Modern Clinical Nursing 2015;14(10):20-24
Objective To explore the effect of family constellation therapy on the spouses of female tumor patients . Methods Two hundred and two spouses of 202 female tumor patients were divided to the control group ( n = 43 ) and experiment group according to their wills(n=159):the former were intervened with health education and skills training and the latter trained in a workshop with family constellation by psychology training specialists in addition to health intervention and skill training intervention. After the intervention, the two groups were compared in terms of quality of life, family function and marriage status. Result The total scores of the experiment group on quality of life , social relationship and environment were all higher than those of the control group (all P<0.05) and the experiment group got higher score in trusting their spouses than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The family constellation can improve female tumor patients'quality of life and promote the trust in their spouses.

Aim To explore the effect of exogenous nerve growth factor(NGF) on tau hyperphosphorylation in rat hippocampus during focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion(I/R).Methods Focal cerebral ischemi-a/reperfusion model was induced by occlusion of the right middle cerebral artery using the intraluminal suture method. The level of tau hyperphosphorylation at Ser199/202 site and total tau in rat ispolateral hippocampal CA1 regions during focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion were detected by SABC immunohistochemical method and Western blot, and the positive products were analyzed by image analysis system. Results The level of tau hyperphosphorylation at Ser199/202 site and total tau in rat hippocampal CA1 regions were significantly higher in I/R group than that in sham group(P

Objective To investigate the expression of p57kip2 and cyclin D1 in human brain glioma and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of p57kip2 and cyclin D1 was detected by SP immunohistochemical technique in brain glioma(n=55) and normal brain tissues(n=10).Results Positive rate of p57kip2 protein in the 55 cases of brain glioma was 38.2%(21/55),significantly lower than that in normal brain tissues(80%,P

OBJECTIVE:To estimate the cost-effectiveness of4therapeutic regi mens in the treatment of candidal vaginitis.METHODS:182out-patients with candidal vaginitis in the hospital where the authors worked were randomly di?vided into4groups:baofukang suppository group(A),miconazole suppository+miconazole cream group(B),povidone Iodine ointment group(C),and luohuazizhu suppository group(D),medical economy was applied to analyze the cost-effectiveness.RESULTS:The costs in4groups were56.2yuan,69.4yuan,75.3yuan,and53.9yuan respectively; The effective rates were93.3%,91.3%,91.3,and80.0%respectively;The ratios of cost to effectiveness were0.60,0.76,0.82,and0.67re?spectively;Compared with D,the added cost-effectiveness ratio of A,B,C are0.17,1.37and1.89respectively.CONCLU?SION:Baofukang suppository is a preferable drug to treat candidal vaginitis.

AIM:To investigate the effect of calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)on the expression of cyclic AMP response element binding protein(CREB)and phosphorylated-CREB in rat parietal cortex during focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion(I/R).METHODS:Focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion model was induced by occlusion of the right middle cerebral artery using the intraluminal suture method. The expressions of CREB and phospho-CREB in the parietal cortex in different groups(sham group, focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion group and CGRP group)were detected with immunohistochemistry and Western blotting, and the positive products were analyzed by image analysis system.RESULTS:There was definite expression of CREB in right parietal cortex in sham group, while it was lesser in I/R group than that in sham group, but it became more in CGRP group than that in I/R group(P

Objective To verify the accuracy of detecting part of biochemical markers of the new"B&G System".Methods Blood serum creatinine(SCr),urea nitrogen(BUN),serum uric acid(UA),Ca or P of the same serum example were detected by"B&G System"and Hitachi 7170S automatic biochemistry analysis instrument (7170S) respectively. Each biochemical marker was divided into two teams on the basis of measure values of 7170S, and then measure values of two methods were compared. If there were significant differences, the biochemical mark- ers's detection program of"B&G System"was corrected, and then measure values of two methods of corresponding biochemical markers were compared. Results Two methods' measure values of SCr of abnormal team,BUN of each team,SUA of each team and P of each team weren't significantly different, measure values of SCr of normal team,Ca of two teams were significantly different. After corrected"B&G System",two methods' measure values of sCr of normal team,Ca of two teams weren't significantly different. Conclusion"B&G System"through correction could accurately detect biochemical markers, and it's worth applicating in clinic.

Purpose The aim is to study the inhibiting effect s of nineteen amino acids to E.coli,St.aureus and B.Subtilis.Metho ds The qualitative inhibition of nineteen amino acids on E.coli ,St.aureus and B.Subtilis was determined using filter papers treated by saturated amino acids placed on the bacteria medium dish. The quantitative inhibi ting effects of the amino acids which were proved to have inhibition to these th ree bacteria were determined in the bacteria LB medium with different concentrations of amin o acids. Results It was indicated that cysteine was used to in hibit St.aureus.The best inhibiting time was 6 hours, and the optimum of concentrat ion was 0.625% in which the inhibiting rate was 92.62%.Conclusion Cysteine could inhibit St. aureus.

ObjectiveTo preliminarily investigate the relationship between the chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotypes, 2a and 1b, and thyroid hormone levels and autoantibodies. MethodsIn patients who were admitted to our hospital and diagnosed with chronic hepatitis C from October 2013 to December 2014, reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction was performed to determine the HCV genotype. A total of 196 patients with HCV genotype 2a or 1b were enrolled as subjects. The levels of thyroid hormone and thyroid autoantibodies were determined by chemiluminescence immunoassay, and the relationship between the HCV genotype and thyroid function was analyzed. Between-group comparison of continuous data was performed by t test, and the risk factors were evaluated by logistic regression analysis. ResultsIn the 196 patients with hepatitis C, 57.7% (n=113) were infected with HCV-2a, and 42.3% (n=83) were infected with HCV-1b. There were no significant differences in levels of thyroid hormone and thyroid autoantibodies between patients with HCV-2a and HCV-1b (P>0.05). In the 92 patients who were treated with interferon, there were no significant differences in levels of thyroid hormone and thyroid autoantibodies between patients with HCV-2a and HCV-1b (P>0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the genotype classification was not a risk factor for abnormal thyroid autoantibodies (OR=2.012, P>0.05). ConclusionThere is no intrinsic link between chronic HCV genotype classification and thyroid function. The genotype classification has no substantial effect on thyroid function.
