Objective To verify the accuracy of detecting part of biochemical markers of the new"B&G System".Methods Blood serum creatinine(SCr),urea nitrogen(BUN),serum uric acid(UA),Ca or P of the same serum example were detected by"B&G System"and Hitachi 7170S automatic biochemistry analysis instrument (7170S) respectively.Each biochemical marker was divided into two teams on the basis of measure values of 7170S, and then measure values of two methods were compared.If there were significant differences,the biochemical mark- ers's detection program of"B&G System"was corrected,and then measure values of two methods of corresponding biochemical markers were compared.Results Two methods' measure values of SCr of abnormal team,BUN of each team,SUA of each team and P of each team weren't significantly different,measure values of SCr of normal team,Ca of two teams were significantly different.After corrected"B&G System",two methods' measure values of sCr of normal team,Ca of two teams weren't significantly different.Conclusion"B&G System"through correction could accurately detect biochemical markers,and it's worth applicating in clinic.

Objective:To evaluate the effects of platform switching and platform matching system on the marginal bone resorption a-round implant.Methods:Randomized controlled trials (RCTs)that compared marginal bone loss around platform-switched implants with platform matched prostheses were selected from PubMed,EMbase,CBM,CNKI and other electronic databases supplemented by hand search and retrospective collection of literature published or unpublished between 1 991 -201 4.The literature based on inclusion and exclusion criteria was screened by 2 revieweres independently,the quality of the included studies was evaluated,the data were extracted using RevMan 5.2 software for Meta-analysis.Results:1 4 studies with 1 331 implants were included.Meta-analysis showed that peri-implant bone resorption in the platform switching group was significantly less than that in the platform matching group[MD =-0.51 ,95% CI:(-0.72 -0.30),P <0.01 ].Subgroup analysis showed that the implant-abutment diameter difference >0.45 mm (unilateral)was more favorable to implant marginal bone preservation.Conclusion:The present data suggest that platform-switched technology is more conducive to implant bone preservation than platform-matched method.

Objective To observe effect of environmental enrichment on the learning and memory ability and the expressions of hypoxia inducible factor 1α (HIF-1a) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in rats with chronic cerebral hypoperfusion.Methods A total of 40 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: bilateral vascular occlusion (2VO) of the common carotid arteries group (n=14, 2VO group), 2VO + enriched environment (EE) group (n=14, 2VO+EE group) and sham group (n=12, SHAM group).Morris water maze, novel object recognition test, real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (real-time RT-PCR), immunohistochemistry methods and Western blotting were used to detect changes in learning and memory ability of rats and HIF-1α and VEGF expression levels in hippocampus.Results Morris water maze showed that the escape latency was longer in the 2VO group than in the SHAM group at 3, 4 and 5 day during the training (all P＜0.05), while the 2VO+EE group spent significantly less time in finding the platform as compared with the 2VO group at 4 and 5 day (both P＜0.05).The time for space exploration in target quadrant was less in 2VO group than in SHAM group (P＜0.05), while it was longer in 2VO +EE group than in 2VO group (P＜0.05).Novel object recognition test showed that the 2VO operation impaired the priority index (PI) of time spending at exploring the novel object (P＜0.05), and environmental enrichment could improve the PI in 2VO group (P＜0.05).The real-time RT-PCR and Western blotting showed that the HIF-1α mRNA expression was higher in 2VO group than in SHAM group (P＜0.05).The VEGF mRNA and protein expressions were higher in 2VO+EE group than in 2VO group (both P＜0.05).The expression of HIF-1α in hippocampal CA1 area was higher in 2VO group than in SHAM group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Environmental enrichment can alleviate the damages of spatial and non-spatial learning and memory ability which are caused by chronic cerebral hypoperfusion.And HIF-1α and its downstream gene VEGF may be involved in the restoration of cognitive function by enriched environment.

Objective To understand the levels of psychological distress in patients with lung cancer,and analyze the reason and influential factors. Methods The general information of the patients and the distress thermometer(DT) were used to carry out the cross-sectional study in 117 patients with lung cancer received treatments from September 2013 to January 2014. Results The score of psychological distress in patients with lung cancer was (3.10±1.70) points,and 56 patients (47.9%) had the significant psychological distress (DT score≥4 points). The main cause of lung cancer psychological distress ranking in the top 10, in turn, was fear, pain, fatigue, sleep problems, fear, tension, economic problems, eating, breathing, constipation. Mutiple linear regression analysis showed that the number of chemotherapy, age, vocation could affect the total score of distress. Conclusions The patients with lung cancer have obvious psychological distress. Emotional and physical problems of the patients are the main reason of psychological distress of patients with lung cancer.The number of chemotherapy,age,vocation of the patients are related to the psychological distress of patients with lung cancer.

