem level and its stability.Methods: IAT(Implicit Association test)and SES(self-esteem scale)were used to measure the depressive patients'implicit self-esteem and explicit self-esteem(n=30).Both 2?2 design between subjects(patients and normal controls) and the failure feedback task were employed to explore the implicit self-esteem's stability of depressive patients.Re- sults:(1)The implicit self-esteem of the two groups had no difference(270.2?103.7/283.3?172.1,t'=0.35, P=0.72).(2)The explicit self-esteem was lower than the implicit self-esteem in depressed persons(-0.05?0.74/-0.62?0.86,z=2.38,P

Objective To investigate the anti -inflammatory effects of combination of sinomenine and meth-otrexate on adjuvant arthritis (AA)in rats.Methods Rats were randomly divided into the model group,the sinomen-ine group(SIN):intragastric administration of the sinomenine,the methotrexate group(MTX),methotrexate combined with sinomenine(SIN +MTX).Another 12 rats were assigned as blank control group,gavage volume of saline.The arthritis index and the paws swelling were recorded,and the levels of IL -1β,TNF -αin serum were determined by ELISA.Results (1)Compared with the normal group,the arthritis index and the paws swelling were increased signif-icantly in the model group(all P <0.05).The serum levels of IL -1βand TNF -αwere also increased significantly in the model group(all P <0.05).(2)The combination treatment provided a dramatically inhibitory effect on second-ary reaction of AA,and the serum levels of IL -1βand TNF -αwere significantly decreased;(3)The combined med-icine group could not only control inflammation,but also effectively protect the bones by reducing the generating of osteoclasts.Conclusion The combined medicine group of sinomenine and methotrexate can suppress AA rats'sec-ondary arthrocele and its arthritis index score.In this way,the arthritis symptom of AA rat is relieved,the levels of TNF -αand IL -1 in serum are reduced.In a word,compared with using sinomenine alone,the medicine combination of sinomenine and methotrexate has better therapeutical effect on RA.

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a kind of complex autoimmune connective tissue disease involving multi-organ and multiple systems.And the cardiovascular complication is a major cause of mortality in SLE patients.The diagnosis and evaluation depend on imaging.As a non-invasive,simplicity and repeatability method,echocardiography plays a vital role in evaluating heart structure and function.The application of echocardiography in the SLE with cardiovascular complications were reviewed in this article.

Objective To search the effective approach of diagnosis for primarygallbladder carcinoma.Methods A retrospective analysis on clincal pathological data was made for 28 cases of primary gallbladdercarcinoma treated in our hospital from April,2002 to August,2007.Results The presenting symptom of 24 patients was right upper abdominal pain and chief complaint of 3 patients was jaundice.The accurate diagnosis rate preoperative was 96.43%.42.86%of the patients was accompanied with gallstone.In this study,the long-term survivor was in Nevin's Stage Ⅱ.The 1-year overal survival rate was 38.46%.Conclusion The primary gallbladdercarcinoma has no typical symptom.The check of imageology is very important.It is important for enhancing early diagnosis rate to pay more attention to the exist of gallbladdercarcinoma and screen patients in acceptable crowd by combining B-mode ultrasonography with tumor markers, such as CA199,CEA,and so on.

Objective To investigate the causes of ectopic pregnancy misdiagnosis.Thus we can increase the rate of early diagnosis and avoid complications that could threaten life.Methods 48 cases which were misdiagnesed were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of the 48 cases,28 cases were misdiagnosed as intrauterine pregnancy,accounting for 58.3%,of which 16 cases were early pregnancy;12 cases were threatened abortion;7 cases were acute inflammation annex;6 cases were acute appendicitis;2 cases were acute gastroenteritis;3 cases were corpus luteum rupture;and 2 cases were dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Conclusion The complicated clinical manifestation of ectopic pregnancy makes misdiagnosis easy to happen.In order to reduce the rate of misdiagnosis,clinical practitioners should strengthen the professional quality,make a detailed inquiry on the history of illness and inspect carefully.