ObjectiveThe purpose of this paper is to grade hypervascularized mass lesions in CE MR imaging of the breast by analyzing morphology and dynamic characteristics.MethodsCriteria for the evaluation of breast MR findings were used,including the analysis of shape,margin,internal enhancement characteristics,initialenhancementphase,anddelayedphaseenhancementpattern.Atotalof 188 hypervascularized mass lesions were analyzed,and scores were given from 1 to 10 points and then the mass was classified into one of five categories.Next,the score results and pathology results were used to calculate the ROC curve and to find out the optimal benign and malignant diagnosis points.According to these results,the lesions were classified as benign or malignant.The sensitivity and specificity of this classification system were also calculated.ResultsOut of the 188 hypervascularized mass lesions,91 lesions were confirmed to be malignant by pathologic diagnosis and 97 to be benign.The area under the ROC curve was 0.938 ± 0.016.This curve was used to calculate the optimal point of differentiation diagnosis,and it was found to be a score of 5.The 188 lesions were classified into grade Ⅱ of 24 lesions,grade Ⅲ of 72,grade Ⅳ of 54,and grade Ⅴ of 38.Sensitivity for the detection of malignancy using this classification system was 87.91％ and specificity was 87.62％.If the three cases with false negative results of ductal carcinoma in situ of grade Ⅲ were excluded,the specificity increased to 90.90％.Conclusion The classification based on a multifactorial analysis is very helpful in the objective interpretation of breast CE MRI.

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of arthroscopically assisted percutaneous reduction and internal fixation with eannulated screws.Methods The fracture was reduced by closed manipulation or percutaneous leverage force by using the Kirschner wire.Then the patella was temporarily fixed by using a large size towel clamp or Kirschner wires.Under the guidance of knee arthroscopy,a micro-incision was made at the size of cannulated screw placement,the pilot holes were drilled at a proper depth,and the thread was configured.Two titanium screws were inserted parallelly.Results Following-up chekups for 4～24 months in 18 cases showed a satisfactory recovery of knee functions.According to the Bostman' standard,excellent effects were obtained in 16 cases and good effects in 2 cases.Conclusion Treatment of patellar fractures by percutaneous cannulated screw fixation under arrhroscope of- fered advantages of minimal invasion,accurate reduction,reliable fixation,and excellent recovery of joint functions.

Objective: To make a study of density and affinity of IL-6R in human leukemic cell lines, and discuss the affection of high affinity IL-6R to the targeted treatment of leukemia with IL-6-PE40 fusion protein. Methods: Radial binding assay with scatchard plot and FACS were used to analysis the density and affinity of IL-6R and protein expression of IL-6Rα and β subunits in totally 8 representative human leukemic cell lines. Results: Myelocytie, monocytic and erythrocytic leukemic cell lines U937, HL-60, KG1 and TF1 express high affinity IL-6R, whose average density per cell is 2 502,2 874, 2 319 and 9 329 respectively, however no 125I-IL-6 binding was detected on chronic myelocytic leukemic cell line K562 and lymphoblastic leukemic cell lines such as Raji, CEM and HUT28. These results correlate with those of FACS highly. Conclusion:These observations suggest that acute nonlymphoblastic leukemic cells may be more suitable for targeted treatment with IL-6-PFA0 fusion protein.

Objective To study the association between clinical symptoms,psychosomatic factors and autonomic nervous function in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).Methods Thirty-four patients with GERD diagnosed by reflux disease questionnaire (RDQ) and endoscopy and 15 healthy control subjects were enrolled in this study.All the subjects were divided into two groups,one with normal scores of Zung's self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and Zung's depression scale (SDS) as GERD (-) and the other with abnormal scores of SAS and SDS as GERD (+).Reflux symptom score was recorded for both groups at the same time.Autonomic nervous function was assessed by their heart rate variability (HRV) on dynamic electrocardiogram (DCG).The time domain parameters analyzed included standard deviation (SD) of average R-R interval during 24 hours (SDNN),SD of average 5-minute sinus heart rate (SDANN),mean square root of the difference of adjoining two R-R interval (rMSSD),and proportion of the heart beats with difference of R-R interval more than 50 ms from the total heart beats (PNN 50),and the frequency domain parameters analyzed included low-frequency (LF),high-frequency (HF) and ratio of LF to HF.Results Average scores of SAS and SDS were significantly higher in patients with GERD than those in healthy controls (48?9 vs 38?6 and 48?11 vs 41?6,respectively,P

Objective To evaluate the effects of electroacupuncture (EA) on synaptic interface structures around a cerebral infarct and evaluate how learning and memory relate to synoptic structure. Methods Forty-eight male, adult Wistar rats were divided randomly and equally into an EA group and a control group after models of ische-mic brain injury had been established. Each group was then divided into 1 week, 2 week and 3 week sub-groups. In the EA group EA was started 24 hours after the operation at the Baihui (DU20) and Da Zhui (BUI4) points and continued for one week, two weeks or three weeks. The control group was fed in normal cages and had no special treatment. Synoptic substructures in the hippocampal CA3 area of the ischemic side were assessed morphologically and quantitatively. Results The synaptic curvatures and postsynaptic density (PSD) an well as the width of the ac-tive area increased significantly in the EA group compared with the control group. Morris water maze learning ability in the EA group exceeded that in the control group. Spatial probe test results also significantly improved in the EA groups compared with the control groups. Conclusions Learning and memory improved in the injured rats following EA, and this is likely to be related to synaptic changes and synaptic plasticity increasing.
